Claims (3)
- Anfahrkopf für eine Stahlbandgießanlage, wobei ein mit einer Oberseite teilweise in die Kokille einbringbares Unterteil (8), das die Kokille mit geringem Spiel ausfüllt, mit einer abdichtenden Matte (11) aus feuerfestem Material bedeckt ist, wobei die abdichtende Matte mit geringem allseitigen Überstand gegenüber der Kokillenöffnung durch eine Stahlplatte (12) gehalten ist, die dem Format des Unterteils (8) entspricht, und in den Kokillenraum reichende Vorsprünge (13) vorgesehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorsprünge (13) sich an einem auf dem Unterteil (8) lösbar verspannten Verbindungselement (9), das auf die Stahlplatte (12) aufgesetzt ist, befinden, daß das Verbindungselement (9) die Kokille mit allseitigem Abstand (a) ausfüllt und daß das Verbindungselement (9) aus einer frundplatte mit oberen pilzförmigen Vorsprungen besteht.
- Anfahrkopf nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Abstand a des Verbindungselements (9) zu den Kokillenwänden (1, 2, 3, 4) etwa 5 bis 15 mm beträgt. - Anfahrkopf nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Verbindungselement (9) durch Schrauben (15) mit dem Unterteil (8) verbunden ist, deren Köpfe in Quernuten (14) im Unterteil (8) gehalten sind.
