Abstract

Behälterverschluß (10) aus Kunststoff, bestehend aus einer Kappe (11), die eine Abdeckplatte mit einer Öffnung aufweist, einer Kappenwand, die sich von der Abdeckplatte nach oben erstreckt und eine nach oben offene Ausnehmung bildet, in der eine Kopfplatte (12) zwischen einer geschlossenen und geöffneten Stellung verschwenkbar abgestützt ist. Eine Seite der Kopfplatte (12) ist als betätigungsorgan wirksam, während die andere Seite eine seitlich angeordnete Auslaßöffnung aufweist, die in geschlossener Stellung der Kopfplatte (12) durch die Kappenwand geschlossen ist. Im Lieferzustand des Behälters ist der Umfangsrand (13) des Kappendeckels (12) an seiner als Betätigungsorgan dienenden Seite mit einer Originalitätsanbindung (14, 32) versehen, die bei Ingebrauchnahme des Behälters durch Verschwenken der Kopfplatte (12) in die Offenstellung durch die Oberkante (20) der Kappenwand abscherbar ist.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Verschluß aus Kunststoff für einen Behälter für frei fließfähige Stoffe gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, einen derartigen Verschluß so auszubilden, daß der Verbraucher auf Anhieb sieht, ob sich der Behälter im fabrikmäßigen Originalzustand befin­det oder bereits einmal benutzt worden ist.
  • Die Erfindung löst diese Aufgabe durch die im Kennzeichen des Anspruchs 1 enthaltenen Merkmale.
  • Durch diese Originalitätsanbindung an der Betätigungsseite des Kappendeckels ist sichergestellt, daß der Käufer oder Verbraucher sofort erkennen kann, ob der Verschluß vorher schon einmal geöffnet worden ist. Die Originali­tätsanbindung kann an den Umfangsrand des Kappendeckels mit dessen Herstellung gleichzeitig angespritzt werden und bildet daher einen einheitlichen Bestandteil des Kappen­deckels. Dabei kann die Originalitätsanbindung so einfach gestaltet sein, daß der zusätzliche Materialaufwand hierfür vernachlässigbar gering ist.
  • Die Ausgestaltung der Originalitätsanbindung als seitli­cher Ansatz stellt sicher, daß dieser bei Betätigung des Kappendeckels im Öffnungssinn ohne weiteres von der Oberkante der Kappenwand, die dort nach unten bogenförmig ausgeschnitten ist, leicht abgeschert werden kann.
  • Die punktartige Anbindung des Ansatzes an dem Umfangsrand des Kappendeckels ermöglicht eine Abscherung des Ansatzes ohne wesentlichen zusätzlichen Kraftaufwand, so daß auch schwächere Personen ohne weiteres den Kappendeckel trotz der erfindungsgemäßen Originalitätsanbindung im Öffnungs­sinn betätigen können.
  • Die Anordnung von zwei derartigen Ansätzen gemäß Anspruch 4 hat den Vorteil einer zusätzlichen Sicherheit für den Fall, daß durch unvorhergesehene Umstände von außen ein Ansatz abgebrochen wurde, ohne daß eine Öffnung des Verschlusses damit verbunden war. Es steht dann immer noch ein weiterer Ansatz als Originalitätsanbindung zur Verfü­gung.
  • Die Verbindung der beiden Ansätze durch einen Garantie­bügel gemäß Anspruch 5 hat neben dem Vorteil eines besseren Aussehens eines derartigen Deckels den Vorteil, daß die Ansätze sich z.B. an der Kleidung des Verbrauchers nicht verhaken können und auch bei der Handhabung eines mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Verschluß ausgerüsteten Behäl­ters für den Verbraucher unschädlich sind. Außerdem ist die Originalitätsanbindung in der Form des Garantiebügels mit den beiden Ansätzen, die bei der erstmaligen Benutzung des Behälters abgeschert werden, für den Verbraucher deutlicher sichtbar und kann zu diesem Zweck ggfls. auch farbig ausgebildet werden.
  • Dadurch, daß gemäß den Ansprüchen 6 und 7 der Garantiebü­gel an der Unterkante der beiden Ansätze angebunden und im übrigen elastisch ausgebildet ist, ist eine noch größere Verbraucherfreundlichkeit der Originalitätsanbindung si­chergestellt.
  • Die Erfindung ist nachstehend anhand der Zeichnung eines Ausführungsbeispiels näher beschrieben. Es zeigen:
    • Fig. 1 eine Ansicht des Verschlusses auf die Betäti­gungsseite der geschlossenen Kopfplatte mit Originalitätsanbindung,
    • Fig. 2 eine Draufsicht zu Fig. 1,
    • Fig. 3 einen Mittellängsschnitt durch die Haupt­schwenkebene gemäß Schnittlinie III-III. und
    • Fig. 4 einen Schnitt ähnlich Fig. 3 in der Öffnungs­stellung der Kopfplatte nach Abscherung der Originalitätsanbindung, die in
    • Fig. 5 um 90° gedreht dargestellt ist.
  • In den Fig. ist ein Verschluß aus Kunststoff gezeigt, der, wie an sich bekannt ist, auf den Hals eines nicht gezeigten Behälters aufgeschraubt oder aufgeprellt werden kann. Der Behälterhals umgibt die Behälteröffnung und ist mit einem Schraubgewinde oder mit einem Rastanschlag versehen, wobei der Behälter vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff besteht, jedoch auch aus Glas oder Metall hergestellt sein kann. Der Behälter enthält eine frei fließende Substanz, z.B. flüssige, cremeartige, granulierte, puderige oder ähnliche Stoffe, die an der Speisetafel, im Haushalt oder für kosmetische oder industrielle Zwecke verwendet werden.
  • In Fig. 1 und 2 ist ein Verschluß l0 aus Kunststoff gezeigt, der aus einer Kappe 11 und einer Kopfplatte 12 besteht, die sich im geschlossenen Zustand befinden. Fig. 1 zeigt die Betätigungsseite der Kopfplatte, die an ihrem Umfang mit einem umlaufenden Umfangsrand 13 versehen ist, der von der Kopfplatte sich abwärts erstreckt. Der Umfangsrand 13 ist mit einer Originalitätsanbindung 14 versehen, die bei Ingebrauchnahme des mit dem Verschluß versehenen Behälters durch Verschwenken der Kopfplatte in die Offen-Stellung abscherbar ist, so daß hierdurch erkenntlich ist, daß der Behälter benutzt wurde.
  • Aus Fig. 3 ist ersichtlich, daß die Kappe 11 eine Abdeckplatte 15 aufweist, die mit einer Öffnung 16 versehen ist. Von der Abdeckplatte 15 ersteckt sich eine Kappenwand 17 nach oben. Die Kappe ist mit einer nach oben offenen Ausnehmung 18 oberhalb der Abdeckplatte 15 versehen und weist am oberen Rand 19 eine Oberkante 20 auf. Die Kopfplatte 12 ist um eine Schwenkachse y zwischen einer geschlossenen und geöffneten Stellung verschwenkbar abgestützt. Die der Betätigungsseite der Kopfplatte gegenüberliegende Seite ist mit einer seitlich angeordne­ten Auslaßöffnung 21 versehen, die in geschlossener Stellung der Kopfplatte durch die Kappenwand 17 geschlos­sen ist, wobei diejenige Seite der Kopfplatte, die als Betätigungsorgan wirksam ist, in geschlossener Stellung im Abstand oberhalb der Oberkante 20 der Kappenwand 17 angeordnet ist. Der Umfangsrand 13 der Kopfplatte er­streckt sich abwärts in die offene Ausnehmung 18 der Kappe 11 und weist die seitliche Austrittsöffnung 21 unterhalb der Unterseite der Kopfplatte sowie im oberen Teil des Umfangsrandes 13 auf. Der Umfangsrand 13 ist im Bereich der Austrittsöffnung 21 zur Abdichtung an der Kappenwand 17 unterhalb ihrer Oberkante hinreichend elastisch ausge­bildet. An der Unterseite der Kopfplatte 13 befindet sich eine Stütz- und Schwenkvorrichtung 22, mittels welcher die Kopfplatte in bezug auf den Boden 23 der Ausnehmung undrehbar und schwenkbar abgestützt ist. In der Ausnehmung 18 ist ein Anschlag 24 im Bereich des Bodens der Ausnehmung 18 vorgesehen, an dem der Umfangsrand der Kopfplatte in der Öffnungsstellung anliegt, wie Fig. 4 zeigt, während die Unterseite der Kopfplatte in der Schließstellung an dem einen Anschlag 25 bildenden oberen Rand der Öffnung 16 anliegt. Die Unterseite der Kopfplatte ist mit einem zylindrischen Stopfen 26 versehen, der die Öffnung 16 dicht verschließt, wobei ein Teil des die Öffnung 16 bildenden Rohrstutzens 27 an der der Austritts­öffnung 21 abgekehrten Seite außen von einem zylinderaus­schnittförmigen Teil 28 unter Bildung einer Nut 29 umgeben ist, die in der Öffnungsstellung gemäß Fig. 4 eine Abdichtung zur Ausnehmung 18 hin gewährleistet. Ein gestrichelter Kreis in den Fig. 3 und 4 zeigt in Fig. 2 zu sehende Rastvorsprünge 29, die in entsprechende Vertiefun­gen an der Innenseite der Kappenwand 17 beweglich eingreifen und eine Verdrehsicherung für die Kopfplatte darstellen.
  • Die Originalitätsanbindung 14 besteht im einzelnen aus zwei Ansätzen 30, die von dem Umfangsrand 13 der Kopfplatte 12 seitlich nach außen in geringem Abstand oberhalb der an dieser Seite nach unten ausgeschnittenen Oberkante 20 des Kappenrandes 19 vorstehen. Wie Fig. 2 zeigt, ragen die Ansätze im Grundriß gesehen, nicht über die Umrißlinie der Außenseite der Kappe hinaus, sondern stehen dieser gegenüber etwas zurück.
  • Die beiden Ansätze sind sehr schmal ausgebildet und erstrecken sich bis unter den oberen Rand der Kopfplatte 12, sind aber nur am unteren Ende bei 32 punktartig mit dem Umfangsrand 13 des Kappendeckels 12 verbunden. Wie aus Fig. 1 und 2 ersichtlich ist, sind die beiden Ansätze 30 zur Hauptschwenkebene 31 symmetrisch an dem Umfangsrand der Kopfplatte angebracht und durch einen Garantiebügel 32 miteinander verbunden. Dieser Garantiebügel 32 erstreckt sich in einem etwa konstanten radialen Abstand von dem Umfangsrand 13 zwischen den beiden Ansätzen 30. Seine radial nach außen liegende Fläche fluchtet in Draufsicht mit der Außenseite der Kappenwand 17 oder liegt etwas innerhalb derselben, so daß die Originalitätsanbindung vor einer Beschädigung beim Transport o. dgl. geschützt ist. Vorzugsweise ist der Garantiebügel 32 nur an die Unterkan­te 32 der beiden Ansätze 30 angebunden und elastisch ausgebildet.
  • Die Stütz- und Schwenkvorrichtung 22 besteht aus backen­förmigen Teilen des Umfangsrandes 13, deren kreisförmige Stützfläche sich auf entsprechend ausgestalteten Stütz­rippen an der Innenseite der Kappenwandung im Bereich der Ausnehmung 18 schwenkbar abstützen.

Claims (7)

1. Verschluß (10) aus Kunststoff für einen Behälter für frei fließfähige Stoffe, bestehend aus einer Kappe (11), die eine Abdeckplatte (15) mit einer Öffnung (16) aufweist, und einer Kappenwand (17), die sich von der Abdeckplatte (15) nach oben erstreckt, wobei die Kappe (11) eine nach oben offene Ausnehmung (18) oberhalb der Abdeckplatte (15) sowie eine obere Kante (20) am oberen Rand (19) der Kappenwand (17) aufweist, und aus einer Kopfplatte (12), die um eine Schwenkach­se zwischen einer geschlossenen und geöffneten Stel­lung verschwenkbar abgestützt ist, wobei eine Seite der Kopfplatte (12) als ein Betätigungsorgan wirksam ist, während die andere Seite eine seitlich angeord­nete Auslaßöffnung (21) aufweist, die in geschlossener Stellung der Kopfplatte (12) durch die Kappenwand (17) geschlossen ist, wobei diejenige Seite der Kopfplatte (12), die als Betätigungsorgan wirksam ist, in geschlossener Stellung im Abstand oberhalb der Ober­kante (20) der Kappenwand (17) angeordnet ist und die Kopfplatte (12) an ihrem Umfang mit einem umlaufenden Umfangsrand (13) versehen ist, der von der Kopfplatte sich abwärts in die offene Ausnehmung (18) erstreckt und eine seitliche Austrittsöffnung (21) unterhalb der Unterseite der Kopfplatte (12) sowie im oberen Teil des Umfangsrandes (13) der Kopfplatte aufweist, welcher im Bereich der Austrittsöffnung (21) zur Abdichtung an der Kappenwand (17) unterhalb ihrer Oberkante hinreichend elastisch ausgebildet ist, sowie aus einer Stütz- und Schwenkvorrichtung (22) an der Unterseite der Kopfplatte (12), mittels welcher die Kopfplatte in bezug auf den Boden (15) der Ausnehmung (18) undrehbar und schwenkbar abgestützt ist, wobei Anschläge (24, 29) in der Ausnehmung (18) angeordnet sind, an denen die Kopfplatte (12) in ihrer geschlos­senen und offenen Stellung jeweils anliegt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Lieferzustand des Behälters der Umfangsrand (13) des Kappendeckels (12) an seiner als Betätigungsorgan dienenden Seite mit einer Originali­tätsanbindung (14) versehen ist, die bei Ingebrauch­nahme des Behälters durch Verschwenken der Kopfplatte (12) in die Offenstellung abscherbar ist.
2. Verschluß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Originalitätsanbindung (14) aus mindestens einem Ansatz (30) besteht, der von dem Umfangsrand (13) seitlich nach außen in geringem Abstand oberhalb der an dieser Seite nach unten ausgeschnittenen Oberkante (20) des Kappenrandes (17) vorsteht.
3. Verschluß nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der schmale Ansatz (30) sich bis unter den oberen Rand der Kopfplatte (12) erstreckt und nur am unteren Ende punktartig mit dem Umfangsrand (13) der Kopfplatte (12) verbunden ist.
4. Verschluß nach den Ansprüchen 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei Ansätze (3O) symmetrisch zur Hauptschwenkebene (31) an dem Umfangsrand (13) der Kopfplatte (12) angebracht und durch einen Garantiebü­gel (32) miteinander verbunden sind.
5. Verschluß nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Garantiebügel (32) sich in einem etwa konstanten radialen Abstand von dem Umfangsrand (13) der Kopf­platte (12) zwischen den beiden Ansätzen (30) er­streckt und seine radial außen liegende Fläche in Draufsicht des Verschlusses mit der Außenseite der Kappenwand (17) etwa fluchtet.
6. Verschluß nach den Ansprüchen 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Garantiebügel (32) nur an die Unterkante der beiden Ansätze (30) angebunden ist.
7. Verschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Garantiebügel elastisch ausge­bildet ist.
