Claims (11)

1. Installation pour rétrécir, étirer, sécher, apprêter, teindre ou traiter de façon similaire des bandes en cours de déplacement (19), laquelle comprend un cylindre de séchage (2) pouvant être chauffé et un tambour de renvoi (3) espacé par rapport au cylindre de séchage et dont le diamètre et l'inclinaison de l'axe peuvent être modifiés au moins sur un côté par rapport au cylindre de séchage (2), et dans laquelle on peut appliquer une bande (19) à traiter autour du cylindre de séchage (2) et du tambour de renvoi (3) pour former un grand nombre de spires décalées entre elles dans le sens axial, le cylindre de séchage (2) et le tambour de renvoi (3) étant disposés dans une enveloppe fermée (1) du genre armoire, qui comporte une ouverture d'entrée (5) et une ouverture de sortie (6) pour la bande à traiter (19), l'enveloppe (1) présentant une ouverture d'entrée inférieure (7) pour l'air chaud et une ouverture de sortie supérieure (8) pour l'air chaud.
2. Installation selon la Revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le tambour de renvoi (3) est disposé au-dessus du cylindre de séchage (2).
3. Installation selon l'une ou l'autre des Revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que l'entrée inférieure (7) pour l'air chaud est disposée au-dessous du cylindre de séchage (2) dans le fond de l'enveloppe, et que l'ouverture supérieure de sortie (8) pour l'air chaud se trouve au-dessus du tambour de renvoi (3) dans le plafond de l'enveloppe.

Installation selon l'une quelconque des Revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que l'ouverture d'entrée de l'air chaud (7) et l'ouverture de sortie de l'air chaud (8) sont reliées entre elles par un registre de tirage (10) et un ventilateur (11) en passant par une conduite d'air (9), que la conduite d'air (9) comporte une lumière d'admission (12) à obturateur pour l'air frais et une lumière d'échappement (13) à obturateur pour l'air chaud.
5. Installation selon la Revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que la lumière d'admission (12) pour l'air frais et la lumière d'échappement (13) pour l'air chaud sont disposées dans la conduite d'air (9) à proximité de l'orifice de sortie 8 de l'air chaud de l'enveloppe (1).
6. Installation selon l'une quelconque des Revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu dans l'enveloppe (1), au-dessous du cylindre de séchage (2), plusieurs ajutages (18) pour la pulvérisation de vapeur, lesquels sont répartis à des intervalles égaux entre eux.
7. Installation selon l'une quelconque des Revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu, en amont de l'ouverture d'entrée (5) de la bande (19) dans l'enveloppe (1), un dispositif de teinture (14) et un dispositif d'essorage (15) pour la bande (19).
8. Installation selon la Revendication 7, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu, entre le dispositif de teinture (14) ou le dispositif d'essorage (15) et l'ouverture d'entrée (5), un dispositif de pré-séchage de la bande (16).
9. Installation selon l'une quelconque des Revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que le cylindre de séchage (2), le registre de tirage (10) et/ou le dispositif de pré-séchage (16) de la bande peuvent être chauffés au mazout, au gaz, à l'électricité ou à la vapeur.
10. Installation selon l'une quelconque des Revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce que l'enveloppe (1) est à double paroi et qu'il est prévu une couche de matériau calorifuge dans l'intervalle qui sépare les parois intérieure et extérieure de l'enveloppe (1).
11. Installation selon l'une quelconque des Revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu dans l'enveloppe (1) plusieurs cylindres de séchage (2) superposés.
