背景技术
牛皮纸,用作包装材料。强度很高。通常呈黄褐色。半漂或全漂的牛皮纸浆呈淡褐色、奶油色或白色。定量80至120g/m2。裂断长一般在6000m以上。抗撕裂强度、破裂功和动态强度很高,多为卷筒纸,也有平板纸。采用硫酸盐针叶木浆为原料,经打浆,在长网造纸机上抄造而成,可用作水泥袋纸、信封纸、胶封纸装、沥青纸、电缆防护纸、绝缘纸等。而现有的技术无法将抗菌液均匀的涂抹到牛皮纸上表面上。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供抗菌牛皮纸及其制备方法,可将抗菌液均匀的涂抹到牛皮纸的上表面上。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:
抗菌牛皮纸制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
a对牛皮纸进行梳理;
b通过使用涂抹装置将抗菌涂层涂抹到步骤a梳理完成的牛皮纸上;
c对步骤b加工完成的牛皮纸进行烘干处理。
所述的抗菌涂层的主要成分包括钛酸酯、松香改性醇酸树脂、羟丙基淀粉和无水乙醇。
所述的涂抹装置包括涂抹滚筒I和涂抹层I,涂抹滚筒I的侧壁上均匀设置有多个漏液孔I,涂抹滚筒I的外壁上设置有涂抹层I。
所述的涂抹装置还包括涂抹滚筒II和涂抹层II,涂抹滚筒II的侧壁上均匀设置有多个漏液孔II,涂抹滚筒II的外壁上设置有涂抹层II。

烘干箱为内加热原理,利用烘干箱对刚涂抹完抗菌进行烘干处理,加快牛皮纸干燥的速度,节约加工时间,根据实际情况到市场上选择已有的内加热烘干箱。

5.根据权利要求4所述的抗菌牛皮纸制备方法,其特征在于:所述的涂抹装置还包括支撑装置,所述的支撑装置包括支撑桌架(201)、进料管I(105)、连接曲管(103)和进料管II(302),支撑桌架(201)上连接有进料管I(105),进料管I(105)的下方连接有连接曲管(103),连接曲管(103)与涂抹滚筒I(101)转动连接,支撑桌架(201)上连接有进料管II(302),进料管II(302)与涂抹滚筒II(304)连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的抗菌牛皮纸制备方法,其特征在于:所述的涂抹装置还包括固定滑座(104)、梳理板I(106)、限位滑柱(202)和梳理板II(203),固定滑座(104)与连接曲管(103)连接,固定滑座(104)与支撑桌架(201)连接,支撑桌架(201)上连接有限位滑柱(202),限位滑柱(202)与固定滑座(104)连接,固定滑座(104)上连接有梳理板I(106),支撑桌架(201)上连接有梳理板II(203)。
7.根据权利要求5所述的抗菌牛皮纸制备方法,其特征在于:所述的涂抹装置还包括储存构件,储存构件连接在进料管I(105)和进料管II(302)上。
8.根据权利要求5所述的抗菌牛皮纸制备方法,其特征在于:所述的涂抹装置还包括收集回收装置,收集回收装置连接在支撑桌架(201)上。
9.根据权利要求5所述的抗菌牛皮纸制备方法,其特征在于:所述的涂抹装置还包括烘干箱,支撑桌架(201)上连接有烘干箱。
10.使用权利要求9所述的抗菌牛皮纸制备方法制备的牛皮纸,其特征在于:该牛皮纸表面涂有抗菌涂层。
