技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种超市货架上使用的为低压LED灯供电的连接件,具体是一种磁顶式取电系统。
背景技术
超市货架领域内低压LED灯应用十分广泛,现有为LED灯具供电的导线均为圆柱状导线。
在实现现有技术的方案中,发现现有技术存在如下技术问题:
现有的低压LED灯均采用圆柱状导线供电,由于圆柱状导线不易固定,采用塑胶壳作为导轧,嵌入两根裸露的铜导线,粘贴到超市货架板上,再用内装导电铜片的取电头卡入取电输出到导线来完成对LED灯的供电。缺点:第一,铜导线成本比较高。第二,导轧厚度大,不适用背板和层板间隙小的超市货架。第三,安装拆装不方便,卡式取电不灵活。
发明内容
本实用新型需要解决的的技术问题是,克服背景技术的不足,提供一种结构简单合理,安装方便的,为低压LED灯供电的连接件。
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种磁顶式取电系统,包括取电头和PCB板,所述PCB板两端分别连接一个取电头,所述取电头包括壳体,壳体内安装有磁铁和两个顶针;所述PCB板包括两个导电层,所述导电层与所述两个顶针相接触实现导电。
优选地,所述两个顶针为两个电极针。
优选地,所述磁铁为一个或两个,用于将取电头吸附在货架上。
优选地,所述取电头还包括盖板,所述盖板与所示壳体卡接。
优选地,所述PCB板上设有粘贴层,用于将PCB板粘贴在货架上。
优选地,所述扁平导电PCB板背面粘贴磁条,通过磁条吸附安装在货架上。
本实用新型有益效果是:本实用新型的一种磁顶式取电系统主要采取了装有磁铁的磁顶式取电头和扁平导电PCB板,单个取电头可以输出不止一条电路,在扁平导电PCB板的任意位置都可以取电,不仅降低了成本,而且结构简单,能快速布局,通用性强,适用狭小空间安装。用户安装使用十分方便,可靠。

一种磁顶式取电系统,包括取电头和PCB板,所述PCB板两端分别连接一个取电头,所述取电头包括壳体,壳体内安装有磁铁和两个顶针;所述PCB板包括两个导电层,所述导电层与所述两个顶针相接触实现导电。
如图1、2所示,一种磁顶式取电系统,包括取电头1和PCB板2,所述PCB板2两端分别连接一个取电头1,所述取电头1包括壳体3,壳体3内安装有磁铁4和两个顶针6,此实施例中顶针可替换为电极针;所述PCB板2包括两个导电层9,所述导电层9与所述两个顶针6相接触实现导电。
如图3-5所示,取电头1包括壳体3,壳体3内安装有两个磁铁4和两个顶针6,两个磁铁4对称分布,用于吸附货架,盖板5与壳体3卡接,顶针6与PCB板2的导电层9接触实现导电,PCB板2也包括粘贴层8,用于将PCB板2粘贴在货架上,PCB板2优选为扁平导电PCB板。
扁平导电PCB板2上的粘贴层8粘贴在铁制货架板上或者采用磁铁吸附的方式吸附在货架上;磁顶式取电头1上的两个磁铁4牢牢地吸附在铁制货架板上;磁顶式取电头的两个顶针6(或电极针)分别与扁平导电PCB板2上的两个导电层9相接触;可以方便地实现为低压LED灯供电。
本实用新型的一种磁顶式取电系统主要采取了装有磁铁的磁顶式取电头和扁平导电PCB板,单个取电头可以输出不止一条电路,在扁平导电PCB板的任意位置都可以取电,不仅降低了成本,而且结构简单,能快速布局,用户安装使用十分方便,可靠。

1.一种磁顶式取电系统,其特征在于,包括取电头和扁平导电PCB板,所述扁平导电PCB板两端分别连接一个取电头,所述取电头包括壳体,壳体内安装有磁铁和两个顶针;所述扁平导电PCB板包括两个导电层,所述导电层与所述两个顶针相接触实现导电。
2.根据权利要求1所述的磁顶式取电系统,其特征在于,所述两个顶针为两个电极针。
3.根据权利要求1所述的磁顶式取电系统,其特征在于,所述磁铁为一个或两个,用于将取电头吸附在货架上。
4.根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的磁顶式取电系统,其特征在于,所述取电头还包括盖板,所述盖板与所示壳体卡接。
5.根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的磁顶式取电系统,其特征在于,所述扁平导电PCB板上设有粘贴层,用于将扁平导电PCB板粘贴在货架上。
6.根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的磁顶式取电系统,其特征在于,所述扁平导电PCB板背面粘贴磁条,通过磁条吸附安装在货架板上。
