本实用新型涉及一种用于LED柔性滴胶灯条的电连接器,其特征在于,包括本体、以及与所述本体扣合的盖子,所述本体包括多个导电穿刺部;所述本体的一侧连接有多个导线,所述多个导电穿刺部与所述多个导线一一对应地电连接,所述LED柔性滴胶灯条的一端被夹持在所述本体与盖子之间,所述导电穿刺部对应地刺穿所述LED柔性滴胶灯条的所述一端的铜线板。本实用新型中的电连接器仅需要将盖子压下就能实现灯条与导线之间的连接,因此具有安装简单、快捷的特点,不需要任何专业的工具;此外,其单点可以承载5A的电流;进一步,还具有体积小的特点,不会占用很大空间;最后,它具有重量轻、便于悬挂的特点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电连接器,特别涉及一种用于LED柔性滴胶灯条的电连接器。
背景技术
现有技术中的LED灯条的连接是采用传统的焊锡的方法,需要有专业的工具(如烙铁、锡线等)由专业的技术人员才能安装,因此,会花费大量的时间,从而降低了效率,同时增加了成本。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、性能可靠、安装效率高、成本低的用于LED柔性滴胶灯条的电连接器。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供一种用于LED柔性滴胶灯条的电连接器,其特征在于,包括本体、以及与所述本体扣合的盖子,所述本体包括多个导电穿刺部;所述本体的一侧连接有多个导线,所述多个导电穿刺部与所述多个导线一一对应地电连接,所述LED柔性滴胶灯条的一端被夹持在所述本体与盖子之间,所述导电穿刺部对应地刺穿所述LED柔性滴胶灯条的所述一端的铜线板。
进一步,所述本体上设置有一个卡槽,所述导电穿刺部和所述铜线板位于该卡槽内。
进一步,所述盖子包括弹性臂,所述本体上还设置有固定槽,所述弹性臂能置于所述固定槽内。
进一步,在所述弹性臂的末端形成有突起,所述突起弹性地卡在所述本体的开口内。
进一步,所述导电穿刺部具有第一部和第二部,所述铜线板被夹第一部和第二部之间。
本实用新型中的电连接器仅需要将盖子压下就能实现灯条与导线之间的连接,因此具有安装简单、快捷的特点,不需要任何专业的工具;此外,其单点可以承载5A的电流;进一步,还具有体积小的特点,不会占用很大空间;最后,它具有重量轻、便于悬挂的特点。

具体实施方式
如图1-4所示,本实用新型中用于LED柔性滴胶灯条的电连接器包括本体2、以及与所述本体2扣合的盖子4,所述本体2包括多个导电穿刺部3;所述本体2的一侧连接有多个导线1,所述多个导电穿刺部3与所述多个导线1一一对应地电连接,所述LED柔性滴胶灯条10的一端被夹持在所述本体2与盖子4之间,
所述导电穿刺部3对应地刺穿所述LED柔性滴胶灯条10的所述一端的铜线板9,从而在所述多个导线1与LED柔性滴胶灯条10相对应的铜线板9之间形成电连接,优选地,所述LED柔性滴胶灯条10的所述一端具有多个所述的铜线板9。因此,在安装时,仅需要将LED柔性滴胶灯条10的需要连接的一端放入所述电连接器内,注意要使LED柔性滴胶灯条10的铜线板9与此电连接器的导电穿刺部3相接触,然后盖上盖子4再用力压下盖子4,盖子4就会自地扣合在所述电连接器的上面,即完成了安装。因此,无需通过焊接,即可实现LED柔性滴胶灯条10与导线之间的电连接。
优选地,所述本体2上设置有一个卡槽,所述导电穿刺部3和所述铜线板9位于该卡槽内,以便将LED柔性滴胶灯条10可靠地固定在卡槽内,并在LED柔性滴胶灯条10上的铜线板9与导电穿刺部3之间形成可靠地电连接。
优选地,所述盖子4包括弹性臂8,所述本体2上还设置有固定槽5,所述弹性臂8能置于所述固定槽5内,所述固定槽5一方面在安装时起到导向的作用,另一方面还可以对弹性臂8进行限位。在所述弹性臂8的末端形成有突起7,其弹性地卡在所述本体2的开口6内,从而将LED柔性滴胶灯条10固定。
优选地,所述导电穿刺部3具有第一部和第二部,所述铜线板9被夹第一部和第二部之间。

1.一种用于LED柔性滴胶灯条的电连接器,其特征在于,包括本体、以及与所述本体扣合的盖子,所述本体包括多个导电穿刺部;所述本体的一侧连接有多个导线,所述多个导电穿刺部与所述多个导线一一对应地电连接,所述LED柔性滴胶灯条的一端被夹持在所述本体与盖子之间,所述导电穿刺部对应地刺穿所述LED柔性滴胶灯条的所述一端的铜线板。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于,所述本体上设置有一个卡槽,所述导电穿刺部和所述铜线板位于该卡槽内。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的电连接器,其特征在于,所述盖子包括弹性臂,所述本体上还设置有固定槽,所述弹性臂能置于所述固定槽内。
4.如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于,在所述弹性臂的末端形成有突起,所述突起弹性地卡在所述本体的开口内。
5.如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于,所述导电穿刺部具有第一部和第二部,所述铜线板被夹第一部和第二部之间。
