The set of elements additionally contains a second element (17) which on one longitudinal side has a dovetail connecting part (18) and on the opposite side three wings (3), and also a connecting part (14) which on two mutually opposite sides has in each case one dovetail connecting part (15) which is designed to be complementary to the dovetail connecting parts (2) of the first element. <??>With such a set of elements, it is possible to construct in a simple manner effective soundproof or retaining walls by the composite method, it being possible to produce the individual elements economically. <IMAGE>

Description

The present invention relates to a kit for creating composite structures, elements of the kit being connectable to one another via dovetail connections. In particular, free-standing walls, which can be constructed using dry construction methods, and soundproof walls are considered.

A large number of kits with the most varied elements are known in order to create walls, for example free-standing walls or soundproof walls, kits also being known which enable walls to be erected in dry construction. For example, EP-A-0 215 994 discloses a kit for creating composite structures, in which elements can be connected to one another via dovetail connections. These elements are trough-shaped and can be planted on both sides.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a kit which is compatible on the one hand with a previously mentioned kit with dovetail connections and on the other hand can be easily and without complex aids to form an effective soundproofing wall or another wall which can also be used for embankments. In addition, the kit should include relatively few elements in terms of the variety of possible applications and should be as economical and rational to manufacture as possible. These tasks are solved with a kit defined in the claims.

Figures 1 and 2 describe a first element l, which has a dovetail groove 2 on its two transverse sides and three wings 3 on its longitudinal sides. Each wing 3 points from the outside, that is seen from the top 4 a bulge, or a shoulder 5, which is arranged on both sides of the wing. This paragraph 5 is followed by a corresponding recess 6, it being clear from FIGS. 2 and 7 that the spaces 7 between the wings are designed exactly the same, rotated by 180 °, like the wings themselves, so that a wing fits exactly into the space between two wings. Of course, this also applies to the wings 8 and spaces 9 of the element 10 according to FIG. 7, the shoulder 11 or recess 12 of which is sawtooth-like. In addition to the drawn shape of the wings 3 with rectangular shoulders and the tapered shape of the wings 8 with sawtooth-like heels or recesses, a number of other shapes are conceivable, for example tapering, triangular shapes or others. In Figures 1, 2 and 7 you can also see that the element 1 or 10 is provided with an elongated opening 13, which on the one hand brings a reduction in weight and on the other hand serves to anchor or stabilize the elements built on each other by means of reinforcing iron 25 and concrete filling, whereby also Elements can be clamped using threaded rods. Of course, instead of one elongated opening, several openings and with other shapes can be arranged in the middle part of the element 1 or 10.

Das Verbindungselement weist ferner eine Sicke 16 auf, an der es gespalten werden kann.FIGS. 3 and 4 show a connecting element 14 which has a dovetail spring 15 on two opposite sides, which fits into the dovetail groove 2. It is clear that the two connecting parts can also be reversed, that is to say that dovetail springs are provided on the first element and dovetail grooves are provided on the connecting element. The connecting element also has a bead 16 on which it can be split.

Das zweite Element 26 (Figur 12) kann auch in der Form der Ausführungsvariante gemäss Figur 7 ausgebildet sein.FIGS. 5 and 6 show a second element 17, which is provided on one of its long sides, in the middle, with a dovetail spring 18 and on the other long side, like the first element, with three wings 3 or possibly 8. The second element 26 (FIG. 12) can also be designed in the form of the embodiment variant according to FIG. 7.

It can also be seen from FIGS. 1, 2 and 7 that the first element has a wide, continuous groove 19 on the side lying above in the drawing, and the underside has a corresponding rib 20. As can be seen from FIGS. 8 and 11, this allows the first elements lying on top of one another to be locked in the vertical direction.

Allerdings nimmt dann mit der Zunahme der Flügel die Handlichkeit ab.All materials customary for the production of composite blocks can be considered as materials for such elements, in particular also lightweight concrete and coarse-pored, sound-absorbing material. In the present exemplary embodiments, elements with three wings are drawn, but elements with two, four or more wings can also be used. However, the handiness decreases with the increase of the wings.

Die Abmessungen und das Material der Flügelelemente können derart gewählt sein, dass handliche Elemente entstehen, die ohne besondere Hilfsmittel wie schwere Krane und dergleichen entladen und aufgestellt werden können.FIGS. 8 and 9 show the construction of a soundproofing wall, parts of another kit being used to create composite structures that can be connected with plantable troughs. FIGS. 8, 9 and 10 show a square trough stone T known from EP-A-0215994, which has a dovetail groove N on each of its four sides, which corresponds to the dovetail groove 2 and dovetail spring 15 of the elements according to FIGS Figures 1 and 3 corresponds. Following these trough stones T, the first elements 1 can now be connected to one another via the connecting elements 14 and are lined up. It can be seen in FIG. 8 that the connecting elements are offset by half a height with respect to the trough elements and the first wing elements in order to achieve a good bond. In Figure 9 it is also indicated that wing elements can also be arranged perpendicular to the soundproofing wall, which also serve as sound absorbing elements. This also applies to the second element 17, which was attached to the left trough stone in FIG. Both the trough stones and the wing elements can be poured out using reinforcing irons 25. In particular, FIG. 9 shows a further function of the shaped wings, or rather the bulges and recesses of the wings, namely their ability to largely absorb the sound and thus to destroy it. Due to the modular construction of the noise barrier, it is easily possible to either omit individual elements and instead install a door that has the same appearance or to attach elements directly to hinges to serve as an emergency exit. The dimensions and the material of the wing elements can be selected in such a way that handy elements are created which can be unloaded and set up without special aids such as heavy cranes and the like.

In Figure l0 further embodiments are shown. If, for example, either smooth walls or a reinforcement of the walls is desired on one side, the elements 22 which do not have a dovetail spring can be introduced into the first elements as shown in FIG. 10 at the bottom left, so that their smooth outer side looks outwards. The dovetail spring can either be removed or elements can be provided that do not have such a dovetail spring 18. On the right side of FIG. 10 are sound-absorbing rods 21 made of rock wool or the like, which can be pressed into the spaces between two wings. Instead of the two-leaf elements 22 in FIG. 10 on the left, three- or four-leaf elements can of course also be used, which can then achieve an even better composite effect.

Der Deckstein weist an seiner unteren Seite die in die Nut 19 passende Rippe 20 auf, während die Seiten beliebig gestaltet werden können und wie in Figur 11 dargestellt nach unten weisen.FIG. 11 shows a cover stone 23 which on the one hand forms an aesthetic finish and on the other hand prevents rain and dirt from entering the wall from above. The cover stone has on its lower side the rib 20 fitting into the groove 19, while the sides can be designed in any way and point downward as shown in FIG.

Another application of the elements according to the invention is shown in FIG. 12, namely for the erection of an embankment wall. It can be seen that the elements can be fully interlocked either by means of the wings, as in the case of the sound-absorbing wall, in the present case the sides pointing upwards or downwards are the sides with the wings. The second half elements 26 can serve as anchoring in a foundation 27 at the bottom and as a termination at the top. In addition, it can be seen from FIG. 12 that it is not always necessary to achieve complete interlocking between the wings of the elements, but that the elements can also be placed on top of one another, a composite wall being formed even when the wings are not fully interlocked. In the example shown, the dovetail connection parts are not required, but it is of course possible to connect anchoring or decorative elements there by means of these dovetail connections.

If the dovetail springs of the connecting elements are made somewhat smaller than the corresponding grooves of the first elements, it is possible to achieve a certain curvature. If, however, a larger curvature is desired, asymmetrical connecting elements 24 can be provided which allow curvature in both directions. 13, the upper side of the connecting element 24 is larger than the lower side thereof, so that a curvature of the wall can be achieved.

It is also possible to manufacture the above-mentioned elements of the kit from wood or plastic, possibly on a smaller scale, so that these elements can also be used as toys.
