Claims (14)

  1. Dispositif pour le changement angulaire de direction d'un courant de produits en nappe alimentés en formation, en particulier de produits en papier alimentés en formation chevauchante, comportant un dispositif d'entrée, un dispositif de sortie et deux bandes de compression ou analogues guidant en les enserrant les produits en nappe, caractérisé en ce que les bandes de compression (25) présentent une section ronde ou sensiblement ronde et sont, à l'emplacement du changement angulaire de direction des produits en nappe, susceptibles d'être déviées de 0 - 45° par l'intermédiaire de paires de poulies de guidage (27-30), à rainures partiellement annulaires et dont les axes sont perpendiculaires au courant de produits en nappe.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque bande de compression (25) circule entre deux poulies de renvoi (23,26) comportant un axe dans un plan parallèle au courant de produits amenés en formation chevauchante.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'(les) axe(s) de la(des) poulie(s) de guidage (27-30) peut(peuvent) respectivement pivoter.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'axe pivotant (50) de la poulie de renvoi (26) est placé sur un support (22) ou analogue, lequel est placé sur un arrêtoir (21) ou analogue, qui présente les poulies de guidage (27-30) comportant respectivement un axe perpendiculaire à l'axe (27) des poulies de renvoi (26) ou analogues.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'arrêtoir (21) et le support (22) de l'une des bandes de compression (25) forment par rapport à l'arrêtoir et au support de l'autre bande de compression (25) un angle aigu s'ouvrant vers le transporteur.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'une bande de compression au moins ou analogue est réglable en hauteur par rapport à la paire voisine de bandes de compression.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les arrêtoirs (21) des bandes de compression inférieures (25) ou analogues et ceux des bandes de compression supérieures (25) ou analogues sont logés respectivement sur un arbre (2,3) et portent respectivement une poulie de renvoi (23) éventuellement motrice.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les deux arbres (2,3) sont rendus synchrones au moyen de roues dentées (6,7) ou analogues placées à l'une de leurs extrémités et que un seul arbre est moteur.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les supports (22) ou analogues s'effilent dans le dispositif de sortie, dans un plan horizontal de préférence.
  10. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les arrêtoirs (21) portent respectivement au moins une poulie de renvoi, un rouleau de renvoi ou analogue au bord de la face d'entrée au moins à distance de leurs surfaces supérieures et inférieures perpendiculaires à l'axe de la poulie de guidage, du rouleau de guidage ou analogue.
  11. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que l'arrêtoir (21) ou analogue et/ou le support (22), le support supérieur de préférence, de chaque paire de bandes de compression (25) sont déplaçables sur leurs arbres (2,3) et sont blocables sur une barre ou analogue parallèle aux arbres.
  12. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 9 à 11, caractérisé en ce que les poulies de guidage (27,28) prévues au-dessus ou en dessous de l'arrêtoir (21) ou analogue présentent respectivement des arbres communs (30,44) ou analogues sensiblement verticaux.
  13. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 7 à 12, caractérisé en ce que les deux arbres (2,3) ou analogues sont maintenus dans un cadre (1) vertical éventuellement polygonal ou analogue, qui peut être mis en place de façon amovible sur la face d'entrée du dispositif de guidage.
  14. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce qu'un axe (50) des poulies de renvoi (23) d'un support (22) ou analogue est un axe pivotant de ce dernier.
