Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine faltbare, als Runddose ausgebildete Faltschachtel, die aus einem Kartonzuschnitt o. dgl. hergestellt wird, mit durch Rillungen getrennten Körperwänden und deren angelenkten Verschlussteilen sowie zwischen den Verschlussteilen angeordneten Verbindungszwickel, wobei die an der Ober- und Unterkante angelenkten Verschlussteile über bogenförmige Rillungen mit den Schachtelwänden verbunden sind.
  • Das US Patent 3 713 576 betrifft ebenfalls eine faltbare, als Runddose ausgebildete Faltschachtel, mit durch Rillungen getrennten Körperwänden und an den letzeren angelenkten Verschlussteilen, die als Dreiecke ausgebildet sind. Bei der Schachtel gemäss diesem Patent muss man jedes der vier Dreiecke falten, was lange Zeit für die Schliessung benötigt. Bei der Oeffnung, muss man ebenfalls alle Dreiecke auseinanderfalten.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine als Runddose ausgebildete Faltschachtel im Deckel- sowie im Bodenbereich mit einem Rosettenverschluss zu schaffen, der dann eine schnelle Oeffnung und Schliessung ermöglicht.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäss dadurch gelöst, dass die Verbindungszwickel trapezförmige Stege zwischen den Verschlussteilen bilden, wobei diese Stege sich auf ungefähr die Hälfte der Höhe der Verschlussteile erstrecken und einen Rand des Verschlussteiles mit dem anderen Rand des folgenden Verschlussteiles verbinden, und wobei Ausstanzungen zwischen den Verschlussteilen in der Nähe der Rillungen vorhanden sind, um einen Rosettenverschluss zu ermöglichen.
  • Die erfindungsgemässe Faltschachtel kann auch so ausgeführt werden, dass rechtwinklig zum Kleber verlaufend ein Aufreisstreifen und vertikal zwei Knicklinien angeordnet sind.
  • Die erfindungsgemässe Aufgabe kann bei einer derartigen Formkombination der eingangs genannten Art auch so gelöst werden, dass der Zuschnitt über einen Dorn verformt wird und die vertikal verlaufenden Rillungen entfallen können.
  • In der Zeichnung ist die Erfindung anhand von zwei Ausführungsbeispielen veranschaulicht.

    eine aufgerichtete, als Runddose ausgebildete Faltschachtel in perspektivischer Darstellung.
  • Die Faltschachtel besteht aus Seitenwänden (2,3,4) mit vertikal verlaufenden Knicklinien (11) und einem Kleber (5). Rechtwinklig zum Kleber ist ein Aufreisstreifen (9) vorgesehen. Zum Schliessen der Schachtel sind an den Seitenwänden Verschlussteile (6) sowie zwischen den Verschlussteilen Verbindungszwickel (7) angelenkt. Die VerSchlussteile (6) sind mit den Schachtelwänden (2,3,4) über bogenförmige Rillungen (8) verbunden.
  • Die Verbindungszwickel (7) bilden Stege die beim Falten der Verschlussteile (6) unterhalb diesen liegen. Um das Einfalten der Verschlussteile zu ermöglichen, sind Ausstanzungen (10) vorgesehen.

Claims (2)

  1. Faltbare, als Runddose ausgebildete Faltschachtel, die aus einem Kartonzuschnitt o. dgl. hergestellt wird, mit durch Rillungen (8) getrennten Körperwänden und deren angelenkten Verschlussteile (6) sowie zwischen den Verschlussteilen angeordneten Verbindungszwickel (7), wobei die and der Ober- und Unterkante angelenkten Verschlussteile (6) über bogenförmige Rillungen (8) mit den Schachtelwänden (2,3,4) verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungszwickel (7) trapezförmigen Stege zwischen den Verschlussteilen (6) bilden, wobei diese Stege sich auf ungefähr die Hälfte der Höhe der Verschlussteile (6) erstrecken und einen Rand des Verschlussteiles mit dem anderen Rand des folgenden Verschlussteiles verbinden und wobei Ausstanzungen (10) zwischen den Verschlussteilen in der Nähe der Rillungen (8) vorhanden sind, um einen Rosettenverschluss zu ermöglichen.
  2. Faltbare, als Runddose ausgebildete Faltschachtel gemäss Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass rechtwinklig zum Kleber (5) verlaufend ein Aufreisstreifen (9) und vertikal zwei Knicklinien (11) angeordnet sind.
