Definitions

  • the invention relates to a facade wall with a supporting frame made of vertical posts and between these inserted and connected to them at right angles transoms, which together form a skeleton field each provided with a seal for receiving a plate element, the post profile in cross-section from a room-side box profile and a weather-side head profile There is a smaller width and on both sides of the head profile each has a sealing retaining groove running perpendicularly in the weather-side box profile surface, while a lower and upper horizontal sealing retaining groove are provided in the bolt on the weather side.
  • the invention has for its object to simplify the facade wall explained in terms of its manufacture and assembly and at the same time to ensure a secure seal, especially in the corner areas.
  • the sealing plane is thus completely moved to the weather side; on the room side, a seal is no longer required between the mullion and transom.
  • an elastic filler with a sealing retaining groove is inserted between the head profiles of the two post profiles, which is aligned with the sealing retaining grooves in the side surface of the head profile of the post.
  • an elastic filler is inserted between the head profiles of the Riegefs and the upper post profile, which has a sealing retaining groove on its top and bottom, which is aligned with the corresponding sealing retaining groove in the head profile of the transom.
  • the filler pieces ensure that the sealing profile remains anchored all round in the rebate base with the mullion and transom profiles above the holding foot. Dilatations or movements in the butt joint can be absorbed by the elastic fillers.
  • a filler profile that overlaps the connecting piece between the two post profiles is inserted into the sealing retaining grooves provided in the weather-side box profile surface of the two post profiles.
  • a plate element built into the sealing profile can thus move in the all-round closed sealing bed, whereby movements of the mullion and transom profiles can be recorded with respect to one another without the sealing plane to the plate element being interrupted at any point.
  • a mounting slot is provided in the center, and that the sealing profile covers the above head profiles up to the mounting slot.
  • These mounting slots can each open into an undercut groove, or the like for receiving clamping devices for fastening cover profiles. serve.
  • a construction can be provided, as is the subject of the simultaneously filed German patent application DE-A 3 539 003 by the same applicant.
  • the post and transom profiles can be cut to size in this construction according to the invention with smooth separating cuts; Milling is no longer necessary. All holes are in the same drilling axis, so that the profiles can be machined without having to change them.
  • the support bolt according to the invention now also serves as a support for the transoms and for fixing the connecting piece in the post joint.
  • the bolts used according to the invention represent inexpensive connecting elements in comparison to welded or screwed-on angle supports.
  • the support pin can be on both sides of the box profile of the upper post profile in a simple manner with a Seeger ring or the like. to back up.
  • the length of the bolt is then according to the invention by at least twice the thickness of this Seeger ring or the like. shorter than the clear distance between two posts. This enables the transoms to be installed particularly easily and without damaging the side surface of the post profiles.
  • Figure 1 shows an intersection area between a post 1 and two transoms 2 within a facade wall, not shown.
  • the post 1 is formed by two post profiles 3, 4, which are flush with each other and with a clear distance a from each other via an inserted connector 5 are connected to one another in a variable manner.
  • Each post profile 3, 4 consists in cross section of a room-side box profile 3a, 4a and a weather-side head profile 3b, 4b of smaller width.
  • the connector 5 is inserted at one end into the upper end of the lower box section 4a and at the other end into the lower end of the upper box section 3a and fastened in the latter by a support bolt 6 which is inserted through the box section 3a horizontally and parallel to the facade wall is secured against longitudinal displacement on both sides of the box section 3a by a Seeger ring 7 and protrudes with its two ends from the box section 3a.
  • At least one of the two post profiles 3, 4 is attached to the shell in a manner not shown. Since free vertical displacement is ensured between the lower post profile 4 and the connecting piece 5, thermal expansion of the post profiles 3, 4 can be compensated for in this joint area.
  • the transom profile is composed of a box profile 2a and a head profile 2b, which is arranged on the weather side on the box profile 3a and is narrower than this.
  • a cross-section approximately semicircular, downwardly open support web 8 is arranged, which is assigned to one of the two protruding ends of the support pin 6 and in that its cross section extends slightly more than 180 degrees of circumference, an undercut to secure the Latch 2 forms against lifting upwards.
  • a sealing retaining groove 9, 10 extending over the length of the section is arranged below and above the head section 2b.
  • an insertion slot 11 is provided for the support bolt 6, so that the bolt 2 can be pushed onto the two associated support bolts 6 from the room side and lowered onto them until the support bolts 6 in engage the support web 8 (see Figure 1, left bolt and Figure 2).
  • the right bolt 2 is shown at the beginning of its assembly.
  • the length of the bar 2 is twice the thickness of the aforementioned Seeger ring 7 shorter than the clear distance between two posts 1. This allows the bar 2 to be used easily and without risk of damage to the surface of the box section 3a of the post 1. On the room side, this leaves a clearance between the bar 2 and the post 1 corresponding to the thickness of the Seeger ring 7, but this can - insofar as this is desired for visual reasons - by an indented seal or the like. be closed.
  • an elongated recess 12 is provided, into which a locking bolt 13 is inserted so as to be longitudinally displaceable.
  • the elongated recess 12 or the locking bolt 13 is aligned with a horizontal bore 14 in the head profile 3b of the upper post profile 3.
  • the production side is already in the elongated recess 12 arranged locking bolt 13 with the aid of a suitable tool through the bore 14 into the corresponding recess 12 of the adjacent transom 2 and secured against longitudinal displacement by Seeger rings 15, which are each arranged between transom 2 and head profile 3a of the post.
  • the post profile 3, 4 has on both sides of its head profile 3b, 4b a seal running perpendicularly in the weather-side box profile surface 16 holding groove 17, which lie in one plane with the two sealing retaining grooves 9, 10 mentioned above in the box profile 2a of the bolt 2.
  • a horizontal seal retaining groove 18 In the top and bottom of the head profile 2b of the transom 2 there is a horizontal seal retaining groove 18, the extension of which opens into a vertical seal retaining groove 19 in the facing side surface of the head profile 3b of the post 1.
  • an elastic filler 20 is inserted with a seal retaining groove 21 which is aligned with the seal retaining grooves 19 in the side surface of the head profile 3b of the post 1.
  • an elastic filler 22 is inserted, which has a sealing retaining groove 23 on its top and bottom, which is aligned with the corresponding sealing retaining groove 18 in the head profile 2b of the transom 2.
  • a connecting piece 5 between the two post sections 3, 4 overlapping filler profile 24 is inserted (see detail drawn in Figure 3).
  • This filling profile 24 is positioned by a notch 25 in the lower post profile 4.
  • the filling profile 24 could also be replaced by a flat profile inserted from the outside.
  • the notch 25 could then be omitted if the holding foot 28 explained below has previously been snapped into the associated sealing holding groove.
  • FIG. 4 shows a section of a sealing profile 26 encircling a skeleton field.
  • This sealing profile 26 engages with a holding foot 27 in the lower or upper sealing holding groove 18 in the head part 2b of the bolt 2 and in the vertical sealing holding grooves 19 in the side face of the head profile 3b, 4b two post profiles 3, 4 and in the corresponding seal retaining groove 21 in the filler 20 arranged therebetween.
  • the sealing profile 26 engages with a second holding foot 28 in the lower or upper sealing retaining groove 9, 10 in the box profile 2a of the latch 2 and in the vertical sealing retaining grooves 17 in the weather-side box profile surface 16 of the two post profiles 3, 4.
  • the said second holding foot 28 of the sealing profile 26 is cut out in the area of the said filling profiles 24.
  • a mounting slot 29, 30 is provided in the middle of the weather-side surface.
  • the sealing profile 26 covers the above head profiles 2b, 3b, 4b up to the mounting slot 29, 30, respectively.
  • Bolts 2 can also be provided outside of a joint between two post profiles 3, 4.
  • Figure 4 shows that the sealing plane is completely on the weather side, so that no seal is required on the room side between the mullion and transom.
