Definitions

  • the invention relates to a tablet dispenser which has a sleeve and a magazine guided in this sleeve for receiving a stack of tablets, which has a substantially U-shaped cross section and a bottom connecting the legs and for filling purposes against the force of a between the bottom of the Magazine and a slidably guided in this and in the sleeve, acting as a spring plate acting cup-like slide spring can be partially pushed out of the sleeve, the slide being secured against complete tilting in the magazine, guided in it and provided with lateral projections, of which one penetrates a longitudinal slot arranged in the web of the magazine and engages in a groove running in the longitudinal direction of the sleeve of the inner wall of the sleeve and the other projection engages in a further longitudinal groove of the sleeve, which longitudinal grooves are at least partially closed at the extending end of the sleeve, and Ansc Form a stop for the projections of the slide.
  • Such a tablet dispenser was known for example from AT-PS 362 073 and has proven very successful.
  • the aim of the invention is to avoid endangering the user and, in particular, to reliably prevent the spring from jumping out, even when the tablet dispenser of the type mentioned at the outset, which is usually made of plastic, is used improperly.
  • this is achieved in that the projection of the slide passing through the slot of the magazine is provided with a hammer head and a preferably in Ground level of the magazine engages on this catch pin between two turns of the spring.
  • the lateral surfaces of the hammer head approach each other against its free end face and enclose an angle of preferably 30 ° with the axis running in the direction of the style of the hammer head. This enables the longitudinal slot of the web of the magazine to be widened in a very simple manner by simply pushing the slide into the magazine on its open side.
  • the underside of the hammer head facing the bottom of the magazine runs inclined upward towards the free end face thereof and preferably encloses an angle of 45 ° with the contact plane of the slide.
  • the oblique underside of the hammer head forms a run-up surface which facilitates the pressing of the magazine together with the slider inserted into the sleeve, which is widened, the hammer head being inserted into the groove provided for this in the sleeve, which is at the extension-side end of the sleeve Sleeve is at least partially closed by a cross bar, snaps.
  • the groove base of each groove of the sleeve receiving a projection of the slide increases in the region of the end of its extension , so that the clear distance between the opposing groove bases to reduce towards the end of each groove, the angle of rise is preferably 3 °.
  • the sleeve in its ejection-side end area from the two corner areas formed by the side walls of the sleeve, arranged on the surface of the sleeve facing the inner land surface of the magazine, and expanding against the inside of the sleeve has expansion lugs which have the legs spread the magazine apart in its inserted state.
  • the tablet dispenser 1 consists essentially of the sleeve 17, the inside of the sleeve 17 axially slidable ver magazine 18, which receives the tablets 19 indicated by broken lines, and the spring 21 loaded slide 21, which the tablets 19 against the upper end or The dispensing end of the tablet dispenser 1 presses.
  • the spring 20 is supported on the bottom of the magazine 18, which has a longitudinal slot 22 on its rear side, which the slider 21 penetrates with a shoulder and which is continuously open on its front side, in order to insert a stack of tablets in the upward direction extended magazine 18 to allow.
  • the slider 21 engages with its approaches 5.5 ⁇ in grooves 7.7 7 of the sleeve 17, which end before the upper end of the sleeve 17.
  • an extension 25 formed on the inside of the cover part 2 is supported behind the axis of rotation determined by the pin 3 indicated by the broken line, so that the cover part 2 is spring-loaded in the closing direction.
  • the tablets 19 are pushed upwards by the slide 21 until the uppermost tablet contacts the bridge 23. If the lid is now rotated, the extension 6 of the lid part 2 abuts the back of the tablet 19 and subsequently pushes it forward through the opening formed between the upper edge of the sleeve 17 of the tablet dispenser 1 and the lower edge of the lid part 2 so that it can be easily removed. If the lid is released, it is rotated back into its illustrated starting position by the spring action of the extension 24, and the slide 21 pushes the remaining stack upwards until the next tablet 19 is in contact with the bridge 23.
  • the magazine 18, which is essentially U-shaped in cross section, has widenings 9, 10, which ensure a firm hold of the magazine 18 fully inserted into the sleeve 17. Furthermore, an extension 11 is provided which prevents the magazine 18 from being pushed through the sleeve 17.
  • this has a nose 4 molded onto a leg or side wall 12.
  • the rise of this nose 4 is designed as a curve.
  • This nose 4 slides in one of the grooves 13 of the sleeve 17 (Fig. 8).
  • the grooves 7 and 7 ⁇ and the grooves 13 end in front of the upper end of the sleeve 17. If the magazine 18 is therefore pushed upwards out of the sleeve 17, the nose 4 of the magazine 18 opens the end of one Groove 13, whereby due to the rounding or beveling of the nose 4, the height h of which corresponds to that provided between the area of the magazine 18 adjoining the nose 4 and the area of the sleeve 17 adjoining the end of the groove 13, this clearance at least partially emerges from the groove 13, so that there is at least an adhesion if not a press fit between the magazine and the sleeve, whom the first is pulled so far from the sleeve 17 that the nose 4 has run up on the groove end or at least partially from the Groove 13 is pulled out.
  • the exemption for the nose 4 is designed as a groove 12.
  • Such an exemption would have to end just like the grooves 13 in front of one end of the sleeve, or a corresponding, inwardly projecting approach would have to be provided there.
  • spreading lugs 30 are arranged in the area of the upper and the extension-side end of the sleeve 17, which are formed by the inner surface 33 thereof facing the side walls 31 and the web 32 of the magazine 18 inserted into the sleeve 17 Corners rise from the bottom up and at the same time rise from the corners towards the center of the cross section of the sleeve.
  • These expanding lugs 30 interact with the widenings of the magazine 16, which is usually made of relatively elastic plastic. This ensures that the legs or side walls 12 of the magazine 18 are pushed apart when fully inserted into the sleeve 17 and that the tablets 19 are not jammed in the dispensing area.
  • the grooves 7, 7 ⁇ of the sleeve have different depths, the groove 7 is only partially closed at its upper or extension end by a bolt 35 which stops the stop 14 for a shoulder 5 of the slide 21 forms.
  • the slide 21 is cup-shaped and accommodates an end region of the spring 20 in its interior.
  • the extension 5 of the slide which, as can be seen from FIG. 10, has a hammer head 40 at its free end, the side surfaces 41 of which converge against the free end surface 42, penetrates the slot 22 of the web 32 of the magazine 18 and engages with its hammer head 40 in the groove 7 of the sleeve 17.
  • the side surface 41 of the hammer head enclose an angle of approximately 30 ° with the longitudinal center plane of the extension 5 or its handle connecting the hammer head 40 with the slide.
  • the slide 21 is simply mounted in the magazine 18 in such a way that the spring 20 is inserted into the magazine 18, the catch pin 43 to be projecting from the web 32 against the open side of the magazine penetrating between two turns of the spring 20 and this secures. Thereafter, the slide 21 is slipped onto the free end of the spring 20 and the extension 5 thereof is pressed through the slot 22 of the web 32 of the magazine 18, the slot 22 being widened by the oblique side surfaces 41 of the hammer head 40.
  • the slide 21 After inserting the magazine 18 into the sleeve 17, the slide 21 is inclined so far by pressure on the side near the extension 5 that the extension 5 comes to rest under the stop 14 ⁇ of the sleeve 17, after which the magazine 18 is completely in the sleeve 17th is pushed. This causes the sleeve 17 to expand due to the penetration of the protruding shoulder 5 of the slide 21 until it snaps under the latch 35.
  • This expansion of the sleeve 17, which is usually made of plastic, is by the against the contact surface of the slider by about 45 ° inclined against the free end face 42 upwardly inclined underside 44 of the extension 5 or its hammer head 40 facilitates.
  • a complete separation of the magazine 18 and the sleeve 17 is only possible if the sleeve 17 is damaged or destroyed, which is expediently made of a more brittle material than the slide 21, the stops 14, 14 'or the bolt 35 having to be broken out .
  • the spring 20 and the slide 21 remain in the magazine 18, since the lug 5 of the slide 21 engages behind the web 32 of the magazine with its hammer head and therefore remains connected to the magazine.
  • this also means that the spring 20 cannot jump away since it is held by the slide and its other end is practically held between the bottom of the magazine 18 and the catch pin 43.
  • the spring 20 can therefore only bend out of the magazine 18 in the event of us using the tablet dispenser appropriately, so that a risk from the pointed ends of the spring is avoided.
  • the bottom of the groove 50, 50 ⁇ of the grooves 7, 7 ⁇ rises in the region after the bolt 35, or the stop 14 ⁇ slightly, the increase being about 3 °.
