Description
Block construction The object of the present invention Block construction allows the unskilled after the first layer of stone carefully is laid horizontally and along a string, the walls of a building are perfectly perpendicular with all necessary window and door hinges, corners and partitions to be built with extremely economical mortar consumption.
There are essentially two measures by which this according to the invention is achieved. First, the dimensionally accurate z. B. from rubble, grit concrete or blocks made of another building material in layers with tongue and groove interlocking simply loosely placed on top of each other and each stone layer only after their laying with the underlying 'stone layer mortared from above, by pouring liquid mortar into vertical channels in or between the stones will. Then a few stone sizes and shapes have been developed according to the invention, with which all occurring wall thicknesses, intermediate wall connections, masonry corners, Joint changes, door and window hinges can be achieved without having to set up stones by smashing. As a result, the unskilled will practically never be able to due to clumsiness, lack of experience, etc., the construction work is improperly executed.
The new construction is described below using the drawing. In this show.
die Fig. i bis 6 eine für die neue Bauweise entwickelte Serie von Blocksteintypen im Schaubild, die Fig. 7 bis 12 die Blocksteine der Fig. i und 2 in .nraufsichten; Unteransichten und senkrechten Schnitten nach den Linien A-B, C-D der Fig. 7 bis io, die Fig. 13 eine Wandecke, die Fig. 14 die erste Blocksteinschicht einer Bauwerksecke mit Fensteranschlag in Draufsicht, die Fig. 15 die zweite Blocksteinschicht dieser-Bauwerksecke und die Fig. 16 und 17 den Einbund einer Zwischenwand in erster und zweiter Blocksteinschicht in Draufsicht.FIGS. i to 6 show a series of developed for the new construction Block types in the diagram, FIGS. 7 to 12 the blocks of FIGS. 1 and 2 in .supervise; Bottom views and vertical sections along lines A-B, C-D 7 to 10, FIG. 13 a wall corner, FIG. 14 the first block layer a building corner with a window stop in plan view, FIG. 15 the second block stone layer this corner of the building and FIGS. 16 and 17 show the binding of a partition wall in the first place and second block stone layer in plan view.
During the development of the stone sizes shown in FIGS. 1 to 5 , a normal block stone 25 X 25 X 25 was used, as shown in FIGS. 1, 7 and ii. To increase its thermal properties, at the same time to reduce the cost of materials and its weight, the block i has cavities 2, Fig.1 and 12, which lie next to each other in two longitudinal planes of the block and, as shown, can be closed at the top and bottom. Furthermore, as is known per se, spring strips 4 and grooves 5 on the upper and lower sides of the stone i are intended to interlock the stones placed on top of one another. In the end faces of each stone i there is an open vertical groove 6, and two such grooves 6 at the joint of two stones i form a channel into which, after the stones i have been placed, liquid mortar is poured into a horizontal longitudinal groove 7 spreads out on the underside of the stone i and fills it. As a result, the stone layers are well grouted together. The stone 8 according to FIG. 2 can be imagined to have arisen by bisecting the block i according to FIG. This half-block 8, as it can be called, is, however, reduced in width by half of this joint with regard to a vertical central joint to be formed between two such half-blocks. This half-block 8 also has spring strips 4 and grooves 5 on the top and bottom and the horizontal longitudinal groove 7 on the latter.
The stone 9 shown in FIG. 3 is the result of a transverse bisection of the half-block 8 from FIG. 2; one can therefore call it a quarter block. Of course, this also lacks spring strips 4 and grooves 5 on the top and bottom and the horizontal longitudinal groove 7 is not.
If you also halve this quarter block 9, you get the eighth block io of FIG. 4.
Den Eckbinderstein i i der Fig. 5 kann man sich entstanden denken aus einem Viertelblock g und einem quer daran befestigten weiteren Viertelblock 9.The corner stone i i of FIG. 5 can be imagined to have originated from a quarter block g and a further quarter block attached transversely to it 9.
B. Fig. 13).These five stone shapes and sizes are essential for the new one Construction. The stone 12, which Fig. 6 shows, has only building control significance because it forms the required smooth, solid wall finish on which the ceiling construction rests on (see, for example, Fig. 13).
einer einsteinigen, also fünfundzwanziger Wand. Deren erste Blocksteinschicht
Similar brackets are in fifties walls, etc. by staggering of the blocks possible.
