Claims (5)

  1. Elément de chauffage pour appareils ménagers thermiques, en particulier pour fourneaux ou cuisinières, comprenant une surface chauffante métallique (1, 30, 35) qui porte au moins une bande de conducteurs chauffants (4) réalisée selon la technique des conducteurs plats et est en contact thermique étroit avec le produit à chauffer, la bande de conducteurs chauffants étant munie sur une face ou sur les deux faces d'un revêtement électriquement isolant, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de chauffage est composé de plusieurs couches assemblées en sandwich, une plaque métallique (1 ; 30 ; 35) qui constitue la surface chauffante présentant sur les deux faces un revêtement céramique (2, 3 ; 32), de préférence un revêtement en émail, étant liée de manière permanente à la bande de conducteurs chauffants (4) et étant munie d'un réflecteur (6).
  2. Elément de chauffage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la plaque est réalisée sous la forme d'une plaque de cuisson moulée (35) constituée d'un matériau pauvre en carbone pouvant être émaillé.
  3. Elément de chauffage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la plaque est réalisée de préférence sous forme de cuvette de tôle présentant plusieurs surfaces chauffantes.
  4. Elément de chauffage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il est lié de manière permanente à une plaque en vitrocéramique (44).
  5. Elément de chauffage selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'une couche intermédiaire (45) qui est bonne conductrice de chaleur compense les défauts de planéité est disposée entre l'élément de chauffage et la plaque en vitrocéramique (44).
