Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen kappenförmigen Flaschenträger für wenigstens zwei Flaschen, der aus einem einteiligen Kartonzuschnitt hergestellt und mit Ausnehmungen versehen ist, in welche die Flaschen imt ihrem Kopf eingreifen, wobei sich ein vorstehender Absatz der Flaschen an den die Ausnehmungen umgebenden Randabschnitten abstützt und wobei die Ausnehmungen in einer horizontalen Deckplatte vorgesehen sind, sowie mit an den beiden einander gegenüberliegenden Längsrändern der Deckplatte angelenkten Seitenwänden.
  • Aus der DE-A-36 27 564 ist bereits ein Flaschenträger dieser Art bekannt, der den Flaschen zwar einen hervorragenden Halt gewährt, der aber nur bei einer Ausführung für bis zu vier Flaschen verhältnismäßig einfach und mit noch vertretbarem Materialverbrauch herstellbar ist.
  • Aus der US-A-4 190 149 ist ebenfalls ein derartiger Flaschenträger bekannt, der aber den Nachteil hat, daß sich beim Zusammenfalten Zwickelecken bilden, welche beim Transport im zusammengelegten Zustand einen hohen Raumbedarf ergeben.
  • Demgegenüber liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Flaschenträger zu schaffen, der einerseits den Flaschen einen guten Halt gewährt und andererseits fertig hergestellt raumsparend transportiert werden kann.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch den in Anspruch 1 definierten Flaschenträger gelöst.
  • Beim Zusammenfalten des Flaschenträgers entstehen keinerlei Zwickelecken und die eingefalteten Abschnitte werden unmittelbar aufeinander gelegt. Dadurch, daß die Faltlinien zum Unterteilen der Seitenwände von den Ausnehmungen ausgehen, wird darüber hinaus ein kleinformatiegs Zusammenfalten erreicht. Außerdem können dadurch beim Zusammenkleben eventuell entstehende Ungenauigkeiten leicht ausgeglichen werden.
  • Eine weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist bei einem Flaschenträger, bei dem von den Ausnehmungen in der Deckplatte radial verlaufende Einschnitte ausgehen, welche die Randabschnitte in mehrere Segmente unterteilen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Teil der Randabschnitt-Segmente(Lappen) an den Seitenwänden angeformt ist und die Anlenklinie der Seitenwände an der Deckplatte unterbricht.
  • Dadurch wird ein Teil des Flaschengewichtes unmittelbar in die Seitenwände geleitet, was die Deckplatte sehr stark entlastet.
  • In der Zeichnung ist die Erfindung anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels veranschaulicht. Dabei zeigen:
    • Fig.1
    einen flachliegenden Kartonzuschnitt mit in den Seitenwänden vorgesehenen Faltlinien,
    Fig. 2
    den Kartonzuschnitt gemäß Fig. 1, entlang den Faltlinien zusammengelegt und verklebt, und
    Fig. 3
    einen aus dem Kartonzuschnitt aufgerichteten Flaschenträger, der mit Flaschen bestückt ist.
  • Mit 1 ist in Fig. 1 ein Kartonzuschnitt bezeichnet, der eine Deckplatte 2 enthält, an deren beiden Längsrändern über je eine Faltlinie 3,4 je eine Seitenwand 5,6 angelenkt ist. Beide Seitenwände 5 bzw. 6 sind jeweils durch zwei schräg verlaufende Faltlinien 7,8 bzw. 9,10 in drei Abschnitte 5,51,52 bzw. 6,61,62 unterteilt. Die beiden äußeren Abschnitte 51 und 61 bzw. 52 und 62 werden im aufgerichteten Zustand des Kartonzuschnittes mit je einer Stirnwand 11 bzw. 12 verbunden, die über Faltlinien 13,14 an der Deckplatte 2 angelenkt sind. Die Faltlinien 3 und 4 bestehen jeweils aus zwei hintereinander liegenden Abschnitten, die durch einen an der Seitenwand 5 bzw. 6 angeformten Lappen 15 bzw. 16 von einander getrennt sind. Diese Lappen 15 und 16 sind jeweils durch einen Einschnitt 17,18 in zwei Abschnitte unterteilt und ragen in jeweils eine Ausnehmung 19 bzw. 20 hinein, die in der Deckplatte 2 vorgesehen sind. An beiden Enden der beiden Faltlinien 3,4 sind weitere Lappen 21,22 bzw. 23,24 vorgesehen, die an den beiden Seitenwänden 5 bzw. 6 angeformt sind und in weitere Ausnehmungen 25,26 bzw. 27,28 in den Seitenwänden hineinstehen. Die Ausnehmungen 19,20,25,26,27,28 werden durch an der Deckplatte 2 angeformte Lappen 29 begrenzt, welche mit dieser über eine Faltlinie 30 verbunden sind.
  • Nach dem Verkleben der beiden Stirnwände 11,12 mit den Abschnitten 51,61 bzw. 52,62 der beiden Seitenwände können die Stirnwände zusammen mit diesen Abschnitten nach unten eingefaltet werden - wie dies in Fig. 2 dargestellt ist - so daß der an sich fertige Flaschenträger wieder flach liegt.
  • Ein aufgerichteter Flaschenträger ist in Fig. 3 dargestellt und mit sechs Flaschen 31 bestückt. Die Köpfe dieser Flaschen ragen durch die Ausnehmungen in der Deckplatte 2 hindurch und sind durch die Lappen gehalten.

Claims (2)

  1. Kappenförmiger Flaschenträger für wenigstens zwei Flaschen, der aus einem einteiligen Kartonzuschnitt(1) hergestellt und mit Ausnehmungen(19,20,25,26,27,28) versehen ist, in welche die Flaschen(31) mit ihrem Kopf eingreifen, wobei sich ein vorstehender Absatz der Flaschen an den die Ausnehmungen umgebenden Randabschnitten(29) abstützt und wobei die Ausnehmungen in einer horizontalen Deckplatte(2) vorgesehen sind, sowie mit an den beiden einander gegenüberliegenden Längsrändern der Deckplatte (2) angelenkten Seitenwänden(5,6), wobei die Seitenwände(5,6) durch zwei schräg verlaufende, von jeweils einer Ausnehmung(25,26,27,28) ausgehende und aufeinander zu verlaufende Faltlinien(7,8,9,10) in drei Abschnitte(5,51,52 bzw. 6,61,62) unterteilt sind, die entlang dieser Faltlinien(7 bis 10) aufeinanderfaltbar sind und wobei jeder der drei Abschnitte mit einem Teilabschnitt der Begrenzungskante der Ausnehmungen(25 bis 28) versehen ist, und daß an den beiden anderen Rändern der Deckplatte(2) zwei Stirnwände(11,12) angelenkt sind, die im aufgerichteten Zustand des Flaschenträgers mit den beiden seitlichen Abschnitten(51,61 bzw. 52,62) der beiden Seitenwände verbunden und mit diesen unter den Mittelabschnitt der Seitenwände(5,6) bzw. unter die Deckplatte(2) bei Faltung um die aufeinander zu verlaufenden Faltlinien(7,8,9,10) einfaltbar sind.
  2. Flaschenträger nach Anspruch 1, bei dem von den Ausnehmungen in der Deckplatte radial verlaufende Einschnitte ausgehen, welche die Randabschnitte in mehrere Segmente unterteilen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Teil der Randabschnitt-Segmente(Lappen) an den Seitenwänden(5,6) angeformt ist und die Anlenklinie(3,4) der Seitenwände(5,6) an der Deckplatte(2) unterbricht.
