Abstract

  • (c) eine erste Lagerbuchse, die in den Durchbruch des ersten Profilkörpers in verschiedenen Stellungen einsetzbar ist und eine Lagerbohrung aufweist, deren Lage relativ zu dem ersten Profilkörper durch Wahl einer der besagten Stellungen veränderbar ist,
  • (d) eine zweite Lagerbuchse, die in den Durchbruch des zweiten Profilkörpers in verschiedenen Stellungen einsetzbar ist und eine Lagerbohrung aufweist, deren Lage relativ zu dem zweiten Profilkörper durch Wahl einer der besagten Stellungen veränder­bar ist, und

  • (i) die zweite Lagerbuchse in dem länglichen Durch­bruch des zweiten Profilkörpers in verschiedenen, in der zweiten Richtung gegeneinander versetzten Stellungen haltbar ist.

Entsprechend sind die Axialrippen 48 auf der einen Außenfläche 44 der Lagerbuchse 26 gegen die Axialrippen 50 auf der gegenüberliegenden anderen Außenfläche 46 um einen halben Abstand ver­setzt. Durch Einsetzen der Lagerbuchse 26 in einer um l80° versetzten Winkelstellung kann dann eine Verstellung der Achse der Lagerbohrung 28 um einen dem halben Abstand der Axialnuten bzw. Nach Festlegen der genauen Lage des Bandblattes wird dieses durch Schrauben 82 an der Tür oder dem Fenster befestigt. 1. Justierbares Tür- oder Fensterband enthaltend (a) einen ersten Profilkörper (Bandblatt) (l0) mit Befestigungsmitteln (l2) zum Anbringen des ersten Profilkörpers (l0) an einem Tür- ­oder Fensterrahmen (l4) mit einem in einer Axialrichtung verlaufenden Durchbruch (l6), (b) einen zweiten Profilkörper (Bandblatt) (l8) mit Befestigungsmitteln (20) zum Anbringen des zweiten Profilkörpers (l8) an einer Tür oder einem Fenster (22) mit einem in Axial­richtung verlaufenden, mit dem Durchbruch (l6) des ersten Profilkörpers (l0) im wesentlichen fluchtenden Durchbruch (24), (c) eine erste Lagerbuchse (26), die in den Durchbruch (l6) des ersten Profilkörpers (l0) in verschiedenen Stellungen einsetzbar ist und eine Lagerbohrung (28) aufweist, deren Lage relativ zu dem ersten Profilkörper (l0) durch Wahl einer der besagten Stellungen ver­änderbar ist, (d) eine zweite Lagerbuchse (30), die in den Durchbruch (24) des zweiten Profilkörpers (l8) in verschiedenen Stellungen einsetzbar ist und eine Lagerbohrung (32) aufweist, deren Lage relativ zu dem zweiten Profilkörper (l8) durch Wahl einer der besagten Stellungen ver­änderbar ist, und (e) einen Zapfen (34), der in den Lagerbohrungen (28,32) der ersten und der zweiten Lager­buchse (26 bzw. 30) geführt ist, zur gelenki­gen Verbindung der beiden Profilkörper (l0, l8),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
(f) der Durchbruch (l6) des ersten Profilkörpers (l0) länglich und nach einer ersten Richtung ausgerichtet ist, (g) die erste Lagerbuchse (26) in dem länglichen Durchbruch (l6) des ersten Profilkörpers (l0) in verschiedenen, in der ersten Richtung gegeneinander versetzten Stellungen haltbar ist, (h) der Durchbruch (24) des zweiten Profilkörpers (l8) länglich und nach einer zweiten, zu der ersten Richtung gekreuzten Richtung ausge­richtet ist und (i) die zweite Lagerbuchse (30) in dem länglichen Durchbruch (24) des zweiten Profilkörpers (l8) in verschiedenen, in der zweiten Richtung gegeneinander versetzten Stellungen haltbar ist.

Justierbares Tür- oder Fensterband nach Anspruch l, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß (a) der Durchbruch (l6) des ersten Profilkörpers (l0) zwei in der ersten Richtung sich er­streckende, in im wesentlichen konstantem Abstand voneinander verlaufende, gegenüber­liegende Innenflächen (36,38) aufweist, (b) in den gegenüberliegenden Innenflächen (36, 38) des Durchbruchs (l6) des ersten Profil­körpers (l0) Axialnuten (40,42) in gleichen Abständen nebeneinander vorgesehen sind, (c) die erste Lagerbuchse (26) gegenüberliegende Außenflächen (44,46) aufweist, deren Ab­messungen in der besagten ersten Richtung kleiner als die der Innenflächen (36,38) des Durchbruchs (l6) des ersten Profil­körpers (l0) sind, (d) die erste Lagerbuchse (26) Axialrippen (48.50) nebeneinander in gleichen Abständen auf ihren gegenüberliegenden Außenflächen (44,46) auf­weist, so daß sie wahlweise in verschiedene Axialnuten (40,42) des ersten Profilkörpers (l0) einschiebbar sind und damit die erste Lagerbuchse (26) in der besagten ersten Richtung stufenweise justierbar ist, (e) der Durchbruch (24) des zweiten Profilkörpers (l8) zwei in der zweiten Richtung sich er­streckende, in im wesentlichen konstantem Abstand voneinander verlaufende, gegenüber­liegende Innenflächen (52,54) aufweist, (f) in den gegenüberliegenden Innenflächen (52,54) des Durchbruchs (24) des zweiten Profil­körpers (l8) Axialnuten (56,58) in gleichen Abständen nebeneinander vorgesehen sind, (g) die zweite Lagerbuchse (30) gegenüberliegende Außenflächen (60,62) aufweist, deren Ab­messungen in der besagten zweiten Richtung kleiner als die der Innenflächen (52,54) des Durchbruchs (24) des zweiten Profilkörpers (l8) sind, und (h) die zweite Lagerbuchse (30) Axialrippen (64, 66) nebeneinander in gleichen Abständen auf ihren gegenüberliegenden Außenflächen (60,62) aufweist, so daß sie wahlweise in verschiede­ne Axialnuten (56,58) des zweiten Profil­körpers (l8) einschiebbar sind und damit die zweite Lagerbuchse (30) in der besagten zweiten Richtung stufenweise justierbar ist. 2.
