Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft einen Messerkopf für eine Fleischschneidemaschine mit den im Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 genannten Merkmalen. Ein solcher Messerkopf ist in der EP-A2-0192039 veröffentlicht am 27/8/86 beschrieben und dargestellt.
- Bei dieser Maschine ist die Schneiddicke, das heißt die Dicke der Scheibe, die mittels des Hauptmessers von einem Schneidgutblock abgetrennt wird, durch einen mit dem Messerkopf bewegten Anschlag vorgegeben. Zwar ist es theoretisch möglich, diese Schneiddicke zu verändern, doch müssen dafür sämtliche Quermesser gelöst werden und nach Lösen, Einjustieren und Wiederbefestigen des Anschlags erneut justiert und festgeschraubt werden.
- Aufgabe der Erfindung ist die Weiterbildung der im Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 definierten Ausbildung eines Messerkopfes derart, daß eine einfache Veränderung der Schneiddicke ermöglicht wird.
- Die gemäß der Erfindung vorgesehene Lösung dieser Aufgabe ergibt sich aus den kennzeichnenden Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1, während die Unteransprüche zweckmäßige Ausgestaltungen dieses Konzepts definieren.
- Ein bevorzugtes Ausführungsbeispiel ist in den beigefügten Zeichnungen dargestellt und wird nachstehend im einzelnen erläutert.
- Fig. 1 ist ein Vertikalschnitt durch das messerkopfseitige Ende der Maschine, und
- Fig. 2 ist eine teilweise geschnittene Teildraufsicht auf denselben Bereich der Maschine.
- In Fig. 1 ist der Messerkopf in seiner tiefsten Position dargestellt, also am Ende seines Abwärtshubes. Vom Maschinengestell ist nur die Gegenschneide 10 am Ende eines Schneidguttisches 12, der Maschinenrahmen 14 (weggebrochen) und die kammartig ausgebildete stationäre Auflage 16 erkennbar, deren L-Querschnitt in Fig. 1 wiedergegeben ist. Der Messerkopf ist relativ zu diesen stationären Bauteilen vertikalbeweglich mittels Buchsen 18 an Säulenführungen (nicht dargestellt) abgestützt; der Antrieb kann in konventioneller Weise mittels Hydraulikarbeitszylinder erfolgen.
- Der Messerträger umfaßt einen Hauptmesserträger 20, an dem das Hauptmesser 22 angeschraubt ist und, unter Beilage eines Distanzstücks 24, auch der Quermesserträger 26 (in Fig. 2 der besseren Übersicht wegen weggelassen). Der Quermesserträger umfaßt eine Stützplatte 28 und eine Deckplatte 34 mit Schlitzen zur Aufnahme je eines Quermessers 30, dessen genaue Position mittels Stellschrauben 32 festlegbar ist. Madenschrauben 36 sind als Anlage für jeweils ein Quermesser in die Deckplatte 34 eingeschraubt.
- Vom Quermesserträger 26 ragen beidseits der Breite des Hauptmessers Verbindungsstücke 40 nach unten, an denen jeweils ein Führungsstück 42 angeschweißt ist; die beiden Führungsstücke sind durch eine Traverse 44 miteinander verbunden. Jedes Führungsstücke ist von einer senkrecht zur Schneide des Hauptmessers verlaufenden Führungsbohrung durchsetzt und von seinem äußeren freien Ende her teilweise parallel zu der Bohrung geschlitzt, so daß mittels einer Knebelschraube 46 eine in der Bohrung gleitbeweglich eingepaßte Führungssäule 48 festklemmbar ist. Die beiden Führungssäulen 48 sind in eine parallel zur Traverse 44 verlaufende Schiene 50 eingeschraubt, an der ebensoviele Anschlagleisten 52 befestigt - hier angeschweißt - sind, wie Lücken der stationären Auflage 16 vorhanden sind; jeweils eine Leiste 52 paßt mit geringem Spiel in eine solche Lücke. Ferner ist in die Schiene 50 eine Gewindespindel 54 eingesetzt und festgeschweißt, die mit einer Verstell-Rändelmutter 56 zusammenwirkt, welche sich in der Traverse 44 abstützt. Nach Lösen der Knebel kann somit der Anschlag, bestehend aus den auf die Schiene 50 aufgeschweißten Leisten, relativ zum Rest des Messerkopfes durch Drehen der Rändelmutter verstellt werden. Die größte Schneiddicke ist durch Anstoßen der Spindel 54 am Kopf der Mutter 56 bestimmt; in der innersten Endstellung legen sich die Leisten 52 an die Auflage 16 an. Eines der Führungsstücke trägt noch eine Dikkenskala 64, an der ein Markiereinschnitt vorbeiläuft, angebracht auf einem mit der Schiene 50 verbundenen Plättchen 66.
