Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Aufhängevorrichtung für mit einer Verschlußkappe ausgestattete Behälther, wie Flaschen, aus Kunststoff mit einer vorzugsweise aus einer Kordel oder dergleichen gebildeten Aufhängeschlaufe, die mit ihrem Enden an die Verschlußkappe durch Anspritzen befestigt ist, wobei die Verschlußkappe eine Ausgabeöffnung für den Behälterinhalt aufweist, welche mittels einer Verschließklappe abgedeckt ist.
  • Aufhängevorrichtungen dieser Art sind in den verschiedensten Ausführungsformen seit langem bekannt. Die Aufhängeschlaufe besteht dabei meist aus einem Spritzgußteil aus flexiblem Kunststoff, das in Form einer Kordel, einer Schnur, eines Bandes oder dergleichen geformt ist.
  • Zur Befestigung der Aufhängeschlaufe sind verschiedene Konstruktionen bekannt. Bei einer dieser Konstruktionen ist die Aufhängeschlaufe im Bereich ihrer Enden mit einem druckknopfartigen Ansatz ausgestattet, der in eine entsprechend geformte Ausnehmung auf der Rückseite des Behälters einrastend eingepreßt werden kann. Derartige Konstruktionen sind jedoch sehr aufwendig, da die Aufhängeschlaufe als separates Teil hergestellt werden muß, die Ausnehmung auf der Rückseite des Behälters die Behälterform für die Herstellung des Behälters komplizierter gestaltet und ein zusätzlicher Arbeitsgang zum Zusammenfügen von Aufhängeschlaufe und Behälter erforderlich ist. Von besonderem Nachteil ist jedoch, daß die Aufhängeschlaufe nach dem Zusammenfügen vom Behälter weit absteht, was sich störend beim Verpackungsvorgang, beim Versand und beim Verkauf auswirkt.
  • Zwar sind bereits auch weniger aufwendige Konstruktionen bekannt, bei denen die in Form eines Ringes oder Halbringes gestaltete Aufhängeschlaufe einstückig mit der Verschlußkappe ausgebildet ist, so daß das oben beschriebene Zusammenfügen und damit der hierfür notwendige zusätzliche Arbeitsgang entfallen. Auch bei diesen Konstruktionen steht jedoch die Aufhängeschlaufe von der Verschlußkappe ab, wodurch Probleme beim Zuführen zum Verschließautomat, beim Aufschrauben der Verschlußkappe auf den Behälter, beim Verpacken, beim Versand und beim Verkauf entstehen.
  • Eine derartige Konstruktion mit halbringförmiger Aufhängeschlaufe ist beispielsweise aus der DE-3 147 097 Al bekannt. Diese halbringförmige Aufhängeschlaufe, die einstückig mit der Verschlußkappe ausgebildet ist, ist mit einem plattenförmigen Träger versehen, an dem ein Stöpsel befestigt ist, mit dem die Austrittsöffnung des Behälters verschlossen werden kann. Durch diese Anordnung wird die Aufhängeschlaufe im verschlossenen Zustand des Behälters zwar in unmittelbarer Nähe der Außenfläche der Verschlußkappe gehalten, ein Abstehen der Aufhängeschlaufe mit den oben beschriebenen Nachteilen jedoch nicht verhindert.
  • Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, eine vollkommen neuartige Aufhängevorrichtung zu schaffen, bei der die mit dem Abstehen der Aufhängeschlaufe vom Behälter bzw. von der Verschlußkappe zusammenhängenden Probleme nicht auftreten.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß die Verschließklappe (5) in an sich bekannter Weise über ein Filmscharnier (6) einstückig mit der Verschlußkappe (2) verbunden ist, daß die Aufhängeschlaufe zumindest teilweise in eine in der Verschlußkappe ausgebildete Nut lösbar eingesenkt ist und in der eingesenkten Lage über die Verschließklappe (5) verläuft und daß die Länge der Aufhängeschlaufe (9) derart bemessen ist, daß sie in der in der Nut eingesenkten Lage eng an der Verschlußkappe anliegt.
  • Durch die erfindungsgemäßen Merkmale ist erstmalig eine Aufhängevorrichtung geschaffen, bei der die Aufhängeschlaufe aufgrund der Anordnung in der Nut in die Verschlußkappe voll integriert ist. Abstehende Abschnitte, die beim Zuführen zum Verschleßautomaten, beim Aufschrauben der Verschlußkappe auf den Behälter, beim Verpacken, beim Versand und beim Verkauf stören, sind daher nicht vorhanden.
  • Zwar liegt der bekannten Konstruktion nach der DE-3 147 097 Al schon die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Behälter zu schaffen, bei dem die Aufhängeschlaufe in der Schließstellung des Behälters eine zwangsläufig nicht vom Behälter abstehende Position einnimmt. Durch die bekannte Konstruktion ist jedoch lediglich das Maß verringert, um das die Aufhängeschlaufe vom Behälter absteht, nicht aber die durch die erfindungsgemäßen Merkmale hervorgerufene volle Integration der Aufhängeschlaufe erreicht, die die eingangs geschilderten Probleme vermeidet. Zwar ist eine volle Integration eines Aufhängeringes an einer Schraubkappe einer Taschenlampe aus der US-A-2 882 388 bereits bekannt. Bei dieser auf dem Gebiet der Leuchten bekannten Konstruktion liegt jedoch der Aufhängering innerhalb eines ringförmigen Randwulstes, der stirnseitig an der Schraubkappe ausgebildet ist. Innerhalb des ringförmigen Randwulstes sind zwei Haltehaken vorgesehen, die den Aufhängering in der eingesenkten Lage halten.
  • Um die Aufhängeschlaufe beim Gebrauch des Behälters benutzen zu können, ist es lediglich erforderlich, diese aus der Nut auszuheben, was aufgrund der flexiblen Ausgestaltung mittels eines einfachen Handgriffes möglich ist.
  • Da die Aufhängeschlaufe in ansich bekanntes Weise einstückig mit der Verschlußkappe ausgebildet ist, kann sie zusammen mit dieser in einem Arbeitsgang hergestellt werden. Bei diesem Herstellungsvorgang kann der Aufhängeschlaufe bereits die für das Einsenken in die Nut erforderliche Form verliehen werden.
  • Grundsätzlich kann die Nut für die Aufhängeschlaufe in jeder beliebigen Weise über die Verschlußkappe geführt sein. Dem jeweiligen Verwendungszweck und Erscheinungsbild entsprechend kann dabei eine symmetrische oder unsymmetrische Lage der Nut auf der Verschlußkappe gewählt werden. Eine besonders zweckmässige Ausgestaltung wird jedoch erreicht, wenn die Nut über die Oberseite der Verschlußkappe verläuft.
  • Gemäß der Erfindung verläuft die Aufhängeschlaufe in in der Nut eingesenkter Lage über die Verschließklappe.
  • Auf Grund dieser Ausgestaltung sichert die Aufhängeschlaufe die Verschließklappe beim Versand und beim Transport, so daß ein unbeabsichtigtes Öffnen und damit ein Austreten des Behälterinhaltes vermieden wird. Neben ihrer Aufhängefunktion hat somit die Aufhängeschlaufe beim Versand und beim Transport eine Sicherungsfunktion.
  • Bei entsprechender Ausgestaltung kann die Aufhängeschlaufe neben der Sicherungsfunktion auch eine Originalitätsfunktion haben. So kann beispielsweise durch Anordnung einer Siegelmarke oder dergleichen an der Aufhängeschlaufe sichtbar gemacht werden, ob der Behälter bereits geöffnet worden ist, oder ob sich der Behälter noch in seinem ursprünglichen verschlossenen Zustand befindet.
  • Grundsätzlich kann die Aufhängeschlaufe in jeder beliebigen Weise über die Verschließklappe verlaufen. Eine besonders sichere Lagefixierung der Aufhängeschlaufe wird jedoch gemäß einem bevorzugten Ausführungsbesipiel der Erfindung dann erreicht, wenn die Verschließklappe mit einer Nut ausgestattet ist, die mit der in der Verschlußkappe angeordneten Nut fluchtet.
  • Im folgenden ist zur weiteren Erläuterung und zum besseren Verständnis ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung unter Bezugnahme auf die beigefügten Zeichnungen näher beschrieben.

  • Wie aus den Figuren hervorgeht, ist ein Behälter 1 aus Kunststoff oder dergleichen mit einer Verschlußkappe 2 ausgestattet. Die Verschlußkappe 2 besitzt auf ihrer Oberseite 3 eine Ausgabeöffnung 4 für den Behälterinhalt. Diese Ausgabeöffnung 4 kann mit einer Verschließklappe 5 verschlossen werden, welche in an sich bekannter Weise über ein Filmscharnier 6 einstückig mit der Verschlußkappe 2 verbunden ist.
  • Im vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel verläuft über die Oberseite 3 der Verschlußkappe 2 eine Nut 7. Die Verschließklappe 5 ist ebenfalls mit einer Nut 8 ausgestattet, die mit der in der Verschlußkappe 2 angeordneten Nut 7 fluchet.
  • An die Verschlußkappe 2 ist im Bereich deren unteren Randes unterhalb des Filmscharnieres 6 eine Aufhängeschlaufe 9 angespritzt. Diese Aufhängeschlaufe 9 ist derart gestaltet, daß sie die Struktur einer Kordel, einer Schnur oder dergleichen aufweist. Die Länge der Aufhängeschlaufe 9 ist derart bemessen, daß die Aufhängeschlaufe in in der Nut 7 und 8 eingesenkter Lage (vgl. Figur 1) eng an der Verschlußkappe 2 anliegt. Auf diese Weise werden Probleme beim Zuführen zum Verschließautomaten, beim Aufschrauben der Verschlußkappe auf den Behälter, beim Verpacken, beim Versand und beim Verkauf vermieden.
  • In in der Nut eingesenkter Lage hat die Aufhängeschlaufewie eingangs bereits beschrieben - eine Sicherungsfunktion. So wird die Verschließklappe 5 durch die in der Nut 8 liegende Aufhangeschlaufe 9 in ihrer Schließlage gehalten, so daß ein unbeabsichtigtes Öffnen und damit ein Auslaufen des Behälterinhaltes vermieden wird.
  • Bei entsprechender Anordnung eines Siegels oder dergleichen hat die Aufhängeschlaufe 9 darüberhinaus eine Originalitätsfunktion, wie dies eingangs ebenfalls bereits beschrieben wurde.
  • Behälter mit Aufhängevorrichtungen der erfindungsgemäßen Art gelangen zum Verbraucher in einem Zustand, wie er in Figur 1 dargestellt ist. Die Aufhängeschlaufe 9 liegt dabei in der über die Oberseite der Verschlußkappe 2 verlaufenden Nut 7 und in den übrigen Abschnitten eng an der Außenwandung der Verschlußkappe an.
  • Wird der Behälter nun vom Verbraucher das erste Mal geöffnet, so wird die Verschließklappe 5 - wie in Figur 2 dargestelltin Richtung des Pfeiles P nach oben geschoben. Aufgrund dieser Bewegung der Schließklappe 5 wird die Aufhängeschlaufe 9 aus der Nut 7 ausgehoben. Aufgrund ihrer Elastizität springt die Aufhängeschlaufe 9 dann in die in Figur 3 gezeigte Lage, in der sie auch bei einem Wiederverschließen des Behälters, d. h. einem Zurückverschwenken der Verschließklappe 5 in die Verschließlage verbleibt. Dies bedeutet, daß die Aufhängeschlaufe 9 nach dem ersten Öffnen des Behälters in der in Figur 3 dargestellten Bestimmungslage verbleibt, in der sie ihre Aufhängefunktion erfüllen kann.

Claims (4)

  1. Aufhängevorrichtung für mit einer Verschlußkappe (2) ausgestattete Behälter (1), wie Flaschen aus Kunststoff, mit einer vorzugsweise aus einer Kordel oder dergleichen gebildeten Aufhängeschlaufe (9), die mit ihren Enden an der Verschlußkappe (2) durch Anspritzen befestigt ist, wobei die Verschlußkappe eine Ausgabeöffnung für den Behälterinhalt aufweist, welche mittels einer Verschließklappe abgedeckt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschließklappe (5) in an sich bekannter Weise über ein Filmscharnier (6) einstückig mit der Verschlußkappe (2) verbunden ist, daß die Aufhängeschlaufe (9) zumindest teilweise in eine in der Verschlußkappe (2) ausgebildete Nut (7) lösbar eingesenkt ist und in der eingesenkten Lage über die Verschließklappe (5) verläuft und daß die Länge der Aufhängeschlaufe (9) derart bemessen ist, daß sie in der in der Nut (7) eingesenkten Lage eng an der Verschlußkappe (2) anliegt.
  2. Aufhängevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufhängeschlaufe (9) einstückig mit der Verschlußkappe (2) ausgebildet ist.
  3. Aufhängevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nut (7) über die Oberseite (3) der Verschlußkappe (2) verläuft.
  4. Aufhängevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschließklappe (5) mit einer Nut (8) ausgestattet ist, die mit der in der Verschlußkappe (2) angeordneten Nut (7) fluchtet.
