Claims (6)

1. Dispositif de façonnage pour la formation d'un tuyau à languette unique à partir d'un matériau d'emballage en bande (1), en particulier d'une feuille d'aluminium non doublée, dans une machine à emballer pour l'emballage d'objets (G), en particulier de morceaux de produits de confiserie, qui sont amenés de façon continue, à distance les uns des autres, sur un dispositif transporteur (5), dispositif de façonnage qui comporte un corps de guidage (4) pénétrant dans le plan de transport pour la transformation du matériau d'emballage (1 à partir d'un premier état à surface au moins approximativement plane, en un second état à surface recourbée en forme de tube entourant les objets (G), ainsi qu'une fente longitudinale (47) qui s'étend des deux côtés du plan longitudinal vertical médian et, vers le bas, au-dessous du plan de transport, pour le guidage de parties bordan- tes scellables (N) du matériau d'emballage (1), caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu sur le corps de guidage (4), pour le guidage sans tension du matériau d'emballage (1) dans son premier état, une première surface principale de façonnage (41 ) dont la courbure, convexe vers le plan de transport, croît de façon continue, et en ce qu'il est prévu, pour le guidage du matériau d'emballage (1) dans son second état, une seconde surface principale de façonnage (42) présentant une partie supérieure de surface (40a) qui s'étend parallèlement au plan de transport et, de part et d'autre de cette partie supérieure de surface, des surfaces latérales (46a, 46b) qui se referment de plus en plus pour prendre la forme d'un tube.
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il est formé, au niveau de la ligne de pénétration entre la première surface principale de façonnage (41 ) et la seconde surface principale de façonnage (42), un bourrelet (43) avec une partie de crête arrondie (48a).
3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que dans la partie de pénétration des deux surfaces principales de façonnage qui se trouve au début dans le sens de passage, il est prévu une courbure concave (48) à la transition entre la première surface principale de façonnage (41 ) et le bourrelet (43).
4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que des particules sphériques de verre de 0,2 à 0,4 mm de diamètre sont incorporées au moins dans la première surface principale de façonnage (41).
5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le corps de guidage (4) est partagé longitudinalement le long de la ligne médiane (40).
6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par des pièces intercalaires destinées à être interposées entre les deux parties (45a, 45b) du corps de guidage (4).
