Abstract

一种接线装置,包括铜质U形导电片(1),在所述导电片(1)上设置有接线夹(2),所述接线夹(2)包括塑胶固定座(21)和具备上弹臂(221)和下弹臂(222)的弹性夹(22),所述弹性夹(22)固定在所述固定座(21)的前侧面(211)上,在所述固定座(21)左右两侧面上,与所述弹性夹(22)设置方向同向各设有一条导槽(212),在所述导电片(1)上设置有两条导条(12),所述导槽(212)套在所述导条(12)上;在所述穿孔内设有按键(3),在所述固定座(21)的底面(213)上,设置有止回挡槽(214),在所述导电片(1)内设置有止回弹片(13)。本实用新型具有结构简单、安装方便,导电性能好的优点。

一种接线装置
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种用于太阳能接线盒内的接线装置,具体地说是一种用于将接线盒内的导电片与太阳能发电装置之间的导线相连的接线装置。
背景技术
太阳能接线盒是介于太阳能发电装置和太阳能周边设备,如:蓄电池之间的一种连接装置,目前接线盒与太阳能发电光板之间的联接一般是用扁平的铜导线将两者连接起来。铜导线的一端连接太阳能发电装置,导线的另一端接太阳能接线盒,目前,导线与所述太阳能接线盒内的导电片的接法,通常采用回拉式弹片压接或单弹片压接方式,这两种方式均是以线接触为主,导电面积小,不利于导电,同时操作时需要用辅助工具才能连接或拆开,极不方便。
发明内容
本实用新型发明的目的是:向社会提供一种不仅拆装方便,而且可实现大面积接触,使导通良好的接线装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是:设计一种接线装置,包括导电片,在所述导电片上设置有接线夹,所述接线夹包括固定座和具备上弹臂和下弹臂的弹性夹,所述弹性夹固定在所述固定座的前侧面上,使所述弹性夹的上弹臂和下弹臂向前伸,所述上弹臂和下弹臂可以夹在所述导电片前端的接触片上。
在所述固定座左右两侧面上,与所述弹性夹设置方向同向各设有一条导槽,在所述导电片上设置有两条导条,所述导槽套在所述导条上。
在所述固定座后段中部设有与弹性夹运动方向垂直的通孔,在所述通孔内设有按键,在所述固定座底面上,设置有止回挡槽,在所述导电片内设置有止回弹片,所述止回按键可以控制止回弹片抵在所述止回挡槽上或离开所述止回挡槽。
在所述固定座下部前侧面上有向前延伸的固定座前舌,所述弹性夹的下弹臂置在所述固定座前舌上。
所述上弹臂的前端向上弯曲,形成斜度。
所述下弹臂的前端向下弯曲,形成斜度。
所述导电片为U形导电片。
本实用新型由于采用了在所述导电片上设置有接线夹,所述接线夹包括固定座和具备上弹臂和下弹臂的弹性夹,所述弹性夹固定在所述固定座的前侧面上,使所述弹性夹的上弹臂和下弹臂向前伸,所述上弹臂和下弹臂夹在所述导电片前端的接触片上,所以,当将固定座往前推动时,弹性夹的上弹臂和下弹臂可将导线迂回包裹在导电片的接触片中,并使导线与接触片的上下两个面充分接触。实现大面积接触。另外,采用了在所述固定座后段中部设有与弹性夹运动方向垂直的通孔,在所述穿孔内设有按键,在所述固定座底面上,设置有止回挡槽和止回弹片,所述止回按键可以控制止回弹片抵在所述止回挡槽中或离开所述止回挡槽的结构,这样,当固定座被向前推动卡住导线时,止回弹片会弹入并抵在固定座的止回挡槽中,以防止整个装置后退,同时会将按键往上顶起,当需开此装置时,只需向下按住按键,使止回弹片脱离止回挡槽,再用力往后拉固定座,则可将整个装置打开。终上所述,本实用新型不仅具有实现大面积导通的功能,而且还具有拆卸方便的优点。

具体实施方式
请参见图1、图2和图3,它是一种接线装置,包括铜质U形导电片1,在所述导电片1上设置有接线夹2,所述接线夹2包括塑胶固定座21和具备上弹臂221和下弹臂222的弹性夹22,所述弹性夹22固定在所述固定座21的前侧面211上,使所述弹性夹22的上弹臂221和下弹臂222向前伸,所述上弹臂221和下弹臂222可以夹在所述导电片1前端的接触片11上;在所述固定座21左右两侧面上,与所述弹性夹22设置方向同向各设有一条导槽212,在所述导电片1上设置有两条导条12,所述导槽212套在所述导条12上;在所述固定座21后侧中部设有与弹性夹22运动方向垂直的通孔,在所述通孔内设有止回按键3,在所述固定座21的底面213上,设置有止回挡槽214,在所述导电片1内设置有止回弹片13,当按下所述按键3,按键3顶开所述止回弹片13,使止回弹片13离开所述止回挡槽214;当松开按键3,止回弹片13在弹力的作用下,抵在所述止回挡槽241内,以防止本装置后退;在所述固定座21下部前侧面211上有向前延伸的固定座前舌215,所述弹性夹22的下弹臂222置在所述固定座前舌215上;所述上弹臂221的前端向上弯曲,所述下弹臂222的前端向下弯曲。
请参见图4和图5,图4为本实用新型一种使用状态示意图。图5为本实用新型另一种使用状态示意图。使用时,将导线4置在所述接触片11上,然后,从后向前推动固定座21,固定座前部的弹性夹22的上弹臂221和下弹臂222将导线4迂回包裹在所述导电片1的接触片11中,并使导线4与接触片11的上下两个面充分接触。

Claims (7)

1.一种接线装置,包括导电片,其特征在于:在所述导电片上设置有接线夹,所述接线夹包括固定座和具备上弹臂和下弹臂的弹性夹,所述弹性夹固定在所述固定座的前侧面上,使所述弹性夹的上弹臂和下弹臂向前伸,所述上弹臂和下弹臂可以夹在所述导电片前端的接触片上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的接线装置,其特征在于:在所述固定座左右两侧面上,与所述弹性夹设置方向同向各设有一条导槽,在所述导电片上设置有两条导条,所述导槽套在所述导条上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的接线装置,其特征在于:在所述固定座后段中部设有与弹性夹运动方向垂直的通孔,在所述通孔内设有止回按键,在所述固定座底面上,设置有挡槽,在所述导电片内设置有弹片,所述止回按键可以控制止回弹片抵在所述止回挡槽中或离开所述止挡条槽。
4.根据权利要求3所述的接线装置,其特征在于:在所述固定座下部前侧面上有向前延伸的固定座前舌,所述弹性夹的下弹臂置在所述固定座前舌上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的接线装置,其特征在于:所述上弹臂的前端向上弯曲,形成斜度。
6.根据权利要求1所述的接线装置,其特征在于:所述下弹臂的前端向下弯曲,形成斜度。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的接线装置,其特征在于:所述导电片为U形导电片。
