10. Apparatus according to one of claims 1 to 9, characterised in that the housing (1) is double- walled in design and in that a thermal insulation layer (4) is arranged in the interspace between the walls of the housing (1).
11. Apparatus according to one of claims 1 to 10, characterised in that several drying cylinders (2) are arranged one above the other in the housing (1).
