Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Verschluß aus Kunststoff für einen Behälter für frei fließfähige Stoffe gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1.
  • Ein Verschluß dieser Gattung ist aus der EP-A 0 176 108 und CH-A 528 417 bekannt. Er besteht aus einer Behälterkappe, die mit einer Durchlaßöffnung versehen ist. Eine Auslaßöffnung in dem seitlichen Rand eines Kappendeckels, der in einer oben offenen Aussparung schwenkbar und abgedichtet eingesetzt ist, ist in der Schließstellung des Kappendeckels geschlossen und in der Offenstellung des Kappendeckels geöffnet und über die Durchlaßöffnung mit dem Behälterinneren verbunden. Die Außenfläche des umlaufenden, von der Unterseite des Kappendeckels in die Aussparung vorstehenden Randes liegt auf ihrem ganzen Umfang in einer inneren Ausnehmung in der Aussparung unter ständiger Abdichtung gleitend an. Der Krümmungsmittelpunkt der kugelabschnittförmigen Flächen liegt auf der Schwenkachse des Kappendeckels und auf der Hauptlängsachse der Verschlußvorrichtung. Ein Paar Stützwangen stützt sich auf einer den Boden der Aussparung bildenden Platte ab und ist an parallel verlaufenden Führungsrippen in der Schwenkebene des Kappendeckels geführt, der unverdrehbar in der Aussparung schwenkbar gelagert sowie in jeder Betriebsstellung gegenüber der Behälterkappe abgedichtet ist.
  • Die CH-A 528 417 beschreibt eine Verschlußvorrichtung für einen Behälter für fließfähiges Material, mit einer Kappe und einem auf der Kappe zwischen einer Schließstellung und einer Offenstellung kippbar befestigten Kipphebel. Der Kipphebel verschließt mittels Absperrmitteln in der Schließstellung den Behälter und gibt in der Offenstellung den Austritt von fließfähigem Material frei. Ein mittels des Kipphebels bewegbarer erster Kanal ist mit einem in den Behälter mündenden zweiten Kanal nach außen abgedichtet angeordnet. Ferner sind erste Absperrmittel, die in der Schließstellung des Kipphebels den ersten Kanal an seinem inneren, dem Behälter zugewandten Ende absperren und in der Offenstellung des Kipphebels den ersten Kanal an seinem inneren Ende freigeben, sowie zweite Absperrmittel, die in der Schließstellung des Kipphebels den ersten Kanal an seinem äußeren Ende absperren und in der Offenstellung des Kipphebels den ersten Kanal an seinem äußeren Ende freigeben, vorhanden.
  • Aus der FR-A 2 140 969 ist ein Verschluß bekannt, der zur Vermeidung einer ungewollten Betätigung ein Betätigungsorgan aufweist, das an seinem breiteren Ende eine Schürze aufweist, die nach unten derart gerichtet ist, daß ihre Außenseite mit ihrer Innenfläche an der Mantelfläche der Kappe anliegt. Eine Sollbruchstelle ist zwischen einer Verlängerung und der Schürze oberhalb einer Auflagekante des Kappenmantels angeordnet und verhindert auf diese Weise eine Abwärtsbewegung des äußeren Endes des Betätigungsorgans. Der Aerosolbehälter kann daher nicht ungewollt betätigt werden. Bei der ersten Verwendung muß zunächst die Verlängerung angehoben und mit der Sollbruchstelle zerbrochen werden, bevor das Betätigungsorgan nach unten gedrückt werden kann. Diese Anordnung verhindert jede unerwünschte Verwendung, die eine Verringerung des Behälterinhalts zur Folge hat.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, einen Verschluß gemäß dem Gattungsbegriff des Anspruchs 1 so zu verbessern, daß der Verbraucher auf Anhieb sieht, ob sich der Behälter im fabrikmäßigen Originalzustand befindet oder bereits einmal benutzt worden ist, wobei der zusätzliche Materialaufwand hierfür vernachlässigbar gering ist. Ferner soll der Verschluß bei der ersten Betätigung der Kopfplatte ohne wesentlichen zusätzlichen Kraftaufwand auch durch schwächere Personen im Öffnungssinn betätigt werden können sowie neben einem besseren Aussehen den Vorteil aufweisen, daß sich der Verschluß z.B. nicht an der Kleidung des Benutzers verhaken kann und darüberhinaus für den Verbraucher deutlich sichtbar und fühlbar ist.
  • Die Erfindung löst diese Aufgabe durch die im Kennzeichenteil des Patentanspruchs 1 enthaltenen Merkmale.
  • Die beiden Ansätze der Originalitätsanbindung bieten eine zusätzliche Sicherheit für den Fall, daß durch unvorhergesehene Umstände von außen ein Ansatz abgebrochen wurde, ohne daß eine Öffnung des Verschlusses damit verbunden war. Es steht dann immer noch ein weiterer Ansatz als Originalitätsanbindung zur Verfügung. Außerdem ist die Originalitätsanbindung in der Form des Garantiebügels mit den beiden Ansätzen, die bei der erstmaligen Benutzung des Behälters abgeschert werden, für den Verbraucher deutlich sichtbar und kann zu diesem Zweck gegebenenfalls auch farbig ausgebildet sein.
  • Die Ausgestaltung des Verschlusses nach Anspruch 2 stellt sicher, daß neben einem guten ästhetischen Aussehen die Anpassung der Kontur des Garantiebügels an die Außenseite der Kappenwand sicherheitstechnische Vorteile bietet.
  • Dadurch, daß gemäß den Ansprüchen 3 und 4 der Garantiebügel an der Unterkante der beiden Ansätze angebunden und im übrigen elastisch ausgebildet ist, ist eine noch größere Verbraucherfreundlichkeit der Originalitätsanbindung sichergestellt.
  • Die Erfindung ist nachstehend anhand der Zeichnung eines Ausführungsbeispiels näher beschrieben. Es zeigen:

  • In den Fig. ist ein Verschluß aus Kunststoff gezeigt, der, wie an sich bekannt ist, auf den Hals eines nicht gezeigten Behälters aufgeschraubt oder aufgeprellt werden kann. Der Behälterhals umgibt die Behälteröffnung und ist mit einem Schraubgewinde oder mit einem Rastanschlag versehen, wobei der Behälter vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff besteht, jedoch auch aus Glas oder Metall hergestellt sein kann. Der Behälter enthält eine frei fließende Substanz, z.B. flüssige, cremeartige, granulierte, puderige oder ähnliche Stoffe, die an der Speisetafel, im Haushalt oder für kosmetische oder industrielle Zwecke verwendet werden.
  • In Fig. 1 und 2 ist ein Verschluß 10 aus Kunststoff gezeigt, der aus einer Kappe 11 und einer Kopfplatte 12 besteht, die sich im geschlossenen Zustand befinden. Fig. 1 zeigt die Betätigungsseite der Kopfplatte, die an ihrem Umfang mit einem umlaufenden Umfangsrand 13 versehen ist, der von der Kopfplatte sich abwärts erstreckt. Der Umfangsrand 13 ist mit einer Originalitätsanbindung 14 versehen, die bei Ingebrauchnahme des mit dem Verschluß versehenen Behälters durch Verschwenken der Kopfplatte in die Offen-Stellung abscherbar ist, so daß hierdurch erkenntlich ist, daß der Behälter benutzt wurde.
  • Aus Fig. 3 ist ersichtlich, daß die Kappe 11 eine Abdeckplatte 15 aufweist, die mit einer Öffnung 16 versehen ist. Von der Abdeckplatte 15 ersteckt sich eine Kappenwand 17 nach oben. Die Kappe ist mit einer nach oben offenen Ausnehmung 18 oberhalb der Abdeckplatte 15 versehen und weist am oberen Rand 19 eine Oberkante 20 auf. Die Kopfplatte 12 ist um eine Schwenkachse y zwischen einer geschlossenen und geöffneten Stellung verschwenkbar abgestützt. Die der Betätigungsseite der Kopfplatte gegenüberliegende Seite ist mit einer seitlich angeordneten Auslaßöffnung 21 versehen, die in geschlossener Stellung der Kopfplatte durch die Kappenwand 17 geschlossen ist, wobei diejenige Seite der Kopfplatte, die als Betätigungsorgan wirksam ist, in geschlossener Stellung im Abstand oberhalb der Oberkante 20 der Kappenwand 17 angeordnet ist. Der Umfangsrand 13 der Kopfplatte erstreckt sich abwärts in die offene Ausnehmung 18 der Kappe 11 und weist die seitliche Austrittsöffnung 21 unterhalb der Unterseite der Kopfplatte sowie im oberen Teil des Umfangsrandes 13 auf. Der Umfangsrand 13 ist im Bereich der Austrittsöffnung 21 zur Abdichtung an der Kappenwand 17 unterhalb ihrer Oberkante hinreichend elastisch ausgebildet. An der Unterseite der Kopfplatte 13 befindet sich eine Stütz- und Schwenkvorrichtung 22, mittels welcher die Kopfplatte in bezug auf den Boden 23 der Ausnehmung undrehbar und schwenkbar abgestützt ist. In der Ausnehmung 18 ist ein Anschlag 24 im Bereich des Bodens der Ausnehmung 18 vorgesehen, an dem der Umfangsrand der Kopfplatte in der Öffnungsstellung anliegt, wie Fig. 4 zeigt, während die Unterseite der Kopfplatte in der Schließstellung an dem einen Anschlag 25 bildenden oberen Rand der Öffnung 16 anliegt. Die Unterseite der Kopfplatte ist mit einem zylindrischen Stopfen 26 versehen, der die Öffnung 16 dicht verschließt, wobei ein Teil des die Öffnung 16 bildenden Rohrstutzens 27 an der der Austrittsöffnung 21 abgekehrten Seite außen von einem zylinderausschnittförmigen Teil 28 unter Bildung einer Nut 29 umgeben ist, die in der Öffnungsstellung gemäß Fig. 4 eine Abdichtung zur Ausnehmung 18 hin gewährleistet. Ein gestrichelter Kreis in den Fig. 3 und 4 zeigt in Fig. 2 zu sehende Rastvorsprünge 29, die in entsprechende Vertiefungen an der Innenseite der Kappenwand 17 beweglich eingreifen und eine Verdrehsicherung für die Kopfplatte darstellen.
  • Die Originalitätsanbindung 14 besteht im einzelnen aus zwei Ansätzen 30, die von dem Umfangsrand 13 der Kopfplatte 12 seitlich nach außen in geringem Abstand oberhalb der an dieser Seite nach unten ausgeschnittenen Oberkante 20 des Kappenrandes 19 vorstehen. Wie Fig. 2 zeigt, ragen die Ansätze im Grundriß gesehen, nicht über die Umrißlinie der Außenseite der Kappe hinaus, sondern stehen dieser gegenüber etwas zurück.
  • Die beiden Ansätze sind sehr schmal ausgebildet und erstrecken sich bis unter den oberen Rand der Kopfplatte 12, sind aber nur am unteren Ende bei 32 punktartig mit dem Umfangsrand 13 des Kappendeckels 12 verbunden. Wie aus Fig. 1 und 2 ersichtlich ist, sind die beiden Ansätze 30 zur Hauptschwenkebene 31 symmetrisch an dem Umfangsrand der Kopfplatte angebracht und durch einen Garantiebügel 32 miteinander verbunden. Dieser Garantiebügel 32 erstreckt sich in einem etwa konstanten radialen Abstand von dem Umfangsrand 13 zwischen den beiden Ansätzen 30. Seine radial nach außen liegende Fläche fluchtet in Draufsicht mit der Außenseite der Kappenwand 17 oder liegt etwas innerhalb derselben, so daß die Originalitätsanbindung vor einer Beschädigung beim Transport o. dgl. geschützt ist. Vorzugsweise ist der Garantiebügel 32 nur an die Unterkante 32 der beiden Ansätze 30 angebunden und elastisch ausgebildet.
  • Die Stütz- und Schwenkvorrichtung 22 besteht aus backenförmigen Teilen des Umfangsrandes 13, deren kreisförmige Stützfläche sich auf entsprechend ausgestalteten Stützrippen an der Innenseite der Kappenwandung im Bereich der Ausnehmung 18 schwenkbar abstützen.

Claims (4)

  1. Verschluß (10) aus Kunststoff für einen Behälter für fließfähige Stoffe, bestehend aus
    einer Kappe (11) mit einer Abdeckplatte (15), die eine Öffnung (16) hat,
    einer Kappenwand (17), die sich von der Abdeckplatte (15) nach oben erstreckt und eine nach oben offene Ausnehmung (18) oberhalb der Abdeckplatte (15) bildet und mit einem oberen Rand (20) versehen ist,
    einer um eine Schwenkachse (y) zwischen einer Schließ- und Offenstellung verschwenkbaren Kopfplatte (12), deren umlaufender Mantel (13) sich in die Ausnehmung (18) erstreckt und auf einer der durch die Schwenkachse definierten Seiten eine Auslaßöffnung (21) aufweist, die in Schließstellung der Kopfplatte (12) durch die Kappenwand (17) geschlossen ist, während die andere, als Betätigungsorgan dienende Seite der Kopfplatte (12) in deren Schließstellung im Abstand oberhalb des oberen Randes (20) der Kappenwand (17) angeordnet ist, wobei das Verschwenken der Kopfplatte (12) mittels einer Stütz- und Schwenkvorrichtung (22) an der Innenseite der Kappenwand ermöglicht ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    im Lieferzustand des Behälters der Mantel (13) der Kopfplatte (12) an seiner als Betätigungsorgan dienenden Seite mit einer Originalitätsanbindung (14) versehen ist, die bei Ingebrauchnahme des Behälters durch Verschwenken der Kopfplatte (12) in die Offenstellung abscherbar ist, wobei die Originalitätsanbindung (14) aus zwei schmalen Ansätzen (30) besteht, die von dem Mantel (13) seitlich nach außen in geringem Abstand oberhalb des an dieser Seite nach unten ausgeschnittenen Randes (20) der Kappenwand (17) vorstehen, sich bis unter den oberen Rand der Kopfplatte (12) erstrecken, nur am unteren Ende punktartig an dem Mantel (13) der Kopfplatte (12) sowie symmetrisch zur senkrecht zur Schwenkachse (y) stehenden Hauptschwenkebene (31) an dem Mantel (13) der Kopfplatte (12) angebracht und durch einen Garantiebügel (32) miteinander verbunden sind.
  2. Verschluß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Garantiebügel (32) sich in einem etwa konstanten radialen Abstand von dem Mantel (13) der Kopfplatte (12) zwischen den beiden Ansätzen (30) erstreckt und seine radial außen liegende Fläche in Draufsicht des Verschlusses mit der Außenseite der Kappenwand (17) etwa fluchtet.
  3. Verschluß nach den Ansprüchen 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Garantiebügel (32) nur an die Unterkante der beiden Ansätze (30) angebunden ist.
