Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein schirmartig aufspannbares Wäschegestell mit einem hohl ausgebildeten Mastkörper, der als Abstützung für eine Wäscheleine dient.
  • Aus der US-A 2 482 851 ist ein als hohler Mastkörper ausgebildeter Wäschemast bekannt, der in den Boden einsteckbar und mit Arretierorganen sowie mit Haken oder dgl. ausgerüstet ist, damit eine Wäscheleine von Mast zu Mast oder von einem Arretierungsort, z.B. einem Haken in der Hauswand, zu einem solchen Mast gespannt werden kann. Nachteilig dabei ist der beträchtliche Raumbedarf bei ausgezogener Wäscheleine, besonders wenn eine grosse Menge an Wäsche aufzuhängen ist. Unter Umständen muss eine Mehrzahl solcher Wäschemasten verwendet werden.
  • Weiter sind schirmartig aufzuspannende Wäschegestelle bekannt, die einen zentralen Mastkörper und eine Mehrzahl von aufspreizbaren Armen aufweisen, zwischen denen sich die Wäscheleine erstreckt. Nachteilig dabei ist, dass das gesamte, schirmartige Wäschegestell aufgeklappt werden muss, auch wenn nur einige wenige Wäschestücke aufzuhängen sind.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, diese Nachteile zu vermeiden und ein schirmartig aufspannbares Wäschegestell mit einem hohlen Mastkörper als Abstützung für eine Wäscheleine vorzuschlagen, das die Vorteile beider Vorrichtungen in sich vereinigt. Insbesondere soll mit der Erfindung die Möglichkeit geschaffen werden, einen schirmartig aufzuspannenden, an sich bekannten Wäscheschirm zusätzlich mit einer ausziehbaren Zusatz-Wäscheleine auszurüsten, die, ohne den Wäscheschirm aufspannen zu müssen, für Kleinwäsche (einzelne Wäschestücke) anzuwenden ist, indem der ohnehin erforderliche Mast des Wäscheschirms mit einer innerhalb desselben angeordneten Zusatz-Wäscheleine ausgerüstet ist, die sich im Bedarfsfall sehr einfach und schnell herausziehen und benützen lässt.
  • Zur Lösung dieser Erfindungsaufgabe zeichnet sich das erfindungsgemässe Wäschegestell durch die Merkmale im Kennzeichen des Patentanspruches 1 aus. Weitere Ausgestaltungen des Erfindungsgegenstandes und bevorzugte Ausführungsformen desselben sind in den abhängigen Ansprüchen 2 bis 9 umschrieben.
  • Im folgenden werden Ausführungsbeispiele des Erfindungsgegenstandes, unter Bezugnahme auf die beiliegenden Zeichnungen, näher beschrieben. Im einzelnen zeigen:
    • Fig. 1 eine teilweise Darstellung eines erfindungsgemässen Wäschegestells in einer schematischen Seitenansicht mit einem zu einem zweiten Mast gespannten Wäscheseil,
    • Fig. 2 eine teilweise weggebrochene Schnittdarstellung des hohlen Mastkörpers,
    • Fig. 3 eine Aufsicht auf den Mastkörper nach Fig. 2, und
    • Fig. 4 eine Seitenansicht des oberen Teils eines zweiten Ausführungsbeispiels eines hohlen Mastkörpers.
  • Wie die Fig. 1 zeigt, umfasst ein erfindungsgemässes Wäschegestell 1 einen Mastkörper 2, einem Wäscheleinenvorrat 3 und einen als Arretiervorrichtung für die Wäscheleine 4 ausgeführten Mastkopf 5. Nach Fig. 1 ist der Wäscheleinenvorrat im Inneren des Mastkörpers 2 ausziehbar aufgenommen, um die Wäscheleine über den Mastkopf 5 bis zu einem zweiten Mast 7 oder einer anderen Arretiereinrichtung, beispielsweise einer (nicht dargestellten) Wand abzuziehen, wo ihr schlaufenförmiges Ende an einem Haken 8 befestigt wird. Die Ausgestaltung des Mastkopfes 5 kann derjenigen des Ausführungsbeispieles nach Fig. 2 und 3 oder derjenigen nach Fig. 4 entsprechen.
  • Der Mastkörper 2 ist Träger eines schirmartig aufspreizbaren Wäschegestells 9, wie es in zahlreichen Ausführungsformen an sich bekannt ist (DE-A 3 139 033 u.a.) und durch die Streben 10 in Fig. 1 teilweise angedeutet ist.
  • Beim Ausführungsbeispiel nach Fig. 2 und 3 besteht der Wäscheleinenvorrat 11 aus einer flaschenzugartigen Einrichtung mit mindestens zwei Rollen 12,13 über die die durch Strichlinien angedeutete Wäscheleine 4' hin und her geführt ist. Die obere Rolle 12 hat relativ zum Mastkörper 2' eine feste Position und ist um die Achse 14 drehbar gelagert, während die untere Rolle 13 frei an der Wäscheleine 4, hängt und durch ein Gewicht 15 oder durch eine nicht dargestellte Zugfeder nach unten gezogen wird. Diese untere Rolle 13 ist um die Achse 16 drehbar, die am Tragarm 17 des Gewichtes 15 befestigt ist. Im Fall von zwei Rollen 12,13 haben beide vorzugsweise mehrere nebeneinander angeordnete Führungsrillen; eine andere Möglichkeit ist, die Wäscheleine 4, mehrfach zwischen mehreren oberen und unteren Rollen hin und her zu führen, um einen ausreichend grossen Vorrat an Wäscheleine 4' innerhalb des Mastkörpers 2' anordnen zu können.
  • Vom Wäscheleinenvorrat 11 ist die Wäscheleine 4, 4' nach oben zum Mastkopf 5, 5' und in diesem durch eine zentrale Öffnung 18 nach aussen geführt. Diese Öffnung ist gleichachsig zur Drehachse des kappenförmig auf das Ende des Mastkörpers 2' drehbar aufgesetzten Mastkopfes 5'. Von dieser zentralen Öffnung 18 aus ist die Wäscheleine in horizontale Richtung beispielsweise zu dem Mast 7 geführt. Vor der Austrittsöffnung kann innerhalb des Mastkörpers 2' noch ein Führungszapfen 19 vorgesehen sein. j
  • Um die vom Mastkörper 2 bzw. 2' nach aussen zu einer Arretierstelle (z.B. Haken 8) geführte Wäscheleine 4, 4' zu spannen und/oder am Mastkörper 2, 2' zu arretieren, wird der Mastkopf 5, 5' von Hand um seine Achse gedreht, so dass sich die Wäscheleine an dem an dem Mastkopf exzentrisch befestigten oder an ihm angeformten Wickelzapfen 21 aufwickelt. Ein anschliessendes Abwickeln der Wäscheleine 4, 4' von dem Wickelzapfen 21 durch die auf sie einwirkende Zugkraft wird durch die exzentrisch zur Drehachse 20 des Mastkopfes und der Öffnung 18 erfolgte Anordnung des Wickelzapfens 21 verhindert. Die naturgemässe Elastizität des Wäscheseils 4, 4' unterstützt dabei diese selbsthemmende Wirkung.
  • Nach Lösen der Wäscheleine 4, 4' z.B. vom Haken 8 des benachbarten Mastes 7 wickelt sich die Wäscheleine 4, 4' selbsttätig wieder in dem Wäscheleinenvorrat 3 auf, z.B. durch den Zug einer (nicht dargestellten) Torsionsfeder oder wird durch die Zugkraft des Gewichtes 15 wieder in den hohlen Mastkörper 2, hineingezogen.
  • Um ein Rutschen der Wäscheleine auf dem Wickelzapfen 21 unter der Last der aufgehängten Wäsche sicher zu verhindern, kann der Wickelzapfen eine profilierte oder aufgerauhte Oberfläche aufweisen, bzw. eine kantige Querschnittsform aufweisen.
  • Die Griffigkeit des Mastkopfes 5, 5' kann ebenfalls durch eine Aussenprofilierung erhöht werden, wie dies in Fig. 1 angedeutet ist.
  • In der Fig. 4 ist ein weiteres Ausführungsbeispiel dargestellt, insbesondere, was die Ausführung des hier mit 5" bezeichneten Mastkopfes anbelangt. Die Ausbildung des Mastkörpers 2" und der Mechanik zur Bereitstellung des Wäscheleinenvorrats 11" (bzw. 3, falls gewünscht) kann gleich wie bei den vorhergehend beschriebenen Ausführungsbeispielen sein.
  • Wesentlich beim Ausführungsbeispiel gemäss Fig. 4 ist, dass der Mastkopf 5" eine exzentrisch angeordnete Austrittsöffnung 18" besitzt, durch die das Wäscheseil 4" aus dem Inneren des Mastkörpers 2" austritt, und dass der Mastkopf 5" mit einem zentrisch angeordneten, pilzartigen Fortsatz 22 versehen ist, der sich gegen oben erstreckt. Sein konisch ausgebildeter Teil 22, verjüngt sich gegen die Oberfläche des Mastkopfes 5" hin.
  • Durch Drehen entweder des gesamten Mastkörpers 2" oder des gegebenenfalls drehbar angeordneten Mastkopfes 5" wickelt sich das Wäscheseil um den Fortsatz 22 herum; das Seil 4" wird im Bereich des unteren Teils des konischen Bereichs 22' des Fortsatzes 22 geklemmt und durch Drehen entweder des gesamten Mastes oder des Mastkopfes gespannt. Insbesondere bei starr am Mastkörper 2" angeordnetem Mastkopf 5" ergibt sich durch die Elastizität des Wäscheseils 4" eine Biegebeanspruchung des Mastkörpers, der diesen gegen weitere Drehung arretiert; somit ist auch hier eine selbsthemmende Wirkung erreicht.

Claims (9)

1. Schirmartig aufspannbares Wäschegestell mit einem hohl ausgebildeten Mastkörper (2, 2', 2"), der als Abstützung für eine Wäscheleine dient, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mastkörper (2, 2', 2") innerhalb seines Hohlraumes einen über mindestens eine Rolle (12, 13) geführten, ausziehbaren Wäscheleinenvorrat (3, 11) aufweist, wobei die Wäscheleine (4, 4', 4") am Kopfende (5, 5', 5") des Mastes aus dessen Hohlraum austritt und wobei im Bereich dieses Austrittes eine Arretiervorrichtung (21, 22) mit einer Spannvorrichtung für die ausgezogene Wäscheleine (4, 4', 4") vorgesehen ist.
2. Wäschegestell nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannvorrichtung selbstarretierend ist.
3. Wäschegestell nach Patentanspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Austritt der Wäscheleine (4") am Kopfende (5") des Mastkörpers (2") exzentrisch erfolgt und dass im Zentrum des Mastkopfes (5") eine Klemmvorrichtung (22') für das Wäscheseil (4") angeordnet ist.
4. Wäschegestell nach Patentanspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemmvorrichtung durch einen Fortsatz (22) gebildet ist, der eine sich gegen die Mastkopf-Oberfläche (5") konisch verjüngende Aussenfläche (22") besitzt.
5. Wäschegestell nach Patentanspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Austritt der Wäscheleine (4') am Kopfende (5') des Mastkörpers (2') zentrisch erfolgt und dass exzentrisch zum Zentrum des Mastkopfes eine Klemmvorrichtung (21) für das Wäscheseil (4') angeordnet ist.
6. Wäschegestell nach Patentanspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemmvorrichtung durch einen Fortsatz (21) gebildet ist, der von der Mastkopf-Oberfläche gegen oben vorsteht.
7. Wäschegestell nach Patentanspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fortsatz (21) durch einen zylindrischen Zapfen gebildet ist, dessen Oberfläche geriffelt, aufgerauht oder dgl. ist.
8. Wäschegestell nach einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kopfende (5, 5', 5") des Mastes drehbar am Mastkörper (2, 2', 2") gelagert ist.
9. Wäschegestell nach einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wäscheleinenvorrat (11) flaschenzugartig über mindestens zwei Rollen (12, 13) geführt ist, wobei mindestens eine der Rollen (13) freihängend ist und durch ein Gewicht (15) oder durch eine Feder vom Kopfende des Mastes weggezogen ist.
