Abstract

Cette tige racleuse (5) est constituée par un noyau (6) à module d'élasticité élevé et par une enveloppe (7) à faible module d'élasticité et permet de produire des films d'enduction homogènes composés des matériaux les plus divers et ayant différentes épaisseurs.

Claims (9)

1. Applicateur à racloir roulant pour l'application directe ou indirecte de revêtements sur un matériau en bande avec une raclette tournant dans un support et s'appuyant sur le matériau en bande ou sur un cylindre guidant le matériau en bande, caractérisé en ce que la raclette (5) se compose d'un coeur (6) et d'une enveloppe (7) qui présentent des modules d'élasticité différents.
2. Applicateur à racloir roulant suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le module d'élasticité de l'enveloppe (7) est plus faible que celui du coeur (6).
3. Applicateur à racloir roulant suivant l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que l'enveloppe (7) est constituée de matériau plastique et en ce que le coeur (6) est constitué d'acier.
4. Applicateur à racloir roulant suivant la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le diamètre du coeur en acier (6) est compris entre 6 et 10 mm et le diamètre extérieur de l'enveloppe en matériau plastique (7) entre 10 et 20 mm.
5. Applicateur à racloir roulant suivant l'une ou l'autre des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la surface du coeur (6) est profilée et en ce que la surface intérieure de l'enveloppe (7) est calée sur la forme de la surface extérieure du coeur.
6. Applicateur à racloir roulant suivant l'une ou l'autre des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'une mince gaine résistant à l'usure (8) entoure l'enveloppe (7).
7. Applicateur à racloir roulant suivant l'une ou l'autre des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la raclette (5) est entraînée.
8. Applicateur à racloir roulant suivant la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la raclette (5) est entraînée en sens contraire par rapport au mouvement du matériau en bande, respectivement du cylindre guidant le matériau en bande.
9. Applicateur à racloir roulant suivant l'une ou l'autre des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la raclette (5) est posée dans le support (4) sur un appui (9) formé par un tuyau souple rempli d'air comprimé.
