Claims (14)
- Raccord électrique (3, 3') destiné à relier plusieurs composants, comportant une partie faite de plusieurs connecteurs (7, 7') groupables en série flexible, de manière à constituer un ensemble (6) relié par des liaisons conductrices (douille 12, 24) à des conducteurs (4) reliés aux composants, associée à une contrepartie réunissant toutes les autres liaisons conductrices (broches 17, 23) correspondantes, présentant les caractéristiques suivantes :- l'ensemble (6) est monté, à l'extérieur, sur le boîtier d'un appareil de chauffage de véhicule automobile (1) et les conducteurs (4) sont reliés aux composants de moteur, tels que l'allumage, les détecteurs, les dispositifs d'entraînement, etc...- la contrepartie est constituée par un capot (8, 8') recouvrant entièrement l'ensemble (6) et équipé d'une sortie (10, 25) pour le passage d'un câble collecteur (11) , qui- assure l'étanchéité du raccord électriqsue (3, 3'), en coopérant avec des bords d'étanchéité (13) le long des connecteurs (7, 7') de l'ensemble (6) et sous l'effet d'une liaison par la force (vis 9),
- Raccord électrique selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les douilles (12) sont montées flottantes dans chaque connecteur (7).
- Raccord électrique selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les broches (17) sont réalisées, fixes dans le capot, par injection.
- Raccord électrique selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les connecteurs (7, 7') sont réalisés sous forme de bloc, les uns à côté des autres, dans l'ensemble (6).
- Raccord électrique selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les connecteurs (7, 7') sont réalisés en un matériau élastique, tel qu'un caoutchouc mou.
- Raccord électrique selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que chaque connecteur (7, 7') en forme de bloc et/ou le capot (8, 8') est ou sont par au moins une face, adapté(s) à la forme externe (2) de l'appareil de chauffage (1).
- Raccord électrique selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que sur le capot (8, 8') une protection de câbles (5) est mise de forme pour les conducteurs (4) raccordés aux connecteurs (7, 7').
- Raccord électrique selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la protection de câbles a sa forme adaptée à la forme externe (2) de l'appareil de chauffage (1).
- Raccord électrique selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la sortie (10, 25) est équipée d'un dispositif de libération de tension (26) du câble collecteur sortant (11), ou ce câble est incorporé à la sortie, au cours de la fabrication par injection.
- Raccord électrique selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la sortie (10) est constituée d'un embout tubulaire (25) enfermant le câble collecteur (11).
- Raccord électrique selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que chaque connecteur (7) est équipé de moyens assurant une liaison étanche (14) par combinaison de formes entre une partie en saillie (15) qu'il porte et une partie réceptrice correspondante (16)pour la partie en saillie (15) d'un connecteur voisin (7).
- Raccord électrique selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les connecteurs (7') sont montés dans un support rigide (21) qui les entoure.
- Raccord électrique selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce qu'un joint d'étanchéité périphérique (27) est intercalé entre le capot (8') et le support (21).
- Raccord électrique selon une des revendications 12 ou 13, caractérisé en ce que le support (21) repose sur la face externe du dispositif de chauffage (1) par un support (28).
