Claims (6)
- Dispositif électrique d'avertissement comportant des générateurs optique et acoustique d'alarme pour indiquer l'état d'épuisement d'un filtre à gaz, qui élimine ou retient des gaz polluants de l'air ou les convertit en des substances moins nocives, en liaison avec un masque respiratoire, caractérisé en ce quea) le dispositif électrique d'avertissement (1), qui est raccordé au masque respiratoire (12) est réalisé sous la forme d'une unité entièrement séparée du filtre à gaz (6) et est monté en aval du filtre à gaz dans la direction de circulation du gaz, etb) le dispositif d'avertissement (1) est constitué par un boîtier en forme de cartouche (2) comportant deux tubulures de raccordement opposées (2a et 2b) et dans lequel sont disposés une cellule électrochimique de mesure (3) utilisée comme élément de mesure pour déceler des concentrations nocives de gaz polluants et comportant un montage électronique (5) et les générateurs optique et acoustique d'alarme (6 et 7) ainsi qu'un échangeur de chaleur (8), qui subdivise le boîtier (2) en deux chambres (A et B), dont l'une (A) possède une soupape d'expiration (9), le générateur d'alarme optique ou acoustique étant une diode à luminescence (6) ou un générateur de signaux (7).
- Dispositif d'avertissement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'en aval de l'échangeur de chaleur (8) sont disposés, dans l'autre chambre (B) du boîtier (2), le montage électronique (5) pour la cellule électrochimique de mesure (3), le générateur de signaux (7) et la diode à luminescence (6).
- Dispositif d'avertissement selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que pour l'alimentation en énergie du montage (5), il est prévu une pile (15) possédant une unité de contrôle (16), qui indique la consommation de la pile (15) à la diode à luminescence (6) et au générateur de signaux (7).
- Dispositif d'avertissement selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'avertissement (1) monté entre le masque respiratoire (12) et le filtre à gaz (10) peut fonctionner selon une respiration pendulaire, l'air expiré (II) s'évacuant par l'échangeur de chaleur (8) et la soupape d'expiration (9).
- Dispositif d'avertissement selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que lors de son passage dans le dispositif d'avertissement (1), l'air aspiré (I) parvient par diffusion à l'intérieur de la cellule de mesure (3), par l'intermédiaire d'un by-pass.
- Dispositif d'avertissement selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que le montage électronique (5) du dispositif d'avertissement (1) possède un commutateur à valeur de seuil (14), dont le seuil de commutation est réglable sur un signal de mesure qui correspond à la valeur de mesure, qui déclenche une alarme, et qui correspond à une concentration déterminée en gaz polluants, mesurée par la cellule de mesure (3) et indique la fin de la durée d'utilisation du filtre à gaz (10).
