Abstract

1. Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Ausstellvorrichtung für Drehkippflügel von Fenstern, Türen od. dgl. mit mindestens einem verdeckt zwischen den Fälzen von Flügel und Rahmen angeordneten Ausstellarm, der in einem an der raumseitigen Sichtfläche des Rahmens sitzenden Lagerbock über ein Winkelstück ausschließlich schwenkbar angelenkt ist, das in einer von der rahmenseitigen Falzumfangsfläche bis in den Bereich des Lagerbocks geführten Ausnehmung aufgenommen ist, wobei in dem vom Lagerbock weggerichteten Schenkel des Winkelstücks der Ausstellarm über ein parallel zu seiner Längsachse gerichtetes Gelenk um wenigstens 180° verdrehbar gehalten ist, das aus einer Bohrung im Winkelstück und einem Zapfen am Ausstellarm besteht, und wobei zwischen dem Winkelstück und dem Ausstellarm eine Rastvorrichtung eingebaut ist, die zwei um 180° zueinander verdrehte Lagen des Ausstellarms am Winkelstück fixiert.The invention relates to an opening device for tilt-and-turn sashes of windows, doors or the like. Diese Umstellung kann dabei problemlos während der Durchführung der Anschlagarbeiten für die Ausstellvorrichtung bewirkt werden. Die Lagensicherungsvorrichtung besteht dabei aus einem parallel zur Längsachse des Ausstellarmes an diesem verstellbar geführten Schieber mit mindestens einem seitlich neben der Gelenkachse liegenden Riegelstift, der mit seinem freien Ende gegenüber zwei um 180° zueinander versetzten Eingriffsöffnungen am Winkelstück wahlweise in und außer Riegeleingriff setzbar ist. Auch diese Ausgestaltung einer Ausstellvorrichtung hat sich im praktischen Gebrauch bewährt. Claims (5)

1. A stay mechanism for the moving member of tilt-tum windows, doors or the like, comprising at least one stay (1) which is concealed between the rebates of the moving member and the frame, and which is articulated solely for pivoting by way of a bracket (6) in a bearing block mounted on the visible surface of the frame adjacent the room, the said bracket (6) being received in a recess extending from the rebate peripheral surface adjacent the frame as far as the area of the bearing bracket, the said stay being mounted for rotation through at least 180° in that limb (7) of the bracket which extends away from the bearing member, via a joint extending parallel to the stay longitudinal axis (2), the said joint comprising a bore (5) in the bracket and a pin (3) on the stay, a detent device (14, 16) being provided between the bracket and the stay for fixing the stay on the bracket in two positions offset by 180° relatively to one another, characterised in that the periphery of the pin (3) on the stay (1) has two diametrically opposite plane detent surfaces (14) with which a plane spring washer (16) is in contact, said spring washer being fixed (17) in a recess (15) of the bracket (6) so as to be flexurally deformable.

A stay mechanism according to claim 1, characterised in that the spring washer (16) consists of a wear-resistant hard plastics material, e. g. polyamide, and is situated in a channel (15) in the bracket (6), said channel being of a shape matching the surface shape of the spring washer and leading secantially into the bearing bore (5) of the bracket (6).

A stay mechanism according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the spring washer (16) is supported and/or fixed (17) in the channel or recess (15) in the bracket (6) solely at its boundary edge and in zones substantially parallel to the bearing bore (5) but is otherwise mounted so as to be resiliently deformable flexurally.
4. A stay mechanism according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the supports for the spring washer (16) consist of bent noses or lugs (17) disposed zone-wise at the edge of the channel or recess (15).
5. A stay mechanism according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the spring washer (16) and its accommodating channel (15) have a circular contour in the bracket (6), the diameter to thickness ratio of the spring washer (16) being about 5 : 1.
