Claims (10)

1. Dispositif prévu sur un cylindre à volets de pliage (2) pour la prise en charge et le transport ultérieur des produits pliés (3) qui ont été munis d'un pli transversal entre le cylindre à volets de pliage (2) et le cylindre à couteaux de pliage (1), au moyen d'un dispositif transporteur tournant (7), caractérisé en ce que, sur le dispositif transporteur tournant (7), sont fixés, à un écartement prédéterminé des entraîneurs (9) qui, avant d'atteindre la région (A) à peu près en forme de coin située en aval ou au droit de la zone de transfert (4) des produits pliés (3) du cylindre à couteaux de pliage (1) au cylindre à volets de pliage (2), sont tendus par un dispositif de déviation (13) et recourbés de manière que leurs extrémités coudées (9a) se trouvent en dehors de la limite latérale des produits pliés (3), en ce que les entraîneurs (9) engagent leurs extrémités coudées (9a) dans la région en forme de coin (A) en aval du dispositif de déviation (13), par effet de ressort, en ce que, après avoir été libérés des volets de pliage, les produits pliés (9) sont évacués des cylindres (1, 2) avec accélération, par les entraîneurs (9) qui sont entraînés autour d'une roue de renvoi (8) par le dispositif transporteur sans fin (7), en ce que, ensuite, le dispositif transporteur (7) embrasse une autre roue de renvoi (11) de telle manière que les extrémités (9a) des entraîneurs (9) qui guident les produits pliés (3) soient entraînées, en décrivant une rotation d'environ 90° pour passer par le centre de la circonférence de la roue de renvoi, ou en décrivant un arc plus petit pour passer à l'intérieur de la circonférence de la roue de renvoi, de sorte que les produits pliés (3) peuvent ainsi être transférés à un autre dispositif transporteur (12) avec une vitesse réduite au niveau de la roue de renvoi (11).
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de déviation (13) peut être prolongé par un élément de déviation (14) que l'on peut faire pivoter selon un arc en direction de la région en forme de coin (A) (figure 3).
3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les entraîneurs (9) sont faits d'acier à ressorts à haute élasticité.
4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que des dispositifs transporteurs (7, 7') portant des entraîneurs élastiques (9, 9') et constitués par des chaînes sans fin ou des courroies sans fin sont disposés des deux côtés des produits pliés (3, 3').
5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'autre roue de renvoi (16) est concave (déportée) (figure 5).
6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les entraîneurs élastiques (9, 9') sont entrainés par un dispositif transporteur commun (18) guidé en position centrale, par l'intermédiaire d'une broche transversale (19) sur laquelle ces organes sont enfilés, à leur extrémité recourbée, au moyen de trous (23, 24), la translation des entraîneurs (9, 9') sur la broche transversale (19) étant commandée par les éléments de translation (20,21) qui resserrent les extrémités.
7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'à une extrémité, les entraîneurs élastiques (9) sont munis d'évidements (27) sur les deux côtés et sont emboités, avec possibilité de translation, entre deux broches transverales (25, 26) qui s'étendent parallèlement entre elles.
8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif amortisseur (15) est disposé au moins sur un côté du trajet des entraîneurs (9) lorsqu'ils sont détendus et s'engagent dans la région (A).
9. Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif amortisseur (15) est fait d'une matière élastique ou comprend un élément magnétique.
10. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la distance d'écartement entre deux dispositifs transporteurs (7, 7') est réglable.
