Abstract
一种用于带钢连铸机的引出头,它装有同带钢铸件连接用的连接件和同铸模壁进行密封的密封垫。为创造出能在铸模外边快速、简便和准确地装配密封垫,并能快速地同浇铸好的带钢连接的引出头,在它与铸模(1、2、3、4)以一定间隙相配的作为闭合件的底件(8)的平的端面上装有一个扁平的密封垫(11),它由一块钢板(12)压住,垫在四周较压板略大,压板上面装有充塞于铸模内、其周围与铸模内壁保持间距a的连接件(9),该连接件与底件(8)用可拆开的方式夹紧在一起。
Description
本发明涉及一种用于带钢连铸机的引出头,其上装有同带钢铸件连接的部件。该引出头在装入连铸金属模前先装好一块密封垫。
已知的装有连铸金属模的连铸机在开始浇铸前要将与带钢铸件开始端连接的引出头推入连铸模内,引出头与连铸模之间的缝隙用一根密封绳或一种可塑的泥料封闭起来,其上铺盖一层冷却用的碎钢屑。
专利公开文件AT-PS352 924公开了一种引出头,它为了减轻繁琐的和要求熟练技艺的密封工作,将密封填料连同一个板簧嵌入开在引出头上部边缘的一条凹槽内。填料在引出头推入连铸模之前先行装好。为了保护这种昂贵的填料不使其受到钢液的高温影响,它要求铺上一层冷却用的碎钢屑。即使如此,还是存在着流入的钢液将填料烧坏并将凹槽充填起来的危险。因而在使用这种引出头时为了放入冷却用的碎钢屑和细心地清理凹槽,需要化费较多的准备时间。
欧洲专利EPO 114 309中使用一种可在连铸模外面装配好、用于引出头的密封填料装置,它使用一个填料夹持器将垫料固定、遮住其表面并短时地保护起来。随后在使用时当钢液流入后将夹持器气化或熔化掉。这种密封装置也需冷却用的钢碎屑,后者会将连铸模的内壁以及设置在其后的支承一导向部件刮毛。密封填料的夹持器必须在每次浇铸后更新。
已知的引出头由于其形式引起很差的可拆装性和可控性而不适宜用于带钢连铸机的铸模。
为此,本发明的任务是提供一种用于带钢连铸模的引出头,它具有一种可在铸模外面快速、简便和准确地装配的可靠的密封垫,并在不铺冷却用的碎钢屑的条件下,快速地同浇铸好的带钢形成一个具有承载能力的接头。
此项任务以下述具有创造性的方式得到了解决:在一个与连铸模之间留有一定间隙、将铸模下口闭合的底件的平的端面上,用一块钢板将一层耐火的扁平密封垫压住,垫子少许超出于压板的四周。压板上面装有一个具有向上凸体的、充填于铸模内部但其四周与铸模内壁之间留有间距a的连接件,该连接件与上述的底件用可拆开的方式夹紧在一起。
在这种新颖的引出头上,上述连接件和尺寸与带钢铸件相配的扁平密封垫料及其压紧钢板在使用过程中是同底件连接在一起的,用螺栓来保证它们之间的准确的定位。依靠压板将密封垫料在装入铸模时可靠地固定住,而在浇铸时又起到保护密封垫的作用。连接件的体积较大,具有较快冷却的效果,从而可以立即在引出头和铸成的带钢之间形成一个具有承载能力的接头。它的另外一个优点是只有密封垫的外缘是与钢液接触的,因此有可能将它多次使用。
试验确定,钢液在流到连接件与铸模壁之间的缝隙内时已经凝固,只有很少量能流到密封垫处。
本发明使用的扁平密封垫是一种陶瓷纤维的编织垫,其压紧钢板具有同引出头的底件大致相同的尺寸。连接件与铸模内壁间的间距大致在5至15毫米之间,连接件由一块底板及其上面的蘑菇形凸体构成,用螺栓将连接件同底件以可拆开的方式紧固在一起,螺栓的头部置于底件的横槽内。
本发明的一个实施例示于附图,其中:
图1是一个带钢连铸模的剖面图,本发明的引出头已推入模中;
图2是带有引出头的连铸模从宽边方向看的剖视图。
图中所示的带钢连铸模的成型空间由两块相对的宽侧壁1,2和在宽侧壁1,2两边的平行窄侧壁3,4所形成。为冷却铸模,在宽侧壁1,2和窄侧壁3,4内开有冷却剂通道5。宽侧壁1,2的中间部位有一个扩张的注入区6,浇铸管7伸入注入区6内。
在铸模的下部有一个由底件8和连接件9组成的引出头,它一方面用来封闭铸模底部,同时又是牵曳的连接部。与牵曳件10连接的引出头的底件8将铸模的底部塞满,四周留有少许间隙。在底件8的平的顶面上有一块扁平的密封垫11,它用一块尺寸同底件8相同的钢板12压住。由陶瓷纤维编织成的扁平密封垫11比铸模下口的尺寸略大一些,以保证沿铸模内四周都是严密不漏的。
连接件9装在钢板12上面,它与铸模的四壁1、2、3、4都保持一定的间距a,它的顶部有蘑菇形的凸体13。底件8开有横槽14,其内嵌入螺栓15的头。该螺栓穿过开于扁平密封垫11、钢板12和连接件9内的孔,由螺帽16在上面将它们夹紧。螺栓15可从横槽14推出,将底件8同与浇铸好的带钢连接在一起的连接件9拆开。
Claims (6)
1、用于带钢连铸机的引出头,其上装有与钢坯连接的连接件,引出头在推入连铸模之前先装好一个密封件,其特征在于它的与铸模内壁(1、2、3、4)保持间隙的封闭底件(8)的平的端面上;用钢板(12)压紧了一块其四周略伸出于压板的,耐火的扁平密封垫(11),在其上装有一个顶部有蘑菇形凸体、充塞在铸模内时其四周与铸模壁保持间距a的连接件(9),该连接件与底件以可拆开的方式夹紧在一起。
2、根据权利要求1的引出头,其特征在于它所用的扁平密封垫(11)是一种陶瓷纤维的编织垫。
3、根据权利要求1的引出头,其特征在于它所用的压紧钢板(12)具有同引出头的底件(8)大致相同的平面尺寸。
4、根据权利要求1的引出头,其特征在于它的连接件(9)与铸模四壁(1、2、3、4)之间的间距大致在5至15毫米之间。
5、根据权利要求1的引出头,其特征在于它的连接件(9)是由一块底板及其上面的蘑菇形凸体(13)构成的。
6、根据权利要求1的引出头,其特征在于它的连接件(9)用螺栓(15)同它的底件(8)连接起来,螺栓的头部卡在底件(8)的横槽内。
