Claims (7)
- Fermeture servant à fermer des sacs en matière plastique ou analogues, constituée par deux branches de serrage (1,2) raccordées entre elles par l'intermédiaire d'une articulation, par un dispositif de retenue (26,27) qui maintient les branches de serrage réciproquement en prise, et
dans laquelle une branche de serrage (1) est pourvue d'un évidement (16) qui s'étend le long de l'axe de la branche de serrage, et l'autre branche de serrage (2) est pourvue d'une nervure (20) qui s'étend le long de son axe et peut être introduite dans l'évidement (16) par déplacement des deux branches de serrage l'une sur l'autre, et
dans laquelle une partie du dispositif de retenue (26) est formée sur une branche de serrage et l'autre partie (27) est formée sur l'autre branche de serrage,
caractérisée par le fait
que la première branche de serrage (1), qui comporte l'évidement (16), possède une section transversale sensiblement en forme de U,
que les parois latérales de la première branche de serrage (1), qui possède une section transversale en forme de U, sont prolongées par des lèvres (9,10) dans le plan des parois respectives (5,6),
que l'épaisseur des lèvres (9,10) est inférieure à l'épaisseur des parois (5,6),
que la seconde branche de serrage (2) comportant les nervures (20) possède un profil sensiblement en forme de V, et que la dimension intérieure de l'évidement de la première branche de serrage (1) en forme de U est inférieure à la dimension extérieure de la seconde branche de serrage (2). - Fermeture selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les lèvres (9,10) se terminent de niveau avec la surface, tournée vers l'intérieur, des parois latérales (5,6).
- Fermeture selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que des barrettes de renforcement (23,24), qui s'étendent parallèlement à la direction longitudinale des branches, sont formées sur les extrémités libres du profil en forme de V de la seconde branche de serrage (2).
- Fermeture selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les parois latérales (5,6) de la première branche de fermeture (1) sont inclinées par rapport à l'axe de la première branche de serrage (1).
- Fermeture selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'un bec d'encliquetage (26) est formé sur l'extrémité, tournée à l'opposé de l'articulation (3), de la première branche de serrage (1) et qu'une rainure d'encliquetage (27a) est formée sur l'extrémité, tournée à l'opposé de l'articulation, de l'autre branche de serrage (2).
- Fermeture selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que la branche de serrage (2) équipée de la rainure d'encliquetage (27a) porte un prolongement (27), qui s étend à partir de l'extrémité située à l'opposé de l'articulation (3) et qui, lorsque la fermeture est à l'état fermé ou serré, s'étend au-dessus de l'extrémité libre opposée de l'autre branche de serrage (1).
- Fermeture selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu au niveau des barrettes (23,24), la dimension transversale extérieure de la seconde branche de serrage est supérieure à la dimension intérieure de la cavité de la première branche de serrage (1) en forme de U.
