Abstract

L'installation sert à bloquer un store commandé au moyen d'une courroie d'actionnement pour l'empêcher d'être relevé de manière non-autorisée. Elle se compose d'un tambour à courroie (3) comportant deux disques de tambour (4), d'un levier de blocage (5) avec cliquet d'arrêt (6), d'un capouchon de cylindre (7) avec tronçon axial (8) et d'une plaque de montage (9) sur laquelle est placé le levier de blocage (5). Le tambour à courroie (3) peut être placé sur le capuchon de cylindre (7) et au moins l'un des disques de tambour (4) comporte des éléments d'arrêt (10) répartis sur sa périphérie contre lesquels vient se disposer le cliquet d'arrêt (6) en position de blocage du levier de blocage (5), celui-ci possédant un guide (11) pour la courroie d'actionnement (1) et pivotant par l'exercice d'une force de traction sur la courroie d'actionnement de la position de blocage à la position libre. La plaque de montage (9) comporte un support pour le tronçon axial du capuchon de cylindre, elle est placée sur celui-ci et sert simultanément de plaque de support pour le cylindre de store, tout en devant lui être fixée du côté de la paroi frontale dans le coffre du store. Le levier de blocage (5) est un levier à deux bras: il comporte un bras de levier (5a) portant le guide pour la courroie d'actionnement, ainsi qu'un autre bras de levier (5b) à partir duquel part le cliquet d'arrêt. Une fois monté, le levier de blocage est placé à côté et au-dessus des disques de tambour dotés d'éléments d'arrêt sur la plaque de montage et agit par son cliquet d'arrêt sur les disques de tambour.

Claims (4)

1. Dispositif de sécurité interdisant l'ouverture non autorisée d'un volet roulant pouvant être manoeuvré au moyen d'une sangle de commande - avec tambour de sangle (3) muni de deux flasques de tambour (4), levier de sécurité (5) avec cliquet d'arrêt (6), capot de cylindre (7) avec tourillon (8) et plaque de montage (9) sur laquelle est articulé le levier de sécurité (5) et qui comporte les alésages (16) pour la fixation dans coffre du volet roulant, le tambour de sangle (3) pouvant être engagé sur le capot de cylindre (7) et au moins l'un des flasques de tambour (4) étant muni d'éléments d'arrêt (10) répartis sur sa circonférence et sur lesquels peut s'appuyer le cliquet d'arrêt (6) dans la position de sécurité, le levier de sécurité comportant un guidage (11 ) pour la sangle de commande (1 ) et pouvant être pivoté, sous l'action d'une force de traction, de la position de sécurité dans une position de dégagement, caractérisé par le fait que la plaque de montage (9) comporte un palier (15) pour le tourillon (8) du capot de cylindre (7), qu'elle est engagée sur ce dernier et conformée en même temps en plaque de support pour le cylindre du volet roulant (14) et doit être fixé à cet effet sur une paroi frontale dans le coffre de volet roulant orientée perpendiculairement à l'axe du volet roulant; que le levier de sécurité (5) est réalisé sous forme de levier à deux bras avec un bras de levier (5a) qui porte le guidage (11) pour la sangle de commande (1 ) et avec un autre bras de levier (5b) dont l'extrémité est coudée en cliquet d'arrêt (6); que la plaque de montage (9) présente une pluralité d'alésages (17) répartis suivant une trame et destinés à la fixation du levier de sécurité (5); et que le levier de sécurité (5) s'étend, à l'état monté, parallèlement et au-dessus du flasque de tambour (4) muni d'élément d'arrêt (10), sur la plaque de montage (9), le cliquet d'arrêt (6) recouvrant le flasque de tambour (4).
2. Dispositif de sécurité selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la plaque de montage (9) comporte une pluralité d'alésages (16) pour des boulons de fixation répartis suivant une trame et servant à la fixation dans le coffre du volet roulant.
3. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que le levier de sécurité (5) comporte une pluralité d'alésages (18) se situant à la distance (A) les uns par rapport aux autres et destinés à recevoir un boulon de fixation (19) et qu'il présente, de ce fait, des bras de levier (5a, 5b) dont la longueur est réglable.
4. Dispositif de sécurité selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que le levier de sécurité (5) peut, sous l'effet de la force de gravité, s'engager avec son cliquet d'arrêt (6) dans les éléments d'arrêt (10) et que, pour cela, le bras de levier (5b) portant le cliquet d'arrêt (6) est plus lourd que le bras de levier (5a) qui porte le guidage (11 ) de la sangle de commande (1).
