Definitions
- the invention relates to an articulated stacking vehicle of the type specified in the preamble of claim 1.
- articulated stacking vehicles have the advantage of greater maneuverability and an advantage in terms of drive technology compared to de% of forklift trucks with rigid vehicle frames. Difficulties arise with regard to stability when cornering. Because of their maneuverability, articulated stacking vehicles are used, for example, in mining, and the vehicle can also be led over tight bends in curves that do not significantly exceed the width of the tunnel.
- the articulated joint must be arranged approximately in the middle between the two wheel axles of the front and rear carriages so that they can pivot around a common pivot point when cornering, and thus the sum of the speeds of the front wheels equals the sum of the speeds of the rear wheels is.
- Lift trucks are standardized according to DIN 15.140.3 G or 4.L. These are mainly steered on the rear side facing away from the load wheels. The vehicle body is made in one piece. Difficulties arise when cornering because a larger lane width is required during cornering. All-wheel drive vehicles are only possible for small tonnages due to the restriction to single tires. Even articulated forklift trucks in use are only suitable for low loads due to their unfavorable stability geometry, and their own weight and large dimensions are far too high for the lifting force.
- a generic stacking vehicle is known from DE-AS 10 49 307.
- the front frame carries a mast, the front wheels and a compensation weight, which protrudes to the rear under a high arm of the rear frame.
- the pivot point of the axle stool is approximately in the middle between the front wheels.
- the drive and steering are carried out exclusively via the front wheels.
- the invention has for its object to improve a generic stacking vehicle in such a way that with a more favorable ratio of payload / dead weight and with free maneuverability a reliable stability is guaranteed.
- the problem is solved by the features specified in the characterizing part of claim 1. Because the counterweight comes to rest on the rear carriage, the high-lying boom of the rear frame required in the known case can be omitted and the overall length can be shortened overall. With a relatively long lever arm up to the axis of rotation of the front wheels, there is sufficient free space so that the stacking vehicle can also be adapted to practically all occurring loads by applying additional weights. The counterweight can reach over the axis of the rear wheels according to claim 2, which results in a long lever arm despite the relatively small wheel base.
- the counterweight according to claim 3 is provided with side roundings, by means of which the turning ability of the vehicle is retained and lateral weight unloading takes place as far as possible.
- the features of claim 4 provide increased stability when cornering and with off-center lifting loads.
- the counterweight according to DE-OS 31 31 512 can be shifted laterally, depending on the steering movement.
- the size of the impact and the load of the counterweight are determined by the fixed and variable factors: load, front end and rear end in connection with the standing triangle.
- load For special demands on the stacking vehicle in relation to the narrow vehicle width and / or strong steering angle, the displaceability of the counterweight is appropriate.
- the articulated all-wheel drive stacking vehicle has a front end 20 with a mast 22 and a lifting load 23 that can be moved up and down, a driver's cab 24 and a counterweight 14 projecting to the rear with roundings 15 corresponding to the outer curve radius.
- the front end 20 is connected to the rear end 26, which comprises the motor unit (not shown), via a vertical articulated joint 28 with a vertical articulation axis located behind the rear of the driver's cab 24.
- the lifting weight 23 is arranged on the side of the central plane and nevertheless a stable balance remains
- the triangle is characterized by the connection of points 1, 2 and 3.
- the reference number 4 denotes the center of mass of the front end
- 7 is the center of mass of the load
- 9 is the center of mass of the counterweight 14
- 10 indicates the center of mass of the combination front end counterweight
- 11 is the center of mass of the rear end
- 12 is the center of mass of the Empty device
- 13 is the center of mass of the vehicle plus the load 23.
- the empty device center of mass 12 can be moved even further into the center of the standing triangle in each operating position.

Abstract
Description
- Fig. 1 eine Grundrißansicht eines Stapelfahrzeugs in Stellung auf Kurvenfahrt mit eingezeichnetem Standdreieck und eingezeichneten Schwerpunkten;
- Fig. 2 eine Aufrißansicht des Fahrzeugs gemäß Fig. 1;
