Claims (6)

1. Outil de pressage pour la fabrication de corps pressés en forme de plats, en particulier de plaques, d'assiettes, de tasses, de coupes, de plats ou analogues, en matière pulvérulente, de préférence en matière céramique, constitué par un poinçon et par un contre-poinçon dont les surfaces frontales tournées l'une vers l'autre forment, en comprimant la matière pulvérulente introduite entre elles, la face supérieure et la face inférieure du corps pressé en forme de plat, le poinçon et le contre-poinçon pouvant se déplacer l'un par rapport à l'autre et la matière pulvérulente étant introduite dans un espace délimité par les surfaces frontales du poinçon et du contre-poinçon et par une pièce annulaire comportant un raccord pour l'amenée des matières pulvérulentes qui peut se déplacer par rapport au poinçon et au contre- poinçon dans la direction dans laquelle ils se déplacent l'un par rapport à l'autre, et l'un au moins des bords des surfaces frontales du poinçon et du contre-poinçon dépassant en forme d'anneau dans la direction du bord de l'autre surface frontale et le poinçon et le contrepoinçon ne pouvant se déplacer l'un vers l'autre que de manière à laisser un intervalle annulaire de dimension axiale réduite entre les bords de leurs surfaces frontales, caractérisé en ce que le bord dépassant en forme d'anneau du poinçon correspondant (11) prend appui sur une partie saillante extérieure (28) orientée dans le sens axial sur laquelle peut se déplacer la pièce annulaire (27) qui comporte au moins un raccord pour le vide (26).
2. Outil de pressage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le raccord (26) pour le vide et le raccord (25) pour l'amenée des matières pulvérulentes sont situées l'un en face de l'autre.
3. Outil de pressage selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le raccord (25) pour l'amenée des matières pulvérulentes est constitué par une pièce d'insertion qui peut être introduite dans la partie annulaire (27) et comporte au moins un entonnoir de chargement (figure 2).
4. Outil de pressage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le raccord (26) pour le vide est décalé par rapport à l'intervalle annulaire (29), qui subsiste dans le sens axial, au niveau des bords du poinçon (10) et du contrepoinçon (11) lorsque l'outil de pressage est fermé, et communique avec cet intervalle par au moins un jeu axial.
5. Outil de pressage selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le raccord (26) pour le vide communique avec l'intervalle annulaire axial (29) par un espace annulaire radial (30) situé entre le bord extérieur de la partie saillante extérieure (28) et le bord intérieurvoisin de la pièce annulaire (27).
6. Outil de pressage selon l'une des revendications 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que le raccord (26) pour le vide communique avec l'intervalle annulaire axial (29) par une fente annulaire axiale (33) située entre la pièce annulaire (27) et la bague d'appui (12) ainsi qu'avec un intervalle annulaire radial (32) relié à la fente annulaire (33).
