Claims (9)

  1. Garniture pour vantail tournant ou vantail tournant-basculant de fenêtres et/ou de portes, dans laquelle une rainure bouvetée (7) périphérique ouverte vers l'intérieur de la pièce est délimitée, en position de fermeture, entre un châssis dormant (1) et le châssis du vantail (2) et une feuillure (6) est formée entre le châssis dormant (1) et le châssis du vantail (2), ladite garniture comportant :
       (a) un premier et un deuxième paliers (10; 11) applicables de manière à être dissimulés, respectivement, dans la rainure bouvetée (7), lesdits paliers étant constitués respectivement d'une première partie de palier (14; 26) fixable dans le châssis dormant (1) et d'une deuxième partie de palier (15; 33) fixable dans le châssis (2) du vantail, lesdites parties de paliers (14, 15; 26, 33) définissant un axe de rotation (16) stabilisé qui - vu en coupe transversale - lorsqu'on applique la garniture sur les châssis (1, 2) du vantail (2), s'étend entre leur face interne (A) et la rainure de garniture (3) agencée dans la feuillure (6),
    caractérisée en ce que
    (b) la deuxième partie de palier (15; 33), fixable sur le vantail (2), du premier et du deuxième paliers (10; 11) est montée sur une plaque de support (12; 32) - faisant saillie horizontalement ou verticalement dans la direction de la face interne (A) du vantail (2) - et
    (c) les plaques de support (12; 32) sont dimensionnées pour venir reposer, lors de l'application sur le vantail (2), respectivement dans des sections - horizontales ou verticales - de la rainure bouvetée (7), les premières parties de paliers (14; 26) fixables sur le châssis dormant (1) étant définies pour s'encastrer dans le profil du châssis dormant (1).
  2. Garniture selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les parties de paliers (14; 26) encastrables dans le châssis dormant (1) sont ou présentent des coussinets cylindriques qui sont fixés respectivement sur une plaque de vissage (13; 25).
  3. Garniture selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que, dans la zone du deuxième palier (11), qui est agencé en dessous, la plaque de support (32) est raccordée à l'extrémité inférieure d'un tenon allongé (30) parallèle à l'axe de rotation (16), ledit tenon s'engageant dans un logement (29) d'une branche verticale (28) d'une équerre de support (27) fixable au vantail.
  4. Garniture selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que le tenon (30) est reçu dans le logement (29) de l'équerre de support (27) de manière à pouvoir se déplacer en hauteur (dispositif de déplacement 31).
  5. Garniture selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisée en ce que la plaque de support (32) du palier inférieur (11) est reliée fixe au tenon allongé (30) et celui-ci est guidé à rotation dans son logement (29) et en ce qu'un dispositif de déplacement à excentrique (34) s'engage avec la plaque de support (32) et l'équerre de vissage (27) pour faire pivoter la plaque de support (32) avec le tenon (30).
  6. Garniture selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la plaque de support (12) du premier palier (10) agencé au-dessus est montée à pivotement sur son bras de projection (8) et un dispositif de déplacement à excentrique (20) s'engage dans la plaque de support (12) ainsi que dans le bras de projection (8).
  7. Garniture selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que le point d'appui de la plaque de support (12) du palier supérieur (10) et le point d'appui d'un élément de fermeture (21) qui peut tourner sous l'effet d'un deuxième dispositif de déplacement à excentrique (23) forment un point de rotation commun (17).
  8. Garniture selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le premier palier (10) est le palier supérieur et le deuxième palier (11) est le palier inférieur, le plan des plaques de support (12, 32) s'étendant horizontalement.
  9. Garniture selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7 pour vantaux tournants, caractérisée en ce que le premier palier (10) est le palier de gauche et le deuxième palier (11) est le palier de droite, le plan des plaques de support (12, 32) s'étendant dans la direction verticale et les deuxièmes parties de paliers (14; 26) venant reposer dans des sections verticales de la rainure bouvetée (7).
