Claims (10)

1. Fermeture à charnière à déclic, en une pièce, réalisée en matière plastique, comprenant une partie inférieure (1) et une partie supérieure (2) qui présentent chacune une paroi latérale (4, 5), ces deux parois latérales (4, 5) étant superposées verticalement, à recouvrement, dans la position de fermeture de la charnière et la partie inférieure (1) étant reliée à la partie supérieure (2) par au moins une pellicule-charnière (3), ainsi que par deux bandes de tension (6) disposées des deux côtés de la pellicule-charnière (3) et qui sont tendues dans la position de fermeture de la charnière, caractérisée en ce que les bandes de tension (6) présentent une section droite à peu près constante sur toute leur longueur, depuis leur racine dans des niches (11) ménagées dans les parois latérales (4, 5), et sont alignées par leurs surfaces partielles externes avec les surfaces externes des parois latérales, en position de fermeture.
2. Fermeture à charnière à déclic selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les racines des bandes de tension (6) sont formées sur les surfaces de fond des niches avec une configuration arrondie.
3. Fermeture à charnière à déclic selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les racines des bandes de tension (6), prévues dans des surfaces de fond planes de niches, s'étendent parallèlement à l'axe d'articulation de la pellicule-charnière (3).
4. Fermeture à charnière à déclic selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les parois latérales verticales (4, 5) présentent une forme arrondie et qu'une seule pellicule-charnière (3) est prévue, le long de laquelle s'étendent deux bandes de tension (6) en forme de rubans, disposées de part et d'autre de la charnière, les racines des bandes de tension étant disposées avec une inclinaison par rapport à l'axe d'articulation de la pellicule-charnière sur des surfaces de fond des niches, de manière que les côtés des bandes de tension (6) en forme de rubans situés plus près de la pellicule-charnière (3), soient plus courts que les côtés plus éloignés.
5. Fermeture à charnière à déclic selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les niches (11) correspondent au moins approximativement, en forme et en grandeur, aux bandes de tension (6) tendues, de manière que ces bandes puissent être reçues entièrement dans les niches (11), en recouvrant celles-ci à la position de fermeture de la charnière.
6. Fermeture à charnière à déclic selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le côté intérieur de la paroi latérale de la partie supérieure (2) est entièrement fermé et est appliqué sur tout le purtour contre la partie inférieure (1) dans la position de fermeture de la charnière.
7. Fermeture à charnière à déclic selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la forme en section droite des bandes de tension (6) correspond au moins approximativement à un rectangle plat.
8. Fermeture à charnière à déclic selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la forme en section droite des bandes de tension est convexe sur au moins un côté.
9. Fermeture à charnière à déclic selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les bandes de tension ont une forme en U en section droite.
10. Fermeture à charnière à déclic selon la reven- diation 1, caractérisée en ce que les bandes de tension (6) sont subdivisées en plusieurs bandes partielles (6), s'étendant parallèlement.
