Abstract

Eine durch Faltung aus einem einteiligen Zuschnitt zu bildende Faltschachtel, die im wesentlichen aus den Körperwänden (2) über Rillungen mit den Wänden (3, 4), einen mit Ausstanzung versehenen Kleber (5), einen rechtwinkelig zum Kleber verlaufenden Aufreissstreifen (9) horizontal angeordnete Rosettenverschlussflächen (6) als Verbindungswickel über Knicklinien verlaufende Flächen (7) sowie an der Ober- und Untenkante angeordnete bogenförmig ausgebildete Rillungen (8) sowie für das Einfalten der Verschlüsse notwendig angeordnete Ausstanzungen (10) aufweist.

Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine faltbare, im Querschnitt runde Faltschachtel, die aus einem Zuschnitt oder vorge­klebtem Schlauch aufgerichtet wird mit einem Boden sowie Deckel und daran angelenkten Schachtelwänden, wobei der Boden und Deckel einen durch Faltung gebildeten Rosettenver­schluss aufweist.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine als Runddose ausgebildete Faltschachtel im Deckel- sowie im Bodenbereich mit einem Rosettenverschluss zu schaffen.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäss dadurch gelöst, dass die Ober- und Unterkante in der Breite eines Verschluss­teiles mehrere bogenförmig asgebildete Rillungen aufweist.
  • Die erfindungsgemässe Aufgabe kann bei einer derartigen Formkombination der eingangs genannten Art auch so gelöst werden, dass der Zuschnitt über einen Dorn verformt wird und die vertikal verlaufenden Rilllungen entfallen können.
  • In der Zeichnung ist die Erfindung anhand von zwei Ausführungsbeispielen veranschaulicht.

      einen Zuschnitt, der als Runddose ausgebildeten Faltschachtel,
    • Figur 2 eine aufgerichtete, als Runddose ausgebildete Faltschachtel in perspektivischer Darstellung.

Claims (2)

1. Faltbare, als Runddose ausgebildete Faltschachtel, die aus einem Kartonzuschnitt o.dgl. hergestellt wird, mit durch Rillungen getrennte Körperwände und deren ange­lenkten Verschlussteile sowie zwischen den Verschluss­teilen angeordnete Verbindungszwickel dadurch gekenn­zeichnet, dass die an der Ober- und Unterkante angelenkten Verschlussteile (6) über bogenförmige Rillungen (8) mit den Schachtelwänden (2, 3, 4) verbunden sind.
2. Als Runddose ausgebildete Faltschachtel dadurch gekenn­zeichnet, dass rechtwinklig zum Kleber (5) verlaufend ein Aufreissstreifen (9) und vertikal zwei Knicklinien (11) angeordnet sind.
