Claims (7)

1. Dispositif de dressage et de mise à longueur de fils métalliques, comprenant plusieurs outils à dresser (26 à 30), chacun pour un diamètre de fil différent, disposés dans un magasin-revolver, l'outil à dresser souhaité pouvant être mis en position de travail par rotation du magasin-revolver (25), caractérisé en ce que le fil est amené à l'outil à dresser souhaité (26, 27, 28, 29, 30) en passant par un magasin (2) pouvant basculer autour d'un axe horizontal, en ce que le magasin (2) est constitué, en fonction du nombre des outils à dresser (26, 27, 28, 29, 30), de plusieurs guidages d'entrée (3, 4, 5, 6, 7), intermédiaires (8, 9, 10, 11, 12) et d'extrémité (13, 14, 15, 16, 17) pour chaque diamètre de fil, en ce que deux paires de galets de poussée (19, 20) destinés à amener le fil (1, 21, 22, 23, 24) sont associées au magasin (2), en ce que le magasin (2) peut basculer autour de son axe de façon que le fil (1, 21, 22, 23, 24) du diamètre souhaité puisse être mis en position de travail entre les paires de galets de poussée (19, 20) et puisse être amenée par ceux-ci à l'outil à dresser (26, 27, 28, 29, 30), et en ce qu'une paire de galets de traction (32) ainsi qu'un dispositif de coupe (33) sont montés en aval du magasin-revolver (25).
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu des moyens (31) pour faire basculer le magasin (2) et pour la mise en position synchrone des outils à dresser (26 à 60) disposés dans le magasin-revolver (25).
3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'entraînement des paires de rouleaux de poussée et de traction (19, 20, 32) sont découplés.
4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de coupe (33) est constitué de manière à pouvoir être déplacé avec le produit à découper (1, 21, 22, 23, 24) lors du processus de coupe.
5. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, carctérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un appareil de mesure de longueur (34).
6. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les outils à dresser (26, 27, 28, 29, 30) sont entraînés en la position de travail, avec possibilité d'accouplement (45), par un dispositif d'entraînement (44) pouvant être déplacé axialement.
7. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les tronçons dressés et mis à longueur peuvent être déposés, position par position, dans un magasin tournant (43) et peuvent être munis manuellement ou automatiquement d'étiquettes et de fils de ligature.
