Abstract
一种用于LED柔性滴胶灯条的电连接器,包括本体(2),以及与本体扣合的盖子(4),本体包括多个导电穿刺部(3);该本体的一侧连接有多个导线(1),该多个导电穿刺部与多个导线一一对应地电连接,LED柔性滴胶灯条(10)的一端被夹持在本体与盖子之间,导电穿刺部对应地刺穿LED柔性滴胶灯条的该一端的铜线板(9)。该电连接器仅需要将盖子压下就能实现灯条与导线之间的连接,因此具有安装简单、快捷的特点;此外,该电连接器中单点可以承载5A的电流;进一步地,该电连接器还具有体积小、重量轻、便于悬挂的特点。

用于 LED柔性滴胶灯条的电连接器 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电连接器, 特别涉及一种用于 LED柔性滴胶灯条的电 连接器。 背景技术
现有技术中的 LED灯条的连接是采用传统的焊锡的方法, 需要有专业的工 具 (如烙铁、 锡线等) 由专业的技术人员才能安装, 因此, 会花费大量的时间, 从而降低了效率, 同时增加了成本。 实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、 性能可靠、 安装效率高、 成本低 的用于 LED柔性滴胶灯条的电连接器。
为解决上述技术问题, 本实用新型提供一种用于 LED柔性滴胶灯条的电连 接器, 其特征在于, 包括本体、 以及与所述本体扣合的盖子,所述本体包括多个 导电穿刺部; 所述本体的一侧连接有多个导线,所述多个导电穿刺部与所述多个 导线一一对应地电连接, 所述 LED柔性滴胶灯条的一端被夹持在所述本体与盖 子之间, 所述导电穿刺部对应地刺穿所述 LED柔性滴胶灯条的所述一端的铜线 进一步, 所述本体上设置有一个卡槽, 所述导电穿刺部和所述铜线板位于 该卡槽内。
进一步, 所述盖子包括弹性臂,所述本体上还设置有固定槽,所述弹性臂能 置于所述固定槽内。
进一步, 在所述弹性臂的末端形成有突起,所述突起弹性地卡在所述本体的 开口内。
进一步, 所述导电穿刺部具有第一部和第二部, 所述铜线板被夹第一部和 第二部之间。
本实用新型中的电连接器仅需要将盖子压下就能实现灯条与导线之间的连 接, 因此具有安装简单、 快捷的特点, 不需要任何专业的工具; 此外, 其单点 可以承载 5A的电流; 进一步, 还具有体积小的特点, 不会占用很大空间; 最后, 它具有重量轻、 便于悬挂的特点。 附图说明

如图 1-4所示,本实用新型中用于 LED柔性滴胶灯条的电连接器包括本体 2、 以及与所述本体 2扣合的盖子 4,所述本体 2包括多个导电穿刺部 3 ;所述本体 2 的一侧连接有多个导线 1,所述多个导电穿刺部 3与所述多个导线 1一一对应地 电连接, 所述 LED柔性滴胶灯条 10的一端被夹持在所述本体 2与盖子 4之间, 所述导电穿刺部 3对应地刺穿所述 LED柔性滴胶灯条 10的所述一端的铜线 板 9, 从而在所述多个导线 1与 LED柔性滴胶灯条 10相对应的铜线板 9之间形 成电连接, 优选地, 所述 LED柔性滴胶灯条 10的所述一端具有多个所述的铜线 板 9。 因此, 在安装时, 仅需要将 LED柔性滴胶灯条 10的需要连接的一端放入 所述电连接器内, 注意要使 LED柔性滴胶灯条 10的铜线板 9与此电连接器的导 电穿刺部 3相接触, 然后盖上盖子 4再用力压下盖子 4, 盖子 4就会自地扣合在
所述电连接器的上面, 即完成了安装。 因此, 无需通过焊接, 即可实现 LED柔 性滴胶灯条 10与导线之间的电连接。
优选地, 所述本体 2上设置有一个卡槽, 所述导电穿刺部 3和所述铜线板 9 位于该卡槽内, 以便将 LED柔性滴胶灯条 10可靠地固定在卡槽内, 并在 LED柔 性滴胶灯条 10上的铜线板 9与导电穿刺部 3之间形成可靠地电连接。
优选地, 所述盖子 4包括弹性臂 8,所述本体 2上还设置有固定槽 5,所述弹 性臂 8能置于所述固定槽 5内, 所述固定槽 5—方面在安装时起到导向的作用, 另一方面还可以对弹性臂 8进行限位。 在所述弹性臂 8的末端形成有突起 7,其 弹性地卡在所述本体 2的开口 6内, 从而将 LED柔性滴胶灯条 10固定。
优选地, 所述导电穿刺部 3具有第一部和第二部, 所述铜线板 9被夹第一 部和第二部之间。

1. 一种用于 LED柔性滴胶灯条的电连接器, 其特征在于, 包括本体、 以及 与所述本体扣合的盖子,所述本体包括多个导电穿刺部; 所述本体的一侧连接有 多个导线,所述多个导电穿刺部与所述多个导线一一对应地电连接, 所述 LED柔 性滴胶灯条的一端被夹持在所述本体与盖子之间, 所述导电穿刺部对应地刺穿 所述 LED柔性滴胶灯条的所述一端的铜线板。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的电连接器, 其特征在于, 所述本体上设置有一个卡 槽, 所述导电穿刺部和所述铜线板位于该卡槽内。
3. 如权利要求 1或 2所述的电连接器,其特征在于,所述盖子包括弹性臂, 所述本体上还设置有固定槽,所述弹性臂能置于所述固定槽内。
4. 如权利要求 3所述的电连接器, 其特征在于, 在所述弹性臂的末端形成 有突起,所述突起弹性地卡在所述本体的开口内。
