背景技术
传统PCB板与接线柱之间电气连接一般采用导线焊接连接；或导线一端与接线柱焊接，另一端用插头座与PCB板连接；或接线柱直接焊接在PCB板上；以上几种连接的组合。传统PCB板与接线柱之间电气连接采用的方法存在生产工时较长、生产装配较复杂、维修不方便、连接导线易断等缺点。

 本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术中的不足之处而提供一种结构简单、操作方便、PCB板与接线柱之间电气连接更简单、更方便、更可靠、实用的电气连接装置。
本实用新型是通过如下方式实现的：
一种电气连接装置，包括PCB板1、接线柱插座2；其特征在于：所述PCB板1上设有PCB板插头3；所述PCB板插头3上设有铜膜4；所述接线柱插座2包括接线头21和接线插座22；所述接线插座22连接于设备上；所述接线头21连接于接线插座22的一端；所述接线插座22的另一端设有向内弯的弹簧23；所述PCB板插头3上的铜膜4与接线插座22的弹簧23相连接。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：将PCB板与接线柱插座电气连接部分设计为插头，接线柱与PCB板电气连接部分设计为插座，使PCB板与接线柱插座之间电气连接更简单、更方便、更可靠。

如图1所示，一种电气连接装置，包括PCB板1、接线柱插座2； PCB板1上设有PCB板插头3；根据PCB板1与接线柱插座2之间电气连接的数量设计相应数量的PCB板插头3，PCB板1可选用单面板、双面板或多层板，但电气连接总是在PCB板插头3的上下两面；PCB板插头3上设有铜膜4；接线柱插座2包括接线头21和接线插座22；接线插座22连接于设备上；接线头21连接于接线插座22的一端；接线插座22的另一端设有两片向内弯的弹簧23； PCB板插头3上的铜膜4与接线插座22的两片向内弯的弹簧23相连接，完成电气连接。
