Abstract

Presse zum Ausdrücken einer pastösen Masse mit einem zylindrischen Gehäuse (1), das jeweils am Ende mit einem Bajonettverschluß (2) zur Aufnahme auf der einen Seite einer Formdüse (3) und auf der anderen Seite eines Oberteiles (4) mit Druckmechanik (5), wobei an diesem Oberteil (4) einstückig ein Haltegriff (17), der als Durchgriff ausgebildet ist. versehen ist.

Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Presse gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Derartige Pressen werden in den unterschiedlichsten Bereichen eingesetzt. So findet man sie zum Einbringen von IsoLiermateriaL, KLebstoff und ähnlichem am Bau als auch zum Garnieren von Torten und Formen von Gebäck im HaushaLt.
  • NachteiLig an aLL diesen bekannten Geräten ist die ungenügende Handhabung, das heißt einmal die schlechte FührungsmögLichkeit und zum anderen das stark ermüdende Arbeiten mit diesen Geräten.
  • Dies deshalb, weil sie teilweise gar keinen Handgriff haben oder dieser als einfacher Pistolengriff rechtwinklig am Gehäuse befestigt ist; dadurch ergibt sich neben der ungeschickten Handhabung auch noch eine umständliche Fertigung.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine Presse der eingangs geschilderten Art zu schaffen, die universell einsetzbar, einfach zu fertigen und Leicht zu handhaben ist. Diese Aufgabe wird mit den kennzeichnenden MerkmaLen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst.
  • Die einstückige Ausführung des HaLtegriffes mit dem Oberteil ermöglicht eine einfache Montage des Gerätes. Es ist dadurch auch in der Handhabung sehr geschickt und Läßt sich Leicht reinigen.
  • Weitere Ausführungen der Erfindung sind den Unteransprüchen zu entnehmen. So ist durch die Anordnung des HaLtegriffes bezüglich des BetätigungseLementes ein besonders genaues und eraüngsfreies Arbeiten möglich.
  • Ein AusführungsbeispieL der Erfindung wird im folgenden an Hand der Zeichnungen näher erläutert.
  • Es zeigen:
    • Figur 1 eine Ansicht der Presse und
    • Figur 2 einen Schnitt gemäß der Linie II - II in Figur 1.
  • Ein zylindrisches Gehäuse 1 ist beidseitig mit einem Schraub- beziehungsweise BajonettverschLuß 2, einmal zur Aufnahme einer Formdüse 3 und auf der anderen Seite zur Aufnahme eines OberteiLes 4, versehen. Das Oberteil 4 nimmt eine Druckmechanik 5 auf. Diese Druckmechanik 5 besteht aus einer StößeLstange 6 mit StößeLplatte 7, einer Druckfeder 8, einem BetätigungseLement 9 und einem Rückzugsknopf 10. Die StößeLstange 6 wird in einem am Oberteil 4 angeformten Lager 11 und in einer das OberteiL 4 verschließenden Lagerkappe 12 geführt. Das BetätigungseLement 9 ist unter Zwischenschaltung einer Messinghülse 13 verschiebbar auf der StößeLstange 6 angeordnet und wird durch die Druckfeder 8 gegen die Lagerkappe 12 gedrückt. Zur seitLichen Führung des BetätigungseLementes 9 ist im zylindrischen HaLs 14 des OberteiLs ein LängsschLitz 15 vorgesehen.
  • An den VerschLußbereich 16 des OberteiLes 4 ist ein HaLtegriff 17 angeformt. Der Durchgriff 18 des HaLtegriffs 17 ist LängLich ausgeführt und Liegt parallel zur Längsachse des Gehäuses 1. Der Durchgriff 18 ist in seiner Dimension so ausgelegt, daß vier Finger durchgreifen können. Die Finger sind schematisch dargestellt und mit 19 bezeichnet, der Daumen trägt das Bezugszeichen 20.

Claims (4)

1. Presse zum Ausdrücken einer pastösen Masse bestehend aus einem zylindrischen Gehäuse (1), einer Druckmechanik (5) mit StößeLpLatte (7), einer Formdüse (3), einem seitlichen HaLtegriff und einem zu diesem im Griffbereich Liegenden BetätigungseLement für die Druckmechanik, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der HaLtegriff (17) einstückig mit einem die Druckmechanik (5) aufnehmenden OberteiL (4) Lösbar aber kraftschlüssig am Gehäuse (1) befestigt ist.
2. Presse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der HaLtegriff (17) als Durchgreifgriff ausgebildet, und daß das BetätigungseLement (9) über dem Durchgreifgriff angeordnet ist.
3. Presse nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Durchgreifgriff parallel zur Längsachse des Gehäuses (1) angeordnet ist.
4. Presse nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Durchgreifgriff formschlüssig am Gehäuse (1) anLiegt.
