Claims (6)

1. Contact à double ressort à lame, muni d'un ressort superposé, le contact à double ressort à lame présentant des éléments de connexion d'un fil conducteur électrique, la base des bras de ressort ayant la forme d'un boîtier de section rectangulaire muni d'un fond, de parois latérales et de portions de couverture séparées longitudinalement, un bras de ressort (11) s'étendant vers l'avant à partir de chaque portion de couverture et des bras de ressort (12) étant attachés au fond, caractérisé par le fait qu'un ressort extérieur superposé (2) est disposé et bloqué sensiblement sans jeu sur la base des bras de ressort (5), le ressort extérieur superposé (2) présentant une base (20) ayant la forme d'un boîtier de section rectangulaire à laquelle sont attachés des bras de retenue (18, 19) du ressort superposé s'étendant vers l'avant et parallèlement aux bras de ressort (11, 12) du contact à double ressort à lame (1) et appuyant extérieurement sur les bras de ressort (11, 12).
2. Contact à double ressort à lame selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que, pour les moyens d'arrêt un angle, de préférence un angle droit, est découpé dans la portion de couverture (8) du contact à double ressort à tàme, formant un bord de découpe longitudinal (8a) et un bord transversal (8b).
3. Contact à double ressort à lame selon la revendication 1 et/ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que dans les bords (32) de la base (20) des bras du ressort superposé, des découpes (33) de faible longueur et s'étendant parallèlement au bord postérieur (28) sont prévues, ménageant des pattes (34), que la pointe (34a) desdites pattes (34) est repliée vers l'intérieur du boîtier qui constitue la base (5) des bras de ressort et que, parallèlement au bord antérieur (29) des portions de paroi latérale (24) de la base (20) des bras de ressort extérieur superposé, des découpes (30) sont disposées, ménageant une étroite bande d'arrêt (31) qui est creusée vers l'intérieur et s'insère respectivement derrière le bord antérieur (7a) des parois latérales (7) du contact à double ressort à lame (1).
4. Contact à double ressort à lame selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que les bras de ressort (11, 12) sont infléchis, le long des lignes de pliage (13), vers le bas, entrent en contact le long de la ligne de pliage (14) et qu'à partir de là, les régions d'extrémité (15) s'écartent l'une de l'autre en divergeant pour former un entonnoir d'insertion (16).
5. Contact à double ressort à lame selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que les bras de retenue (18, 19) du ressort superposé sont infléchis vers l'intérieur le long de la ligne de pliage (35) et que les régions d'extrémité (36) sont coudées un peu plus vers l'intérieur le long de la ligne de coudage (37).
6. Contact à double ressort à lame selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que les bras de retenue (18, 19) s'étendent parallèlement aux bras de ressort (11, 12), que leur largeur correspond à la largeur des bras de ressort (11, 12), que les bras de retenue (18, 19) sont plus courts que les bras de ressort (11, 12) et que les bras de retenue (18, 19) appuyent de l'extérieur sur les bras de ressort (11, 12) en un endroit situé à faible distance avant la ligne de pliage (14).
