Claims (6)

1. Poinçonneuse comportant un dispositf d'avancement pour faire progresser de façon cadencée le matériau à poinçonner à travers la poinçonneuse, comportant une série d'éléments d'outils (42) qui comportent chacun une matrice (26) placée dans un logement de matrice (24), un guide disposé à distance au-dessus pour un poinçon (18) et un poinçon (18), comportant une plaque porte-nez (2) du mécanisme d'entraînement agissant sur le poinçon (18), et comportant des dispositifs d'accouplement (34, 36) pouvant être enclenchés et désenclenchés, rattachés aux éléments d'outils (42), qui servent à la transmission à volonté des forces de poinçonnage au poinçon (18) rattaché, caractérisé en ce que, plusieurs éléments d'outils (42) sont rassemblés en une unité modulaire reposant sur la table (38) de la machine-outil, qui comporte:
- une partie inférieure (44) s'étendant sur sa longueur, qui constitue les logements pour les matrices (26);
- une partie supérieure s'étendant sur sa longueur. placée à distance au-dessus, qui constitue une plaque de guidage (46) dans laquelle des manchons de guidage (60) pour les poinçons (18) peuvent être placés de façon amovible;
- le poinçon (18). 2. 3. Poinçonneuse selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que plusieurs dispositifs d'accouplement (34, 36) sont rassemblés en une unité modulaire.
4. Poinçonneuse selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que les éléments d'outils (42) sont supportés par un plateau revolver (90).
5. Jeu d'outils à incorporer dans une presse existante, comportant des matrices (26) placées dans des logements de matrices (24), comportant des guides pour poinçons (18) placés à distance au-dessus et comportant des poinçons (18) et des dispositifs d'accouplement (34, 36) pouvant être enclenchés et désenclenchés, qui servent à la transmission à volonté de forces de poinçonnage au poinçon (18) correspondant, caractérisé en ce qu'une série des poinçons (18) et des matrices (26) est rassemblée en une unité modulaire dans laquelle une partie inférieure (44) s'étendant sur sa longueur constitue les logements pour les matrices (26) et une partie supérieure placée à distance au-dessus, s'étendant sur sa longueur, constitue une plaque de guidage (46) dans laquelle des manchons de guidage (60) déplaçables axialement contre l'action de ressorts, pour les poinçons (18) qui peuvent y être déplacés axialement contre l'action de ressorts, sont placés de façon amovible, et en ce qu'une série de dispositifs d'accouplement (34, 36) est également rassemblée en soi en une unité modulaire.
