Claims (10)

  1. Inducteur destiné à être disposé en dessous d'une plaque de cuisson d'un ensemble de plaque de cuisson à induction, comprenant au moins deux bobines d'inducteurs qui sont superposées à distance l'une de l'autre, caractérisé en ce que les bobines d'inducteur (7, 9) sont appliquées en tant que pistes conductrices plates (13) sur des côtés opposés d'un substrat (5) en forme de plaque.
  2. Inducteur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le matériau du substrat (5) est une céramique oxydée, notamment un oxyde d'aluminium.
  3. Inducteur selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'épaisseur du substrat (5) est d'environ 0,7 à 1 mm.
  4. Inducteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la bobine d'inducteur (7, 9), est appliquée sur le substrat (5) comme spirale d'inducteur au moyen d'une technique de revêtement, notamment de la technique des couches épaisses.
  5. Inducteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'écart entre les spires de la piste conductrice (13) de la bobine d'inducteur (7, 9) en forme de spirale varie du centre de celles-ci vers la partie de bord.
  6. Inducteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le substrat (5) présente une ouverture (11) de contact qui raccorde les deux bobines d'inducteur (7, 9) entre elles de manière conductrice.
  7. Inducteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la piste conductrice (13) en forme de spirale de l'une des bobines d'inducteur (7) est essentiellement disposé spatialement dans la partie en forme de spirale entre les différentes spires de la piste conductrice de l'autre bobine d'inducteur (9).
  8. Inducteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les deux bobines d'inducteur (7, 9) sont essentiellement exécutées de manière géométriquement égale, en ce qu'elles sont disposées essentiellement exactement l'une au-dessus de l'autre et qu'elles sont traversées dans le même sens par le courant électrique.
  9. Inducteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les deux bobines d'inducteur (7, 9) forment un ensemble plat (3) avec des couches isolantes (15), disposées des deux côtés, et des éléments de ferrite (17).
  10. Ensemble de plaque de cuisson comprenant une plaque de cuisson en dessous de laquelle est disposé un inducteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9.
