Claims (5)

1. Procédé pour le raidissement de couches bitumineuses dans lequel des trous sont pratiqués dans la couche intermédiaire bitumineuse et sur la couche intermédiaire une couche de couverture bitumineuse est appliquée et dans lequel les trous sont remplis d'un matériau se durcissant, caractérisé en ce que les trous (2) sont pressés ou vibrés dans la couche intermédiaire (1 ou 5) encore chaude, qui vient d'être fabriquée, et que les trous sont remplis d'un matériau de remplissage (3) qui durcit à une dureté supérieure à celle du liant bitumineux et qu'après le remplissage des trous (2) une couche de couverture (4) ou préalablement une couche intermédiaire (6) supplémentaire de même nature ou plusierus autres couches intermédiaires supplémentaires sont appliquées.
2. Procédé pour le raidissement de couches bitumineuses déjà existantes avec les caractéristiques précisées dans le préambule de la revendication 1, carctérisé en ce que les trous (2) sont percés ou burinés dans la couche existante devenant une nouvelle couche intermédiaire (1 ou 5) prévue comme couche bitumineuse et sont remplis avec un matériau de remplissage qui durcit à une dureté supérieure à celle du liant bitumineux et qu'après le remplissage des trous (2) une nouvelle couche de couverture (4) ou préalablement une couche intermédiaire supplémentaire ou plusieurs couches intermédiaires supplémentaires pourvues de trous (2) et de matériau de remplissage sont appliquées.
3. Procédé selon les revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les trous (2) traversent la couche intermédiaire (1) intégralement ou partiellement.
4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise, pour le matériau de remplissage (3) de dureté supérieure, un mortier de ciment ou un mortier de ciment amélioré de plastique ou un mortier de ciment amélioré d'une émulsion bitumineuse ou un mortier synthétique.
5. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les trous (2) sont vaporisés de moyens améliorant l'adhérence avant qu'ils ne soient remplis du matériau de remplissage plus dur (3).
