Definitions

  • the invention relates to an all-weather blind according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • the traction element runs below the support beam.
  • One of the wheels is rotatably mounted in the upper end region of the support and the other of the wheels is mounted in a bearing block below the support beam which is rigidly connected to the end of the support spar opposite the support.
  • a guide rail is arranged on the underside of each support beam, along which a slide connected to the upper run of the traction element can be displaced.
  • the drop bar attached to the end of the blind track is connected to the slide.
  • the traction element, one of the wheels and the carriage are exposed to the weather without protection.
  • DE-A-2 238 194 describes an awning for balconies which has a drum for winding or unwinding a blind web.
  • the drum is rotatably mounted on end plates that are intended to be attached to the building.
  • a hollow section serving as a supporting beam is pivotally connected to each end plate and serves to guide one of the two ends of a drop bar.
  • the hollow profile mentioned is articulated to the associated end plate in such a way that it runs parallel to the drum when the blind web is wound up and perpendicular to the drum when the blind web is tensioned.
  • the awning described above is very suitable for small and medium-sized balconies. All parts are well protected from the weather when the fabric is wound up.
  • This well-known awning is not suitable for large balconies because the articulated support arms are not stable enough.
  • the all-weather blind according to the invention shown in FIG. 1 comprises at least two support bars 1, of which only one is visible. Only the two end regions of the support beam 1 are drawn.
  • the support beam 1 essentially comprises a hollow profile 2, the cross section of which is shown in FIG. 2, which is drawn on a larger scale.

  • the mounting plate 10 is on a part of the building, e.g. attached to an outer wall 11.
  • a leg inserted through a bore in the open, partially delimiting the slot-shaped recess 8 and into a blind bore in the other leg of the support member prevents the bearing bush 5 or the drive shaft 7 from being unintentionally removed from the slot-shaped recess 8.
  • the front end region of the hollow profile 2 is supported by a support 13 on a base, e.g. a base plate 14 resting on the floor.
  • a winding drum 15 of a known type for a blind track 16 is arranged below the rear end region of the hollow profile 2.
  • the winding drum 15 is supported by support arms 17 rigidly connected to the mounting plate 10 and is equipped in a known manner (and therefore not shown in detail) with a long rewinding torsion spring which winds the blind web 16 from its fully extended position to the undeveloped position can
  • a drop bar 18 fastened to the outer transverse end of the blind track 16 is connected via a coupling device 19 to a carriage 20 which can be moved partially within the hollow profile 2 in the longitudinal direction thereof.
  • the right end of the drive shaft 7 is connected in a known manner to a known and therefore not shown drive unit, which may comprise a worm gear operated by a hand crank or an electric motor.
  • the left end of the drive shaft 7 is intended for non-rotatable connection to the drive shaft of the second support bar or, if appropriate, to further support bars by means of an extension piece, not shown.
  • a sprocket 21 is rotatably placed on the drive shaft 7.
  • the hollow profile 2 in a first open longitudinal chamber 20 ', in which the carriage 20 is slidably arranged, a second longitudinal chamber 24, in which a carriage 25 of the carriage 20 is movable, a third Longitudinal chamber 26 for receiving a clamping device 27 and a fourth longitudinal chamber 22, in which a carriage 23 connected to the carriage 20 is slidably divided.
  • a fifth longitudinal chamber 28 is preferably provided for receiving the upper run of a traction element, the ends of which are connected to the carriage 23.
  • the tension member advantageously consists of half a roller chain 29 and the other half of a wire rope 30, which is connected to the roller chain 29 via a connecting sleeve 31.
  • the sprocket 21 serves to drive and to deflect the roller chain 29 and to deflect the wire rope 30 a rope roller 32 is arranged in the interior of the front end region of the hollow profile 2.
  • the rope pulley 32 is rotatably mounted on a shaft bolt 33 rigidly connected to the tensioning device 27.
  • the clamping device 27 comprises a guide plate 34 which bears against an outer wall 35 of the hollow profile 2 which partially delimits the third longitudinal chamber 26.
  • a block 36 is fastened, into which the shaft bolt 33 carrying the cable pulley 33 is pressed.
  • a bore 37 provided with an internal thread extends perpendicular to the shaft bolt 33 through the block 36.
  • a clamping screw 38 is screwed into this internal thread, which extends through a bore in an end plate 39 arranged on the end face of the hollow profile 2 and whose head on the Outside of the end plate 39 which is only visible in FIG. 1 abuts.
  • the tensioning screw 38 serves to move the tensioning device 27 within the third longitudinal chamber 26, wherein the tension member formed from the roller chain 29 and the wire rope 30 can be tensioned.
  • FIG. 4 shows the slide which can be displaced in the first longitudinal chamber 24 in a diagrammatic representation.
  • 5 shows the top view of the carriage 23, which comprises a rod 40 with a rectangular cross section. U-shaped plastic strips 41 are placed on the longitudinal sides of the rod 40, as a result of which the friction between the slide and the inner sides of the second longitudinal chamber 24 is reduced.
  • a driver 42 extends at right angles from the rod 40 from one end region of the rod 40. The driver 42 extends through a longitudinal slot 43 of the second longitudinal chamber 24 into the movement path of the carriage 20, see FIG. 2.
  • the central region of the rod 40 is penetrated by a transverse bore 44 running at an angle of approximately 45 ° to the longitudinal axis of the rod 40.
