Abstract

Eine Stickbahn aus 70 bis 95 Gew.% Acrylfaser/Baumwollmischgarn aus 35 bis 80 Gew.% Acrylfasern und 65 bis 20 Gew.% Baumwolle der Stärke Nm 40 bis Nm 100 und 30 bis 5 Gew.% synthetischen Filamentfäden des Titers 20 bis 167 dtex läßt sich formbeständig und knitterfest bei 60°C waschen und eignet sich daher für die Herstellung von Wäsche.

Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Strickbahn aus einem Acrylfaser/Baumwollmischgarn, die sich formbeständig und knitterfest bei 60°C waschen läßt.
  • Der erfindungsgemäße Warencharakter wird dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Mischgarn beim Verstricken synthetische Filamentfäden zulaufen.
  • Die Strickbahn besteht aus 5 bis 30 Gew.-% synthetischen Filamentfäden von 20 bis 167 dtex, insbesondere synthetischen Polyamidfilamentfäden und aus 70 bis 95 Gew.-% Mischgarn, das seinerseits aus 35 bis 80 Gew.-% Acrylfasern und 65 bis 20 Gew.-% Baumwolle besteht und eine Stärke von Nm 40 bis Nm 100 aufweist.
  • Die Acrylfasern haben insbesondere ein Wasserrückhaltevermögen von weniger als 10 Gew.-%, einen Kochschrumpf von 0 bis 6 %, eine Schnittlänge von 40 bis 80 mm und eine Stärke von 0,5 bis 3,3 dtex.
  • Das Wasserrückhaltevermögen wird in Anlehnung an die DIN-Vorschrift 53 814 (vgl. Melliand, Textilberichte 4, 1973, Seite 350) bestimmt. Die Faserproben werden 2 Stunden in Wasser getaucht, das 0,1 Gew.-% Netzmittel enthält. Danach werden die Fasern 10 Minuten zentrifugiert mit einer Beschleunigung von 10 000 m/sec2 und die Wassermenge gravimetrisch ermittelt, die in und zwisehen den Fasern festgehalten wird. Zur Bestimmung des Trockengewichtes werden die Fasern bis zur Feuchtekonstanz bei 105°C getrocknet. Das Wasserrückhaltevermögen (WR) in Gew.-% ist:

    mit mf = Gewicht des feuchten Fasergutes mit mtr = Gewicht des trockenem Fasergutes.
  • Die Verarbeitung des Acrylfaser-Baumwolle-Mischgarnes und des Filamentfadens erfolgt entweder in Form eines Ringels, vorzugsweise jeweils als Einzelfaden in einer Reihe, oder in einigen Reihen als Kombinationseinlauf (Filament und Garn zusammen) oder als Plattierung, also in jeder Reihe als Kombinationszulauf.
  • Als Strickbindung kommen alle üblichen Strickqualitäten für Wäsche in Betracht, vorzugsweise Feinripp, Single, jeweils ohne oder mit Nadelzug in Glatt oder in Fang oder Umhängekombination, aber auch Interlock.
  • Die Maschinenteilung erstreckt sich auf alle Teilungsbereiche für Wäsche, vorzugsweise auf die 15er bis 20er Feinripp und 24er bis 28er Single.
  • Bei den Filatmentfäden handelt es sich um Polyester-oder Polyamidfilamentfäden, vorzugsweise um glänzendes Polyamid-Set-Texture.
  • Die neue Stoffkonstruktion wird vorzugsweise garnfarbig gearbeitet, wobei jedoch der Filamentfaden vorzugsweise rohweiß zuläuft. Eine Stückfärbung ist möglich. Die Färbung muß Echtheiten für die 60°C-Haushaltswäsche bringen, was bei Pastellfarben mit mittleren Farbtiefen gegeben ist.
  • Sofern die Ware in Schlauchware (Leibweite) garnfarbig gestrickt wird, reicht eine Kalanderdämpfbehandlung mit mindestens 12 % Voreilung, Breithaltung der Fertigware 1 cm breiter als die Rohbreite, normalen Dampfdruck und 20 m/Min. Laufgeschwindigkeit für gute Krumpfwerte aus bei einer vorzugsweise zugrunde gelegten Stoffzusammensetzung 60 Gew.-% Acryl/10 Gew.-% Polyamid/30 Gew.-% Baumwolle.
  • Bei einer aufgeschnittenen Ware kommt die übliche Spannrahmenbehandlung zur Anwendung.
  • Bei Beibehaltung der für Acrylfasern typischen besonderen Weichheit zeichnet sich die neue Konstruktion beim Tragen der Wäsche durch besonders gute Formbeständigkeit, Rücksprungvermögen und Elastizität und damit Anschmiegsamkeit aus in deutlichem Gegensatz zur bisherigen Wäsche aus Acrylfaser/Baumwolle.
  • Die neue Stoffkonstruktuion ist im Gewicht leichter und bringt zusätzlich optisch interessante Effekte gegenüber einer bisherigen Acrylfaser/Baumwolle-Wäsche.
  • Ein besonderer optischer Effekt wird erreicht, indem Farbgarne in der Farbskala von weiß bis zum Pastell-Mitteltonbereich in heller und dunkler Farbtiefe untereinander in jeder Reihe abwechseln, wobei in beliebiger Reihenfolge an Stelle des Farbgarnes in der helleren Farbtiefe ein rohweißer Filamentfaden tritt, so daß dieser Faden vom Farbgarn der dunkleren Farbtiefe umgeben ist. Er wirkt dadurch nicht rohweiß, sondern nimmt den Farbton der ihn umgebenden Farbgarne optisch auf (gemustertes Uni).

Claims (3)

1. Strickbahn aus 70 bis 96 Gew.-% Acrylfaser/Baumwollmischgarn aus 35 bis 80 Gew.-% Acrylfasern und 65 bis 20 Gew.-% Baumwolle der Stärke Nm 40 bis Nm 100 und 30 bis 5 Gew.-% synthetischen Filamentfäden des Titers 20 bis 167 dtex.
2. Strickbahn nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Filamentfäden als Einzelfäden oder zusammen mit dem Acrylfaser/Baumwollmischgarn Reihen bilden.
3. Strickbahn nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Wasserrückhaltevermögen der Acrylfasern weniger als 10 Gew.-%, der Kochschrumpf 0 bis 6 %, die Schnittlänge 40 bis 80 mm und die Stärke 0,5 bis 3,3 dtex betragen.
