Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Faltschachtel aus einem Kartonzuschnitt, mit einem Bodenabschnitt, an welchem vier Seitenwände angelenkt sind, die wenigstens teilweise mit seitlich angelenkten Abdichtklappen versehen sind und wobei die Seitenwände zweiteilig ausgebildet sind, mit einem am Bodenabschnitt angelenkten, die Innenwandung der Faltschachtel bildenden Innenwandabschnitt und einem daran angelenkten, die Außenwandung der Faltschachtel bildenden Außenwandabschnitt und wobei an zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Innenwandabschnitten seitlich Abdichtklappen angelenkt sind, welche beim Aufrichten der Faltschachtel zwischen den Innenwandabschnitt und den Außenwandabschnitt der benachbarten Seitenwand eingeklemmt werden, wobei an zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Außenwandabschnitten weitere Abdichtklappen angelenkt sind, welche um 90° zu den Innenwandabschnitten, woran die ersten Abdichtklappen angelenkt sind, verdreht sind, und die beim Aufrichten der Faltschachtel zwischen Innenwandabschnitt und Außenwandabschnitt der jeweils benachbarten Seitenwand eingspannt werden.
  • Eine derartige Faltschachtel ist aus der FR-A-1 267 128 bekannt. Eine so ausgestaltete Faltschachtel ist sehr stabil und für ein Füllgut verwendbar, das in mehreren Teilschritten entnommen werden soll.
  • Hierzu ist es aber auch nötig, daß die Faltschachtel einen Deckel aufweist um sie wiederverschließen zu können. Bei der bekannten Faltschachtel ist kein Deckel vorhanden und ein Anbringen aufgrund ihrer Ausgestaltung auch nicht möglich.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine sehr steife und formstabile Faltschachtel vorzuschlagen, die leicht verschlossen, ebenso leicht geöffnet und mehrmals wiederverschlossen werden kann.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß an der Außenseite eines Außenwandabschnittes bzw. bei verkürztem Außenwandabschnitt unterhalb dieses verkürzten Außenwandabschnittes ein Deckel gelenkig befestigt ist, der aus einem Kartonzuschnitt gebildet ist und eine Deckwand sowie vier daran angelenkte Seitenwände aufweist, welche im geschlossenen Zustand wenigstens teilweise über die Seitenwände der Faltschachtel greifen.
  • Mit einem derart angeordneten und ausgebildeten Deckel ist nicht nur ein sehr guter Verschluß der Faltschachtel gewährleistet sondern auch noch deren Steifigkeit im geschlossenen Zustand erhöht.
  • Dabei kann der Deckel sowohl im unteren Bereich des Außenwandabschnittes als auch unter Zwischenlage der Abdichtklappen an der Außenseite des Innenwandabschnittes befestigt sein.
  • Eine weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der Erfindung liegt darin, daß an der rückseitigen Seitenwand des Deckels ein Wandabschnitt gelenkig angeformt ist, über welchen der Deckel mit der Außenseite eines Außenwandabschnittes bzw. der Außenseite eines Innenwandabschnittes und den darauf befestigten Abdichtklappen der Faltschachtel durch Kleben, Siegeln od.dgl. verbunden ist.
  • Damit erhält der Deckel selbst eine sehr steife Form und ist trotzdem leicht von der Faltschachtel hochzuklappen und wieder aufzusetzen.
  • Als sehr vorteilhaft hat es sich auch ergeben, wenn erfindungsgemäß an der vorderseitigen Seitenwand des Deckels ein Lappen angeformt ist, über welchen der Deckel lösbar mit der Faltschachtel verbunden ist.
  • Damit ist das Öffnen der Faltschachtel sehr einfach durchzuführen und es besteht dabei keine Gefahr der Beschädigung der Faltschachtel.
  • In der Zeichnung ist die Erfindung anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels veranschaulicht. Dabei zeigen:

    einen flachliegenden Kartonzuschnitt zum Herstellen einer Faltschachtel,
    Fig.2
    eine aus dem Zuschnitt nach Fig.1 aufgerichtete Faltschachtel,
    Fig.3
    einen flachliegenden Kartonzuschnitt zum Herstellen eines Deckels und
    Fig.4
    eine aufgerichtete Faltschachtel mit daran befestigtem Deckel im geöffneten Zustand.
  • Mit 1 ist in Fig.1 ein Kartonzuschnitt bezeichnet, der einen Bodenabschnitt 2 aufweist, an welchem über Faltlinien 3,4,5,6 Innenwandabschnitte 7,8,9,10 von Seitenwänden angelenkt sind. Diese Innenwandabschnitte sind über weitere Faltlinien 11,12,13,14 mit Außenwandabschnitten 15,16,17,18 verbunden. Seitlich sind an den beiden einander gegenüberliegenden Innenwandabschnitten 8 und 10 je zwei Abdichtklappen 19,20 bzw. 21,22 angelenkt. An den beiden hierzu um 90° verdreht angeordneten Außenwandabschnitten 15 und 17 sind seitlich ebenfalls Abdichtklappen 23,24 bzw. 25,26 angelenkt.
  • Zum Aufrichten des Kartonzuschnittes 1 zu einer Faltschachtel gemäß Fig.2 werden die vier Innenwandabschnitte um 90° nach oben umgefaltet, worauf die Abdichtklappen 19 und 22 auf die Außenseite des Innenwandabschnittes 7 und die Abdichtklappen 20 und 21 auf die Außenseite des Innenwandabschnittes 9 aufgefaltet werden. Daraufhin werden die beiden Außenwandabschnitte 15 und 17 nach unten umgefaltet und an den jeweiligen Innenwandabschnitt 7 bzw. 9 angelegt. Die an diesen beiden Außenwandabschnitten 15 und 17 angelenkten Abdichtklappen 23,24 bzw. 25 26 werden auf die Außenseite der Innenwandabschnitte 8 und 10 aufgefaltet und dann durch die beiden Außenwandabschnitte 16 und 18 abgedeckt. Alle Abdichtklappen werden dann mit den anliegenden Wandabschnitten durch Siegeln verbunden.
  • Der in Fig.3 dargestellte Kartonzuschnitt 31 weist eine Deckwand 32 auf, an der über Faltlinien 33,34,35,36 vier Seitenwände 37,38,39,40 angelenkt sind. An den beiden seitlich angeordneten Seitenwänden 37 und 39 sind Verbindungsklappen 41,42,43,44 angelenkt, welche eine stabile Verbindung der vier Seitenwände untereinander ermöglichen. Die rückwertige Seitenwand 38 trägt über eine weitere Faltlinie 45 einen Wandabschnitt 46, der zum Verbinden des Deckels mit der Faltschachtel dient. An der vorderseitigen Seitenwand 40 ist ein Lappen 47 angeformt, über welchen der Deckel lösbar mit der Faltschachtel verbindbar ist und der als Öffnungshandhabe dient.
  • Zum Aufrichten des Kartonzuschnittes 31 zu einem Deckel werden die vier Seitenwände 37,38,39,40 um 90° umgefaltet, wobei die Verbindungsklappen 41,42 auf die Innenseite der Seitenwand 38 und die Verbindungsklappen 43 und 44 auf die Innenseite der Seitenwand 40 aufgefaltet und dort durch Ansiegeln festgelegt werden. Zum Verbinden des Deckels mit der Faltschachtel wird der Wandabschnitt 46 an der Außenseite des Außenwandabschnittes 17 angeklebt oder angesiegelt.
    Da der Wandabschnitt 46 den unteren Bereich dieser Seitenwand vollständig abdeckt ist es möglich, den Außenwandabschnitt 17 kürzer auszubilden und den Wandabschnitt 46 unmittelbar auf der Außenseite des Innenwandabschnittes 9 bzw. den darauf liegenden Verbindungsklappen 20 und 21 zu befestigen.
  • Beim Verschließen der Faltschachtel mit dem Deckel wird dann noch der Lappen 47 an der gegenüberliegenden Außenseite des Außenwandabschnittes 15 angeklebt.

Claims (3)

  1. Faltschachtel aus einem Kartonzuschnitt(1), mit einem Bodenabschnitt(2), an welchem vier Seilenwände(7,15;8,16;9,17;10,18) angelenkt sind, die wenigstens teilweise mit seitlich angelenkten Abdichtklappen(19,20,21,22,23,24,25,26) versehen sind und wobei die Seitenwände zweiteilig ausgebildet sind, mit einem am Bodenabschnitt(2) angelenkten, die Innenwandung der Faltschachtel bildenden Innenwandabschnitt(7,8,9,10) und einem daran angelenkten, die Außenwandung der Faltschachtel bildenden Außenwandabschnitt(15,16,17,18) und wobei an zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Innenwandabschnitten(8,10) seitlich Abdichtklappen(19,20,21,22) angelenkt sind, welche beim Aufrichten der Faltschachtel zwischen den Innenwandabschnitt und den Außenwandabschnitt der benachbarten Seitenwand eingeklemmt werden, wobei an zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Außenwandabschnitten(15,17) weitere Abdichtklappen(23,24,25,26) angelenkt sind, welche um 90° zu den Innenwandabschnitten(8,10), woran die ersten Abdichtklappen(19 bis 22) angelenkt sind, verdreht sind, und die beim Aufrichten der Faltschachtel zwischen Innenwandabschnitt(8,10) und Außenwandabschnitt(16,18) der jeweils benachbarten Seitenwand eingespannt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Außenseite eines Außenwandabschnittes(17) bzw. bei verkürztem Außenwandabschnitt unterhalb dieses verkürzten Außenwandabschnittes ein Deckel gelenkig befestigt ist, der aus einem Kartonzuschnitt(31) gebildet ist und eine Deckwand(32) sowie vier daran angelenkte Seitenwände(37,38,39,40) aufweist, welche im geschlossenen Zustand wenigstens teilweise über die Seitenwände der Faltschachtel greifen.
  2. Faltschachtel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der rückseitigen Seitenwand(38) des Deckels ein Wandabschnitt(46) gelenkig angeformt ist, über welchen der Deckel mit der Außenseite eines Außenwandabschnittes(17) bzw. mit der Außenseite eines Innenwandabschnittes(9) und den darauf befestigten Abdichtklappen(20,21) der Faltschachtel durch Kleben, Siegeln od.dgl. verbunden ist.
  3. Faltschachtel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der vorderseitigen Seitenwand(40) des Deckels ein Lappen(47) angeformt ist, über welchen der Deckel(31) lösbar mit der Faltschachtel verbunden ist.
