Abstract

Schutzleiste (1) für den Mauerputzvorgang beim Anschluß an ein Bauteil (3) anderen Materials, wobei die Schutzleiste aus Kunststoff besteht, einen etwa U-förmigen Querschnitt mit einer seitlichen, über einen Kerbeinschnitt von Hand abbrechbaren Schutzlasche (4) aufweist und ein Klebeband (2) zum Ankleben an das Bauteil aufweist. Die Seitenwände (1a, 1b) des etwa U-förmigen Querschnitts sind innen hinterschnitten ausgebildet und die Schutzlasche (4) weist einen die Dicke des Klebebands (2) überbrückenden Abstandssteg (4a) auf.

Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Schutzleiste für den Mauerputzvorgang beim Anschluß an ein Bauteil anderen Materials, wobei die Schutzleiste aus Kunststoff be­steht, einen etwa U-förmigen Querschnitt mit einer seitlichen, über einen Kerbeinschnitt von Hand abbrech­baren Schutzlasche aufweist und ein Klebeband zum An­kleben an das Bauteil aufweist.
  • Das Material des Bauteils ist insbesondere Holz, Kunst­harz oder Metall. Bei dem Bauteil handelt es sich vor­zugsweise um Fenster- oder Türrahmen oder um Sparren­köpfe. Die Schutzleiste verhindert Verschmutzung und Beschädigung des Bauteils beim Mauerputzvorgang und stellt eine dauerhaft dichte Verbindung zwischen dem Bauteil und der Putzschicht her.
  • Eine Schutzleiste der eingangs genannten Art ist aus dem DE-GM 86 11 867 bekannt. Es hat sich gezeigt, daß sich der beim Trocknen etwas schrumpfende Putz von den Innenwänden des akkurat U-förmigen Querschnitts der Schutzleist löst, so daß sich hier Risse bilden, die das Eindringen von Feuchtigkeit erlauben. Außerdem ist das vorgesehene Klebeband dünn, so daß Erschüt­terungen des Fenster- oder Türrahmens ungedämpft an den Putz weitergegeben werden. Die Schutzlasche kann nur schwer abgebrochen werden, da sie flächig auf dem Fenster- oder Türrahmen aufliegt.
  • Demgegenüber ist die erfindungsgemäße Schutzleiste da­durch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenwände des etwa U-förmigen Querschnitts innen hinterschnitten ausge­bildet sind und daß die Schutzlasche einen die Dicke des Klebebands überbrückenden Abstandssteg aufweist.
  • Auf diese Weise liegt der Putz an den hinterschnittenen Wänden weiterhin dicht an, auch wenn er beim Schwinden etwas nach außen wandert. Jegliches Eindringen von Feuchtigkeit von außen her wird mit Sicherheit unter­bunden. Die Schutzlasche, vorzugsweise ausgebildet als T-förmiges Profil, kann zum Abbrechen bequem unter­griffen werden. Die Schutzlasche ragt auch bei dem vor­zugsweise verwendeten, dickeren Klebeband nicht mehr frei nach innen, sondern stützt sich auf dem Bauteil ab. Die Schutzlasche kann auf ihrer dem Bauteil ab­gewandten Seite eine Klebeschicht aufweisen, so daß dort eine die Fensteröffnung oder die Türöffnung ver­schließende Schutzfolie angebracht werden kann. Beim Andrücken der Schutzfolie verhinder der Abstandssteg, daß die Schutzlasche versehentlich am Kerbeinschnitt abgebrochen wird.
  • Die Seitenwände sind vorzugsweise zum Inneren hin schräg­hinterschnitten ausgebildet. Die Schutzleiste besteht vorzugsweise aus gespritztem, hartem Kunstharz.
  • Anspruch 2 gibt in weiterer Ausgestaltung, je nach der verwendeten Putzart, verschiedene Leitkanten für den aufzubringenden Unterputz an; für den Ober­putz dient in bekannter Weise die dem Mauerwerk abgeandte Seitenwand der Schutzleiste als Abzieh­kante. Diese Außenseite ist zugleich eine Schutz­begrenzung beim Säubern des Fenster- und Türrahmens.
  • Nach Anspruch 3 dient zur noch besseren Verankerung des Putzes mit der Schutzleiste ein in den Innenbe­reich des U-förmigen Querschnitts hineinreichender Steg, dessen Kanten ebenfalls als Abziehkante für den Unterputz verwendet werden können. Selbstver­ständlich können die Kanten dieses Stegs ebenfalls vorzugsweise schräg hinterschnitten ausgebildet sein.
  • Nach Anspruch 4 soll die Schutzlasche der Schutz­leiste einen nach innen gerichteten Steg von solcher Höhe tragen, die annähernd der Stärke des geschäum­ten Klebebandes entspricht, sodaß eine daran anzu­klebende Schutzfolie, die einfach angedrückt wird, genau in eine Ebene gebracht werden kann.
  • Die in den Ansprüchen 5 bis 7 angegebenen Merkmale bezüglich des zum Befestigen der Schutzleiste die­nenden weichen Bands sollen noch besser davor schüt­zen, daß sich sich jene durch die immer wieder auf­tretenden Erschütterungen oder Verwindungen von Rahmenprofilen der Fenster oder Türen oder solchen von Sparrenköpfen vom Putz löst. Gleichzeitig er­möglicht die auf dem weichen Band beidseitig aufge­tragene Klebeschicht eine leichte, exakte Anbringung und verhindert das Eindringen von Feuchtigkeit an diesen Kontaktstellen.
  • Die zu schützende Vorrichtung wird an Hand der Quer­schnittszeichnung mit einem Ausführungsbeispiel näher erläutert.
  • Eine Schutzleiste 1 aus hartem, extrudiertem Kunst­harz von U-förmigem Querschnitt, deren zum Inneren hin schräg hinterschnittenen Seitenwände 1a und 1b durch die Mittelwand 1c verbunden sind, ist über ein gleich breites und langes weiches Band 2 aus geschäumten, also weichem Kunstharz, mittels einer beidseitig aufgetragenen Klebeschicht 2a an einem Fenster- oder Türrahmen befestigt und zusammen mit diesem mit seitlichem Abstand A, der mit Kontakt­schaum oder Isolierwolle 8 ausgefüllt wird im Mauer­werk gelagert. Sie wird von außen her durch eine Putzschicht 6 dauerhaft dicht gehalten, die auch den Innenbereich ihres U-förmigen Querschnitts ausfüllt. Dabei werden je nach der verwendeten Putzart ent­weder die Außenseite 1b′ der dem Mauerwerk 5 zuge­wandten Seitenwand 1b der Schutzleiste, die Innen­ kante 1b˝ dieser Seitenwand oder die Innenkante 1a˝ der dem Mauerwerk abgewandten Seitenwand 1a als Abziehkante für den Unterputz verwendet; als Abziehkante für den Oberputz dient in bekannter Weise die Außenseite 1a′ dieser Seitenwand. Der Oberputz fluchtet also rißfrei mit der Außenseite 1a′, die zugleich als Schmutzbegrenzung beim Säu­bern dient. Zweckmäßigerweise fluchten dabei die Außenseite 1b′ des U-förmigen Querschnitts, die Außenkante des Klebebands 2 in Übereinstimmung des Rahmens 3.
  • Die die Seitenwände 1a und 1b verbindende Mittelwand 1c des U-förmigen Querschnitts der Schutzleiste trägt einen in deren Innenbereich hineinreichenden Steg 1d, dessen Kanten 1d′ und 1d˝ ebenfalls als Abziehkanten für den Unterputz verwendet werden können. Dies gilt auch, wenn diese Stegkanten hinterschnitten ausge­bildet sind.
  • Die Schutzleiste 1 trägt eine über einen Kerbein­schnitt 4b von Hand leicht abbrechbare Schutzlasche 4, die teilweise über die Breite des Fenster-oder Türrahmens 3 reicht; ferner trägt sie einen dorthin weisenden Steg 4a, dessen Höhe annähernd der Stärke des weichen Bands 2 entspricht. So liegt nach dem Andrücken einer anzuklebenden Schutzfolie 7 an die Schutzlasche 4 diese auf genau einer Ebene mit der anderen Leibungsseite.
  • Nach Beendigung des Mauerputzvorgangs werden die Schutzlaschen 4 am jeweiligen Kerbeinschnitt 4 b abgebrochen, sofern diese nicht mehr für Nachfolge­arbeiten anderer Gewerke wie Maler gebraucht werden.

Claims (7)

1. Schutzleiste (1) für den Mauerputzvorgang beim An­schluß an ein Bauteil (3) anderen Materials, wobei die Schutzleiste (1) aus Kunststoff besteht, einen etwa U-förmigen Querschnitt mit einer seitlichen, über einen Kerbeinschnitt von Hand abbrechbaren Schutzlasche (4) aufweist und ein Klebeband (2) zum Ankleben an das
Bauteil (3) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Seitenwände (1a, 1b) des etwa U-förmigen Quer­schnitts innen hinterschnitten ausgebildet sind und daß die Schutzlasche (4) einen die Dicke des Klebebands (2) überbrückenden Abstandssteg (4a) aufweist.

Schutzleiste nach Aspruch 1, dadurch gekenn­zeichnet, daß je nach der verwendeten Putzart entweder die Außenseite (1b′) der dem Mauerwerk (5) zugewandten Seitenwand (1b) der Schutzleiste (1), die Innenkante (1b˝) dieser Seitenwand oder die Innenwand (1a˝) der dem Mauerwerk ab­gewandten Seitenwand (1a) als Abziehkante für den Unterputz verwendet werden, wobei die Außen­seite (1a′) dieser Seitenwand in bekannter Weise als Abziehkante für den Oberputz dient.

Schutzleiste nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekenn­zeichnet, daß die Seitenwände (1a, 1b) ver­bindende Mittelwand (1c) am U-förmigen Querschnitt der Schutzleiste (1) einen in deren Innenbereich hineinragenden Steg (1d) trägt, dessen Kanten (1d′, 1d˝) als Abziehkante für den Unterputz verwendet werden können.
4. Schutzleiste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das T-förmig ausge­bildete Profil (4) der Schutzlasche einen zum genannten Bauteil (3) anderen Materials, nämlich einen Fenster-oder Türrahmen oder Sparrenkopf hin weisenden Steg (4a) trägt, dessen Höhe der Stärke des Klebebandes (2) entspricht.
5. Schutzleiste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zu deren Ankleben dienende Band (2) aus geschäumten, also weichem Kunstharz besteht und beidseitig eine Klebeschicht (2a) trägt.
6. Schutzleiste nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekenn­zeichnet, daß das Klebeband (2) je nach anzu­schließendem Putz und dessen Putzart, mit einer Stärke, je nach Intensität der von den Bauteilen (3) ausgehenden Schwingungen bezw. Erschütterungen, in einer Stärke von 0,8 bis 8 mm ausgebildet ist.
7. Schutzleiste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich das Klebeband (2) vorzugsweise über deren ganze Breite und Länge erstreckt.
