Claims (5)

1. Dispositif à déploiement pour panneaux oscillo-battants de fenêtres ou de portes ou encore d'autres éléments de fermeture de baies du même genre ou, pour plus de précision, pour battants de fenêtres à la fois à ouverture de type classique, c'est-à-dire à ouverture par rotation sur un axe vertical latéral, et à ouverture de type à soufflet, c'est-à-dire à ouverture par basculement sur un axe horizontal inférieur, ou pour vantaux de portes présentant les mêmes possibilités d'ouverture ou encore pour panneaux d'autres éléments de fermeture de baies du même genre présentant ces mêmes possibilités d'ouverture, ce dispositif à déploiement comportant au moins un bras à déploiement (1) prévu, de façon à être dissimulé, entre la feuillure du battant et la feuillure du dormant de la fenêtre ou entre la feuillure du vantail et la feuillure du bâti de la porte ou encore la feuillure du panneau et la feuillure du dormant de l'autre élément de fermeture de baie du même genre dont il s'agit, bras à déploiement (1) qui est articulé, de façon à pouvoir pivoter, dans un support prenant appui sur la face apparente ou visible, côté local, du dormant de la fenêtre ou du bâti de la porte ou encore du dormant de l'autre élément de fermeture de baie dont il s'agit, exclusivement par l'intermédiaire d'une pièce coudée (6) qui est contenue dans un creux allant de la face périphérique, côté dormant ou côté bâti, de la feuillure jusque dans la zone du support, le bras à déploiement (1) étant, dans la branche ou aile (7) de la pièce coudée (6) qui est éloignée du support, maintenu par l'intermédiaire d'une articulation qui suit une direction parallèle à celle de son axe longitudinal (2), de façon à pouvoir tourner d'un angle de 180 au moins, l'articulation étant constituée par un passage (5) formé dans la pièce coudée (6) et par un axe (3) dont est muni le bras à déploiement (1), et un dispositif d'arrêt (14, 16) étant prévu entre la pièce coudée (6) et le bras à déploiement (1), dispositif d'arrêt (14, 16) qui fixe deux positions tournées de 180 l'une par rapport à l'autre du bras à déploiement (1) sur la pièce coudée (6), le dispositif à déploiement étant caractérisé en ce que l'axe (3) dont est muni le bras à déploiement (1) présente à la périphérie deux faces d'arrêt planes (14), diamétralement opposées l'une à l'autre, avec lesquelles peut se trouver en contact une rondelle plane (16) jouant le rôle d'un ressort qui est dfixée (en 17), de façon à pouvoir être déformée par flexion, dans un creux (15) la contenant qui est prévu dans la pièce coudée (6).
2. Dispositif à déploiement suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la rondelle (16) jouant le rôle d'un ressort est faite d'une matière synthétique dure, par exemple d'une polyamide, résistant à l'usure et se trouve dans une cuvette (15) formée dans la pièce coudée (6), cuvette (15) dont la forme est prévue de telle sorte qu'elle soit adaptée à la forme sous laquelle la rondelle (16) jouant le rôle d'un ressort se présente lorsqu'elle est à l'état plan, c'est-à-dire non déformé, la cuvette (15) formée dans la pièce coudée (6) débouchant suivant une récente dans le passage de support (5) formé dans cette pièce coudée (6).
3. Dispositif à déploiement suivant l'une ou l'autre des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que la rondelle (16) jouant le rôle d'un ressort prend appui et/ou est fixée (en 17) uniquement par son bord de limite et dans des zones en substance parallèles au passage de support (5), dans la cuvette ou creux (15) formé dans la pièce coudée (6), mais est d'autre part maintenue de telle sorte qu'elle puisse être déformée élastiquement par flexion.
4. Dispositif à déploiement suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les parties d'appui qui sont prévues pour la rondelle (16) jouant le rôle d'un ressort sont constituées par des nez ou par des pattes formant coude (17) qui se trouvent par endroits au bord de la cuvette ou creux (15) formé dans la pièce coudée (6).
5. Dispositif à déploiement suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la rondelle (16) jouant le rôle d'un ressort et la cuvette (15), contenant cette rondelle, qui est formée dans la pièce coudée (6) ont un contour circulaire et en ce que le rapport entre le diamètre et l'épaisseur de la rondelle (16) jouant le rôle d'un ressort est à peu près de 5/1.
