Claims (13)

1. Installation de séparation de produits lourds par triage, en particulier de pierres ou matériaux similaires, à partir de céréales et d'autres produits en vrac, comportant :
a) deux tables vibrantes (1,2) situées l'une au-dessus de l'autre, disposées de manière inclinée et traversées par le même écoulement d'air, tandis que :
b) il est disposé, au niveau de la table vibrante supérieure (2), une entrée de produit (6) et un élément de déversement (19) orienté vers une zone centrale (B) de la table vibrante inférieure et que
c) cette table vibrante inférieure (1) est agencée sous la forme d'une table d'épierrage, caractérisée en ce que :
d) les deux tables vibrantes (1, 2) comportent un entraînement commun (30),
e) la table vibrante supérieure (2) est agencée de manière permanente sous forme d'une table de stratification par couches, d'une façon telle qu'elle comporte, uniquement à son extrémité inférieure, une courte zone (11) constituant au maximum environ un cinquième de sa longueur totale et destinée au passage, par criblage, d'une couche de produit enrichie en produit lourd et
g) l'élément de déversement (19) prévu pour cette couche enrichie en produit lourd est disposé au-dessous de cette courte zone (11).
2. Installation suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les deux tables vibrantes (1, 2) ont la même largeur, la courte zone (11) prévue sur la table supérieure (2) pour le passage, par criblage, de la couche enrichie en produit lourd et l'élément de déversement (19) s'étendant chacun sur toute la largeur des tables (1,2).
3. Installation suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la table vibrante inférieure (1) est constituée, en forme de sandwich, d'un support de produit laissant passer l'air (62), d'une tôle perforée (60) disposée à une certaine distance au-dessous de celui-ci et d'une structure compartimentée située entre cette tôle perforée (60) et ce support de produit (62).
4. Installation suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la courte zone (11) prévue pour le passage par criblage comporte des ouvertures de passage (17) offrant un diamètre qui est égal à un multiple de la granulométrie moyenne du produit lourd.
5. Installation suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la table vibrante supérieure (2) agencée sous la forme d'une table de stratification par couches est finement perforée et offre une surface lisse.
6. Installation suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la table vibrante inférieure (1) offre une surface rugueuse, en vue de favoriser un cheminement des éléments lourds vers la sortie située plus haut, sous l'effet du mouvement vibratoire à projection.
7. Installation suivant la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que la table vibrante inférieure (1) est pourvue d'un support de matériau qui comporte un grillage à mailles fines laissant passer l'air (62), d'une façon telle qu'elle offre une résistance à l'air pratiquement constante sur tout le support de produit et indépendante de l'épaisseur de la couche de produit reposant sur elle.
8. Installation suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de déversement est un plan incliné (19), qui est incliné en sens opposé à l'inclinaison des tables vibrantes (1, 2) et se termine à une certaine distance au-dessus de la table vibrante inférieure (1 et en ce que la zone intermédiaire (B) de la table vibrante inférieure (1), vers laquelle est dirigé l'élément de déversement de la table vibrante supérieure (2), se trouve dans la région du tiers central de la table vibrante inférieure (1), considéré dans le sens longitudinal de celle-ci.
9. Installation suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'extrémité supérieure de la table vibrante supérieure (2) est traversée par de l'air et est recouverte par une couverture de guidage en tôle (9) qui est disposée à une certaine distance au-dessus de cette table vibrante supérieure (2), la distance entre cette couverture (9) et la surface de cette table (2) devenant plus grande en direction du milieu de cette même table (2).
10. Installation suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la distance séparant la table vibrante inférieure (1) et la table supérieure (2) est comprise entre un cinquième et un dixième de la longueur de cette table supérieure (2), et le plan incliné est réalisé de façon à ne pas laisser passer l'air et se termine sensiblement à mi-hauteur entre la table vibrante inférieure et la table vibrante supérieure (2).
11. Installation suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'un couteau séparateur de couches (18) est monté à l'extrémité inférieure de cette table vibrante supérieure (2).
12. Installation suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que, à l'extrémité inférieure de la table vibrante supérieure (2), un conduit de sortie (56) est disposé pour le rejet de cette table, ce conduit débouchant dans une ouverture (57) d'une sortie de produit prévue pour le rejet de la table vibrante inférieure (1).
13. Installation suivant la revendication 12, caractérisée en ce qu'il est disposé, dans le conduit de sortie (56), un volet réglable (58) permettant de mélanger à volonté le rejet de la table vibrante supérieure (2) avec le rejet de la table vibrante inférieure (1) ou permettant d'évacuer séparément ces deux rejets.
