Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft eine Krankenzimmer-Wandleuchte, deren kanalartiges Gehäuse einen mit elektrischen Installationsteilen versehenen, im Querschnitt U-förmigen Aufbaurahmen auswechselbar an seinem Gehäuseboden aufnimmt.
- Bekannt ist eine solche Leuchte aus der DE-PS 18 05 837, bei der in dem sich über mehrere Betten erstreckenden kanalartigen Gehäuse mit den verschiedensten Installationsteilen, wie Benutzersteckdosen und Anschlußelementen, versehene Aufbaurahmeneinheiten aufgenommen sind, die jeweils aus einem gehäusefesten Unterrahmen und einem auswechselbaren, im Querschnitt U-förmigen Oberrahmen bestehen. Ober- und Unterrahmen liegen dabei im Betrieb aufeinander und sind miteinander an einem Ende durch ein lösbares Gelenk und am anderen Ende durch einen Verschluß verbunden. Mit der Aufbaurahmeneinheit bzw. dessen Oberrahmen verbunden sind die Fassungsträger und jeweils eine langgestreckte Leuchtstofflampe, die die allgemeine nach oben abstrahlende Raumbeleuchtung bildet. Die am Oberrahmen gehaltenen Benutzersteckdosen ragen durch den Unterrahmen und durch Durchbrechungen im Gehäuseboden hindurch und sind daher von der Unterseite des Leuchtengehäuses her zugänglich.
- Die Gelenk- und Verschlußausbildungen an diesen auswechselbaren Aufbaurahmen sind technisch aufwendig. In Anbetracht der relativ großen Länge der Rahmen wird eine ausreichende Führung an der Gelenkseite und ein sicherer, den Schwenkvorgang berücksichtigender Verschluß gefordert.
- Die Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht darin, den technischen Aufwand für die auswechselbare Anbringung des mit elektrischen Installationsteilen versehenen Aufbaurahmens an Krankenzimmer-Wandleuchten zu vereinfachen.
- Gelöst wird die Erfindungsaufgabe an einer Krankenzimmer-Wandleuchte der eingangs genannten Art, die dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß der Aufbaurahmen zwischen zwei im Gehäuse angeordneten Winkeln, von denen mindestens einer in Rahmenlängsrichtung federnd ausgebildet ist, in der Art eines Verschlusses demontierbar gehalten ist, wobei in Verlängerung der Schenkel des Aufbaurahmens nasenartige Ansätze mit geringfügig hinterschnittenen Rastkanten und schräg angeschnittenen Stirnkanten ausgebildet sind, die nach der Montage an der Unterkante von Längsschlitzen in den Winkeln lösbar verrastend eingreifen.
- Grundgedanke der Erfindung ist es, lediglich einen einzigen am Gehäuse einschwenkbar zu befestigenden Aufbaurahmen mit den Installationsteilen vorzusehen, der gegen entsprechende Winkel am Gehäuse festsetzbar in der Art eines Verschlusses ist, so daß der bisher übliche Unterrahmen entfallen kann. Mit der Erfindung wird eine gelenkartige lösbare Befestigung mit einfachen technischen Mitteln des Aufbaurahmens am Gehäuseboden erreicht.
- Es ist mit der Erfindung immer an einer Seite eine gelenkartige Verbindung geschaffen, die das Aufschwenken des Aufbaurahmens ermöglicht, während an der zu lösenden Seite des Aufbaurahmens eine Art Rastverschluß gebildet ist. Dabei sind zur leichteren Einführung der nasenartigen Ansätze in die Schlitze an den Winkeln die Stirnkanten dieser Ansätze angeschnitten.
- Nach einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist oben an einem federnden Halteschenkel eines Winkels eine eine Schräge bildende Abwinklung vorgesehen, die die Handhabung des Verschlusses erleichtert.
- Anhand eines abgebildeten Ausführungsbeispieles wird die Erfindung im folgenden näher erläutert. Es zeigen:
- Fig. 1 in einer prinzipiellen Darstellung einen Teillängsschnitt durch ein Wandleuchtengehäuse
- Fig. 2 eine zugehörige Draufsicht auf das Gehäuse,
- Fig. 3 eine Längsschnittdarstellung im Bereich eines montierten Aufbaurahmens,
- Fig. 4 eine Fig. 3 entsprechende Darstellung von der Einschwenkung des Aufbaurahmens am federnden Winkel,
- Fig. 5 einen Schnitt nach der Linie I - I in Fig.3
- Fig. 6 eine Stirnansicht eines am Leuchtengehäuseboden klemmend befestigten federnden Winkels Zunächst wird auf die Figuren 1 und 2 Bezug genommen.
- In einem im Querschnitt etwa U-förmigen Gehäuse einer Krankenzimmer-Wandleuchte, die sich in der Regel über mehrere Betten erstreckt, sind hintereinander jeweils aneinander anschließend oder im Abstand voneinander langgestreckte Lampen 10 von nach vorne abstrahlenden Leseleuchten und elektrische Installationselemente aufnehmende, auswechselbare Aufbaurahme 4 am Boden des Gehäuses 1 befestigt.
- Wie die Figuren 3 bis 5 zeigen, wird ein solcher Aufbaurahmen 4 gebildet aus einem im Querschnitt U-förmigen Blechrahmen, der ein- bzw. ausschwenkbar zwischen zwei Winkeln 2 und 3 gehalten ist, die am Boden 11 des Leuchtengehäuses 1 befestigt sind. Ein solcher Aufbaurahmen 4 trägt an seiner Unterseite zwischen den beiden Schenkeln 41 eine Vielzahl von Benutzersteckdosen 5 und 6, elektrische Steckverbindungen 9 und andere nicht dargestellte Installationselemente. Die Benutzersteckdosen 5 und 6 ragen in Durchbrechungen 111 im Gehäuseboden 11 und sind daher von außen zugänglich.
- Von den beiden am Boden 11 befestigten Winkeln 2 und 3 ist zumindest einer in Längsrichtung federnd ausgebildet. Im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel ist der Halteschenkel 32 des Winkels 3, der mit seinem Befestigungsschenkel 31 am Boden 11 befestigt ist, federnd. In den Halteschenkeln beider Winkel sind im Abstand der Schenkel 41 des Aufbaurahmens 4 Längsschlitze 21 bzw. 321 vorgesehen, in die an den Schenkeln 41 angeformte nasenartige Ansätze 411 einsteckbar sind. Wie Fig.4 zeigt, werden zunächst die nasenartigen Ansätze 411 in die Schlitze 21 am starren Winkel 2, der auch zur Aufnahme der Fassung einer benachbarten Lampe sein kann, eingesteckt. Danach erfolgt die Abschwenkung der anderen Rahmenseite, wobei die Befestigung am Winkel 2 das Führungsgelenk bildet. Die Stirnkanten der nasenartigen Ansätze 411 sind schräg angeschnitten. Die Schrägflächen tragen die Ziffer 412 und 414. Beim Abschwenken drückt die Schrägfläche 412 gegen eine eine Auflaufschräge bildende Abwinklung 322 am federnden Halteschenkel 32 und drückt diesen nach außen, so daß die nasenartigen Ansätze 411,in den Bereich der Längsschlitze 321, wie aus Fig. 6 ersichtlich sind, gelangen können. In dieser Situation erfolgt die Eindringung der Ansätze 411 in die Schlitze 321. Gleichzeitig verrastet an der Unterkante der Längsschlitze 321 eine geringfügig hinterschnitten ausgebildete Rastkante 413 der Nasen 411.
- Durch Abdrückung des federnden Schenkels 32 nach außen an der die Auflaufschräge bildenden Kante 322 ist eine Lösung des Verschlusses zur Herausschwenkung der Aufbaurahmeneinheit 4 möglich.
- Beide Seiten der Befestigung des Aufbaurahmens, die gleich ausgebildet sind, bilden zusammen mit den Winkeln jeweils den Verschluß und das Gelenk.
- Eine einfache Befestigungsart des Winkels 3 ist in Fig. 6 ersichtlich. Dieser Winkel mit seinem Befestigungsschenkel 31 am Boden 11 festgeklemmt. Dazu dienen zwischen zwei am Boden 11 angeformten Winkelstegen 112 eingesetzte Platten 7, über die mit den Schrauben 8 die Festklemmung erfolgt. Auf diese Weise ist es möglich, die Winkel in Längsrichtung des Gehäuses einzurichten.
